Central CBD Apt Balcony Parking Zodiak Stays

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is surprisingly large (2 bed 2 bathroom) and very convenient in the middle of the cbd. It was also very clean and everything worked well. The carpark spot is a bit tight with a big car but manageable. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper as you can hear some of the street noise below at night, which is to be expected in a CBD apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for three nights at the end of our travels through NZ. The place was great. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were comfortable and Stefan communicates well. I recommend.

Stefan was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was very nicely appointed and maintained. We had everything we needed, very easy to walk to different spots in Auckland and easy to travel by transit or Uber. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Stefan place looked better than the pictures absolutely gorgeous and amazing location ! Everything was clean and he was a great host who responded so fast. However, just be mindful when booking a large rental car as the parking space provided is very very tight !

Very nice apartment. Larger and more comfortable than most two bedroom apartments in the Auckland CBD. Location is great. Opposite Sky City and close to restaurants in the CBD and Wynyard Quay and Viaduct Harbour entertainment / restaurant areas. Stefan was a great host and very responsive to queries. Thanks Stefan.

Good apartment, fresh and new interiors, communicative host. The check in and check out is inconvenient, you have to walk to another building 5 min away, enter few doors, find the lockbox, get the key then walk back to the building where the apartment is. This happened to be on a heavy rainy night on our arrival after 35 hours journey, we've had two big luggage, few other bags and things which we've had to either keep in front of the building door and go to get the keys from the other building or hire an Uber to keep our things with us to go get the keys. Similar situation applied on check-out. The location is good for walking around the inner city, however the street itself is very loud, even with windows closed. There's an issue with strange people hanging around the street especially at night, we've woken up to lots of strange screams, fights, etc. that happens on the street outside. While this is not a fault of the apartment or the host, it's something to know about this location.

The apartment looked great and very elegant, the kitchen was fully equiped , the appliances were of high quality. The bedrooms were clean , tidy and beautifully presented. Very spacious and comfortable space. The view was beautiful despite my fear of height but I couldn’t resist sitting in the balcony sipping my coffee in the morning 😊. In general I will give it 10/10.

This place is awesome. Directly across from the Sky Tower, many high quality restaurants just a few minutes walk away, with the added benefit of a carpark. The carpark is very slim, so be prepared to remove your luggage before parking, and I recommend backing in as close to the side as possible so the driver can get out. The place itself is immaculate, beautifully tiled bathrooms and gorgeous, fully equipped, kitchen. Locating the lockbox was slightly tricky; essentially you enter through heritage hotel, turn right, veer left, and then follow the pictures in the boarding pass. Despite these minor inconveniences, I still highly recommend Stefan's place. I will definitely stay here again when in Auckland.

Super convenient location - walkable to all of CBD. The unit is super clean, premium appliances, pots / pans, kitchenware (bring your own cooking oil). It was nice to have 2 separate bathrooms in each room and balcony with a view. Free parking was a definite plus. Highly recommend!

Great location across the street from the Skytower and easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, transit and the waterfront. Bright and airy apartment on the 14th floor with west facing windows. Very comfortable beds in the 2 bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom making it perfect for 2 couples. Well equipped kitchen except no potholders or ovenmitts, so hopefully this is taken care of for future guests. It was a great place to stay for a week of getting to know Auckland, would stay longer if we had the time. We were lucky to find it available when our previously booked Airbnb cancelled last minute due to issues with the unit.

Apartment was nice and comfortable. Checked in one hour early so charged a $51.00 early check in fee. Could not get air conditioner to work so apartment very hot. Finally worked out it was turned off at the switchboard. Would have been good to have been told that when first questioned why it wasn't working.

We had an amazing stay, i was provided with clear instructions on how to get inside ect/find the lockbox. Only thing the pipe on the bedroom outside deck was leaking water. Overall great stay.

Great location and size. Good view. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Carpark on site. All you could wish for. Note to manager though: you need to sort the keys, whether with graphite or cut new ones from the master. It is ridiculously hard to open the door, we almost gave in on arrival.

This condo was perfect for our stay in Auckland. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well set up for cooking (no cooking oil though) and a nice new washer and dryer. Two comfortable bedrooms each with a private bathroom. Shower is fantastic.

Great location, really nice open plan kitchen/living area, the parking area is pretty tight if you have a larger vehicle, we were just able to back a Toyota Highlander in but it took some manoeuvering. Having to pick the key up from a different location is a bit of a pain but we would definitely stay here again.
