ホストはすぐに返信をくれたり、部屋も記載通りでとてもよかったです。 私たちは一月末に滞在しましたが、エアコンがなかったので、料理やシャワーの後は暑かったです。 ただ、なんとかなる範囲でした。 鍵を受け取る手順が、Airbnbのアプリではなく別のWebサイトだったのでわかりにくかったですが、親切なホストだったのでどうにかなりました。 バスルームが二つある点や家具が素敵で良い滞在になりました。ありがとう。

What really made this place great was the location. We rented a car and the car park was really nice to have. But the location being able to walk to the center for dinner or to explore was easy and not a far walk. Or driving up north or south was also really easy cause the motorway entrance was right there. Overall great place and worth it.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Location was great and very walkable to the warf area and easy Uber rides. Would stay here again! Parking was easy but you park in building 1 and apartment is building 2. Cons: - key retrieval: yes, this was clearly listed but not the most convenient. - homeless out front: At times sleeping right at the door. Homeless center a couple buildings down? none bothered us just not the most comfortable in a foreign city. - cleaning: host tried to charge us additional fee for cleaning after stay. We left garbage behind in bags but there was no instructions on where to take trash out. Also, girls trip for a week..hair accumulated but no vacuum. I think host wanted it sparkly clean if so then should be included in checkout instructions and items to do so.

The apartment is ideally located, close to everything on foot: restaurants and bars, shops, cultural places and to the port to visit the islands. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped for 4 people, decorated soberly but warmly. And Stefan is attentive. We had a great stay at Stefan's.

This is was a good base for our family (1A2C) to explore Auckland. Basics in the kitchen, two (clean) bathrooms, and laundry facilities were all appreciated and the location is very central by car or public transport. Parking is a couple of doors down the road, so there's a bit of a walk with bags, but having a carpark in the central city was useful. It's near major roads, so there is street noise - no parties, etc, but lots of traffic, which wasn't a big problem for us but might be for others. As per the description, checking in is a bit of a process since the keys are kept at a shop down the road: be prepared to find street parking for a short time on the days you arrive and leave, if you're driving. The instructions were clear though.

Nice location, very walkable. A little bit of a hassle having to pick up keys at a convenience store without easy parking. I appreciated having a parking spot in a gated garage but it was also a bit of a challenge having to exit one building and enter another with our luggage. The unit was a nice size, especially because it had two full bathrooms. It was advertised as having A/C but turns out it did not. This was challenging for a muggy summer visit. When I messaged Stefan to ask him how to turn on the A/C, he responded quickly but told me to do several things to troubleshoot the problem. After about 15 minutes of back and forth, he told me that he just found out the unit didn't actually have A/C. No apology offered for the misinformation, so that was disappointing. Other than that, the unit was comfortable for a short stay in Auckland.

CONS - for all planning to stay at this place, kindly ask for garage access right away to avoid the hassle that we underwent. had to wait for a full day to have garage fob and had to call building manager couple of times in our first day just to let us in/out of the garage. Cleaner was non existent. no one visited the room to clean in our 4 day, 5 night stay. Housekeeping did visit on the 2nd day but there was nothing cleaned. even the floors were still dirty. No AC so if you're planning to go on the summer, better request for a working e-fan. PROS - good location, almost near to all the restaurants and tourist spots. Place was peaceful and easily accessible (once you have the garage fob). private parking was the best amenity here. toiletries, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pod and laundry powder is also well supplied. Washing machine and dryer is also a great touch. all in all, if the garage fob mishap is avoided, we were satisfied with our stay and will book again in the future.

We had a lovely time staying here. The apartment is close to CBD, so can be noisy if you are bothered. Easy walking distance from amenities/things to do. Our biggest issue was the remote for the garage. It didn't work but Stefan and his team were helpful in trying to get things sorted.

Smooth check in as well known that key pick up is at a different location. The apartment is walkable from Sky Tower and so. Spacious but more effort on cleaning is needed. Some dirt on towels and trash found in drawers. The host is friendly, responsive and willing to help tho. Most concern is the bad smell in bathroom. Ventilation is bad and we could not leave the bathroom door open to prevent bad smell to spread to bedroom. Most things matched except the bunk bed. Now it turns to two separate single beds which are better than the bunk bed shown in picture.

Stephan is a great host; he answers quickly and cares for you well. The location is great, and it's easy to get to everywhere. The parking garage is very safe. The room has all the amenities you could want. I will definitely stay here if I get a chance for a visit to Auckland. ^^

Great central location very well set up apartment with great furnishings. Has a washing machine and dryer as well as ensuite and a seperate bathroom. The location means there are people outside the building in the evening which is something to note if you are around in the evening in terms of feeling safe however the building itself is secure. Car park is seperate building and the key access point is a bit of a trek which did mean some extra planning but was so helpful to have a carpark given the location. Overall enjoyed my stay however wouldn’t probably recommend to a solo traveller. Worked well for my needs!

Visited Auckland for a few days and it wasn’t what I was expecting. Check In was tough with the lock box being down the street from the actual Air Bnb. We had issues with there not being easily accessible parking from the air bnb to the parking garage and it was very noisy… the stay was okay.

Nice 3rd floor apartment with a great living room, comfortable couch and work area adjacent to balcony and full kitchen including dishwasher and laundry which we used often. We were also glad to have two bathrooms which were clean and functional. There is no AC but had good air circulation when windows and balcony door were opened.

Good downtown location, comfy furnishings, good amenities, friendly and helpful host. Check-in instructions are complicated as described somewhat. Checkout complicated too, as must exit parking then return to unit to return keys. Extremely noisy, especially the hot days needing to keep the door open to cool the unit. Ubers need very clear instructions on finding you due to the street layout.

The apartment was ok although the building was not very well maintained. The location was excellent but there were homeless in the street very close to the entrance which did not make us feel very safe in the evening. The kitchenware was ok and so was the courtesy kit in the bathrooms. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed for 7 wonderful nights at this apartment. The place is right at the heart of the Auckland CBD which means very accessible to anything you need such as shops, tourist destinations if you are visiting Auckland and just few steps away from the famous Sky Tower. The apartment we stayed feels like home because its very private, there is a kitchen if you feel like cooking, utensils, dining table chairs and its very clean. The bedrooms are very tidy and the linens are professionally cleaned we can tell. There is also a nice balcony if you want to get some fresh Air. The bathrooms are very neat. I would suggest probably a small rubbish bins in both toilets. But there is a huge bin in the kitchen if you wish to dispose rubbish. Overall, it was a superb stay! We feel very relax, safe, homey and comfortable staying at this apartment. We will surely comeback again to stay here. Highly recommended. 😊👍

Had a good week staying at the apartment! Lots of essentials were provided and homey restaurants downstairs which made it a convenient stay. However we found the rug, pillows, blankets stained and quite old. As well as really cluttered closets, had to take time to remove and put things away. Other than that, there were no other issues and it was a comfy time :) Thank you for being super responsive and helpful too!

I’ll add that if you don’t want to be around lights, noise and the occasional seedy character on the street, don’t stay in the centre of any city?? Some of the other reviews here are a bit naive. That being said the noise and lights were pretty chill and we were there on a Friday and Saturday. And I always felt safe. The communication was great, ammenities especially the laundry we’re super helpful. Definitely would stay again

For this trip, I chose to stay in a cabin in Auckland city twice^ because the transportation is convenient and free parking is available, and it is also possible to walk to the city center in 15 minutes^ White two-bedroom and two-living room, a rare choice! very good

It was ok not so great not so bad few things were not as accepting. One of the main issue is that parking is in other building and each time you have to come out from one building completely if you want to go another building

I stayed here with family for 2 weeks, it's a great apartment, right in the heart of the city. It was a work trip and my office was walkable, so a pleasure. All in all great place, good amenities and nice location. Parking included, which is a very big plus in Auckland CBD.

I stayed here with family for 2 weeks, it's a great apartment, right in the heart of the city. It was a work trip and my office was walkable, so a pleasure. All in all great place, good amenities and nice location. Parking included, which is a very big plus in Auckland CBD.

Stefan was great with communication and the place was nice and clean. It was perfect for what we needed. It wasn’t clear that the parking was in another building so we spent 30mins trying to get into the stairwell. We had to go out via the garage door and walk around to the front of the building. Feedback has been provided to Stefan to update check in instructions to make this clear. The main bedroom only had a sheer blind and living area didn’t have blinds. The living area wasn’t a problem but it made it difficult to sleep with out a block out blind in the bedroom.

It wasn’t clear that the parking was in another building so we spent 30mins trying to get into the stairwell. We had to go out via the garage door and walk around to the front of the building. Feedback has been provided to Stefan to update check in instructions to make this clear. The main bedroom only had a sheer blind and living area didn’t have blinds. The living area wasn’t a problem but it made it difficult to sleep with out a block out blind in the bedroom.

The apartment has lots of light, and puts much of the city within walking distance. However here seems to be a bit of a problem with drug use and homelessness in the blocks around the apartment which led to a few uncomfortable situations.

The accommodation was comfortable enough, but if you are sensitive to noise bring earplugs. Also there is quite a lot of light in the aprtment at night, no black out curtains, just thin blinds. The hairdryer was broken but was quickly replaced when Stefan was informed.

街の中心部にあり、アパートの下にはコンビニやテイクアウト可能なレストラン、カフェなどあり良かったです。駐車場もアパートのすぐ隣のビルなのでとても便利でした。 バスルームも2つあり、部屋は3人で宿泊した私たちにはちょうど良い広さでした。 リビングにカーテンがあればもっと良かったですが、気になるほどではありませんでした。 ホストは常にメッセージを下さり、返信も早いので安心できました。

Place was really nice and good location but keys weren’t in lockbox when we arrived (which is a decent walk away from the apartment) and there is an extensive form you are required to fill out before they will provide the check in instructions. Cleaning fee is also excessive when you are asked to clean up yourself. Blinds in the bedrooms are sheer and don’t block the sunlight so don’t expect to sleep in.

Super tidy and convenient, furnishings are lovely - really want to know where the framed prints are from! Great that there was an extra monitor in the wardrobe for the remote working space. picking up the key was easy, and the free parking was such a bonus.

First thing to note is that this apartment building is just down the street from a homeless food mission. There are half a dozen or more hanging around the street and there is a noticeable smell of bodily fluids up and down the block, especially in corners by doors. Obviously not something you can expect a rental owner to do about it, but it should be noted. Place is just ok. Basic everything. Cheap pans. Cheap table. Cheap beds. Great TV and sliding glass door to porch.

Had to pick up key at different location which was confusing. When got to place there was no air conditioning and no fans and it was hot. While it didn’t list aircon it was assumed it would have aircon or at least fans. The booking agent did arrange a fan for us after we asked for it. While no gym listed I was led to believe there was a gym on site but there wasn’t. It was also very noisy outside which made it difficult to sleep as had to keep windows open for breeze. Also curtain rail in second bedroom was falling down, I reported but not fixed. Would not stay here again.
