I really like staying at this place because it's so close to everything. the hotpot place outside makes the room smell really yummy. the bed is very nice too the building is very easy to navigate and host is friendly and communication was a breeze

The place was central to the CBD and plenty of restaurants/shopping. The apartment itself was clean, quaint yet homely. The only thing that could have been better was curtains for the higher windows to help block some night lights, but otherwise no complaints. Would stay again and recommend to others

Great location and honestly so cozy!!! Gave us the benefits of being inner city, so close to our needs! But also able to cook and relax in comfort. Must also add the bad was very comfortable, hard to wake up some mornings. Would stay again 100%

Yes its noisy, but I expected that because of the location and noise isnt a problem for me. Lots of restaurants nearby, well stocked kitchen, clean.

The place is good, however the agency managing it is a disaster. Really bad communication. On checkin we kindly asked for an option of early check-in in case cleaning was finished a bit earlier and they said that they will let us know - but not only we received keys exactly at 3pm, every time different person would answer our questions and seemed to be unaware of what was agreed with their colleague. In addition, they kept claiming that we chipped a plate and wanted $45 refund, even though we didn’t break anything. Also, it was very loud on the weekends in the evenings due to bars and cafes downstairs, reconsider if you need a calm environment

This studio is wonderful! I love the aesthetic and location -- felt like a steal. Everything is exactly as pictured, great hot water, comfortable bed, a fan for the heat even hair dryer/straightener which are lovely touches. The flat is also near two of my favourite places in the CBD (Mezze and My Bar). Stefan and the team were quick to respond and when I accidentally left items as I rushed out (slept in and had a flight to catch!), they were extremely accomodating about keeping my stuff at the office for someone to fetch. Some of those items are sentimental, so it was a massive relief. I will 100% love to stay here again my next visit. Thank you for everything!!!

Great location! We didn’t get the rest we were looking for though due to a neighbours malfunctioning smoke detector that made loud noise every 30 seconds for the entire stay. Obviously Stefan couldn’t do much, even though he tried.

Je n'ai manqué de rien ! Le logement est très bien placé à 2 pas de Queen Street. Il est vrai qu'il est du coup très bruyant le soir avec les bars juste en dessous, mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles cela a été pour moi. Stefan est aussi très réactif quand on a besoin d'informations.

Apartment sat right at the centre of Auckland! Very accessible to local amenities but does also mean that the noise level outside on Friday/Saturday nights was quite loud, otherwise the apartment was perfect for what we needed. Door handle to the bathroom was a little dodgy but still worked. Good spacious studio apartment was perfect for our few day stay!

Good location next to a lot of restaurants, bars, shopping, and the CBD. The only downside to the location (for us) was that there are two bars directly downstairs from the apartment which cause alottt of noise until the very early hours of the morning. The apartment looks like the pictures and is cozy. The living room, kitchen and bed were all clean but unfortunately, the floors were dirty and there was quite a bit of mold in the bathroom. Check out is easy; however check in was a bit different than what I’ve experienced at all other BnB’s and hotels. You have to go to a different building a few blocks away to get the keys to the apartment and then go to the apartment itself which is accessed by a side road/alley. We checked in around 11pm due to a late flight which made the check in process a little bit much.

check in was simple. Easy to find the lock box, great room close to restaurants where you can smell the food cooking. Very comfortable double bed. I would suggest bringing eye mask as lighting from nearby businesses does illuminate the room at night. Very walkable to everything. I would recommend staying here and I'll be staying again. thank you!!

We verbleven 6 nachten hier, midden in het centrum van Auckland. De gebruikelijke stadse geluiden stoorden ons niet en we hebben heerlijk geslapen. De afwasmachine was stuk, maar dat stond vooraf duidelijk vermeld en was voor ons geen probleem. Alles op loopafstand. 400 meter van de skytower, waar ook de bushalte van de skydrive bus van en naar het vliegveld is.

** There is a bar right down below. So, if you’re sensitive to noise (mostly human chatters) while asleep, DO NOT book this condo!** However, this place can be wonderful if you’re not sensitive to human chatters at night! - It’s extremely easy to walk anywhere, especially to CBD and ferries. - The interior is fantastic! All the housing details are well-thought-out. - A very nice kitchen! - The bar downstairs is pretty great! - Stefan and the management team are very easy to communicate with. We had a very great time staying here and will come back again if we’re staying in Auckland. We recommend this place if you don't mind people chatting in the bar downstairs!

Stefan is super responsive. The place was nice, cosy and everything worked great. a few results of wear and tear but they don’t affect the quality of stay. Loved being right in town, a little noisy but better than travelling in. And it’s super affordable!! highly recommended!!

One of my favourite places to stay in the city. Problem is, once inside I never want to leave! Spacious but cosy, comfortable bed, so close to everywhere in the CBD. Already looking forward to the next time I stay here.

Nice area, unfortunately the windows didn’t close because of being very old, steel and rusty which didn’t help the fact you are directly across the alley from a bar which was a little noisy at times around that 10 to 11 pm. Dishwasher didn’t work which wasn’t a problem, but they should take it of the list of features as it had been reported broken prior to our stay. Lamp was also broken on arrival which we photographed and advised on arrival. Did get questioned on it and told we would need to pay for it with the $250 bond that was taken from the account on arrival? So had to go back through correspondence to verify it was broken on arrival. All ended ok, but had to provide evidence rather than the cleaners been up front prior to our arrival and just removing the object?? Didn’t think it was worth the $220 odd a night….
