Charming 2BR Home Near City Bay by Zodiak Stays

Die Unterkunft war top für ein paar Tage sightseeing in Auckland, schnell in CBD und am Hafen. Unseren Wagen konnten wir im abgeschlossen Bereich des Hauses parken. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und mit 2 Bädern sowie einem separaten WC war das Haus für 5 Personen sehr gut ausgestattet. Wer allerdings einen sehr leichten Schlaf hat könnte sich durch die Geräusche des Highways gestört fühlen.

We had a great couple of nights in Auckland at Stefan's place - really great location for exploring the centre of Auckland! And Stefan was very helpful in accessing the property.

Great Airbnb, it is very convenient located and very clean and cozy. It is one of the best Airbnb I have stayed. It has everything you need for staying. It is just 5 min from Harbor so very good for going for walk or stroll around.

Very clean and well appointed place in easy walking distance from City and Ponsonby. One bedroom with ensuite is one level up, another level up is another bedroom with ensuite but there is no door to this bedroom. Check-in and Check-out as well as the house manual have to be accessed via another app that you have to register with.

Fantastic place - Was perfect for a week away in the city. Within walking distance to the viaduct and Ponsonby road. Onsite parking which was a bonus (wouldn’t fit a large SUV) but it was nice and secure with the lockable main gate / garage door. Plenty of space inside, lovely views over the harbour and bridge from the bedrooms. Aircon ! And a well equipped kitchen and comfy beds !

Thanks for an excellent stay. The place suited us perfectly. It was in a lovely area, nice for walking around and easy to navigate. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space. Being able to open up doors and windows to let the breeze in was nice. Would definitely recommend.

Maison agréable mais bruyante car au dessus de l’autoroute. Dans la salle de bain du premier étage le pommeau de douche est à changer et de la moisissure dans le lavabo de la même chambre

Place was amazing🥰 Literally felt right at home as soon as we walked inside & also very private. Me & my partner enjoyed it especially the beds they were really comfortable & the view to the harbour bridge was stunning waking up every morning to.

The flat on Harbour Street is a functional, reasonably comfortable and spacious apartment. It is excellently located in terms of being within walking distance of the CBD and harbour. Having said that it looks out over the main motorway through Auckland so is noisy 24 hours a day. The blinds in the apartment are of poor quality and let a lot of daylight through. Everything else was good and the response rate and check in were very good. If it hadn’t been for the blinds I would have ignored the noise of the motorway and given a 5 star rating.

Sie Lage des Airbnb ist sehr gut.\nIch hatte leider nicht darauf geachtet, daß direkt hinter dem Haus der Motorway verläuft, daher hat man immer dieses Grundrauschen im Hintergrund.\nFür wen das kein Problem ist, kann nichts falsch machen.\nDie Kommunikation mit Zodiak war sehr schnell und zuverlässig.\nLeider gibt es in der Unterkunft nur 4 Stühle, es kann aber für 5 Personen gemietet werden.\nWir mussten noch einen Stuhl kaufen damit wir alle zusammen am Tisch sitzen konnten.

Great location; ten minutes or so walk to Ponsonby with restaurants and stores. About 15 minutes to Queen Street and downtown area by Uber. Very responsive; host; quickly corrected problem with HVAC

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Auckland. The location is perfect – set in a lovely, peaceful area with absolutely stunning views of the sea, boats, and the bridge. The house itself is stylish, full of light, and thoughtfully designed. It felt very comfortable and had everything we needed – from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy spaces to relax. We especially appreciated the little touches like having milk in the fridge on arrival – such a kind and welcoming gesture. An early check-in was possible on request, which was very helpful. Highly recommend this place and the host to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic stay in Auckland!

Had a great stay in Stefan’s airbnb. Great location, was far away enough from the city that it was quiet and had a beautiful view of the harbour bridge but also close enough to the CBD that uber trips were cheap and fast. The place was immaculate and has great amenities for a long term stay. Stefan was a great host, always responded quickly and was very helpful. Very great price for groups. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this airbnb to anyone else wanting a spacious place in a good distance from the CBD

Location was great with amazing views from the bedrooms. Each floor had air conditioning adding to the comfort of the accommodation. We had no problems sleeping. If you dont mind a 20 minute or so walk, you can walk to town. Alternatively you can walk to Ponsonby Rd if you dont mind walking uphill. You are surrounded by beautiful gracious homes of yesteryear. Perfect accomodation for upto two couples, I travelled with my older sister (69 yes old), however not suitable for persons that struggle with stairs. We did not use the laundry facilities as there was no dryer, something to be considered for short stay travellirs as Auckland weather can be a bit all over the place, even so I would be happy to stay again.
