My wife had a medical episode and we had to stay in Auckland. All four chairs were broken. We rang each day and told by a receptionist that they are trying to contact the owner. I requested that Stefan please call me. He never did. We are in our late sixties and had to eat with our plates on our laps for entire stay. They spoke of some compensation but it never came. Stefan is supposed to be a Property Manager but I'm not sure he is even real. I spoke with a lady every time and she sounded like she was reading from a script and showed no compassion for our situation. We would not recommend this Management business! They would like to receive 5 star reviews but they are off that by a very long way.

Overall, the stay was not very satisfactory. The apartment felt quite old, and both bathrooms in the two bedrooms had ongoing water leakage issues. The bathroom near the living room was extremely small, making it difficult to even turn around, which significantly affected comfort. In addition, the layout of the apartment was quite awkward, and the air conditioning in the living room could not effectively reach the master bedroom near the entrance, impacting overall comfort. Lastly, the key collection process was complicated and inconvenient, causing unnecessary trouble during check-in.

Fantastic location! Everything was easy to walk to and accessible to the ferries and train. Unit was clean and having a washer and dryer in unit was very helpful for our visit. There was one issue with a very large broken glass window in the bedroom that had a note that it had been that way since 05/2023. I mentioned it to Stephan and it was originally met with please send a pic, then a tanks for letting them know. I wouldn’t feel safe if I had children with us. Overall, a lovely stay and quiet stay.

Stefan's place is amazing. My friend and I have our own room and own bathroom and toilet. The house is well equipped and it is so closed to CBD which saved us lots of money for transportation. There is a food court under the building which is handy. When we are back to NZ , we will stay at this place again.

Great location in the city with a peaceful area and close walkable distance to local restaurants and bars. Clean apartment, great balcony area and space with a park next door. Kitchen and cooking provisions were all provided making cooking easy. Washing machine & dryer made things easier for our family of four. Use of gym & pool was a great added bonus and good value for the cost.

Was a beautiful stay! Great location especially for the weekend where the street isn’t as loud and everything we needed was walking distance. Although, we would’ve preferred to have been told about the damaged window beforehand I feel like that could’ve contributed to a cheaper price but aside from that it was a great place. Would definitely try to book this again when we come back to auckland!

Had a wonderful stay, the apartment is absolutely perfect for an inner city stay. Easy walking distance to the waterfront, Sky City, The Civic and Queen St shopping. A great location for getting around with very clear instructions on how to check in and out. Great to have 2 bedrooms with comfortable beds. There was some noise at night and you were overlooked by surrounding buildings however , a great base, nice to have a terrace and access to a well utilised kitchen and washing machine. Def a great spot for getting around.

Stefan was such a great responsive host. The apartment was beautiful and looked just like the photos. If anything, the photos did not do it justice. The balcony was a ++++ With the blinds up you are kind of exposed to the public eye otherwise it is a pretty quiet neighbourhood. Its off a main street which we really liked. We enjoyed having access to the pool. Cons - It did say hygiene products will be provided but the only thing there was hand wash. Which we had to use as a body wash in the shower. They have no parking on site so its about a minute walk to the closest paid public parking. And to retrieve keys you've got to drive about 3 mins to another building nearby. Otherwise will definitely book this apartment again. Thank you Stefan!

Highly recommend! Very cool apartment super close to the best shops and restaurants. Stefan’s instructions and communication were the best I’ve ever had from an air bnb! So friendly and easy. As two girls coming for a getaway from kids and daily life we thoroughly enjoyed the space especially having our own bathrooms and completely separate from eachother. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks so much.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Stefan’s communication was excellent, and the house was clean, tidy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The location is extremely convenient, especially for visitors from outside Auckland, and the view at night was an added bonus. The home provided a peaceful escape from the city’s noise and traffic. We were slightly disappointed to discover the shattered window upon arrival, but we hope it can be repaired soon for future guests. Despite this, we would highly recommend this property. It’s a lovely home with easy access, a smooth check in + check-out process, and exceptional communication from the host.

This was such a great find. Stefan was so responsive to questions. The location was perfect easy walking distance for CBD amenities and a short walk to all transport hubs. The building must be very well soundproofed as despite being on the first floor in a busy area once the door was closed it was a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle of central Auckland. I will definitely book this again when travelling to Auckland to attend an event. Highly recommended!

We were excited to find a place last minute. When we arrived, we were greeted to filth and mess. We were told the property would be ready at 3pm and it was not when we arrived. When we called, the lady was unhelpful. She was suggesting house keeping may not arrive and was not committing to us having a back up option. After waiting an hour and a bit, she said house keeping would be coming in other hour or 2. The property was not ready until 7pm.

10/10 recommend - Such an awesome place to stay, it far exceeded all of our expectations. The location was perfect, accessible and close to all of the amenities you’d need. The space was tastefully decorated, with beautiful feature art & cosy beds. (Shower pressure was also AMAZING) Another bonus was that the cleanliness was unmatched, which made settling in on arrival very comfortable . The cherry on the cake was definitely the level of service provided by our host Stefan - the quick, clear communication and willingness to help didn’t go unnoticed at all. It would be an absolute pleasure to be able to do it all again sometime.

The apartment was not as convenient as I thought. Very little privacy with office building in front looking straight to all rooms. Very small kitchen with no place to cook or even store basic groceries. No table inside except on the balcony which is exposed to rain. The TV did not work for a full week and we got no help in spite of repeated requests for help. On the plus side, location is great, very good beds and good amenities. Good building with a gym and a pool.

Stefan was responsive to questions Theres a nice thai restaurant just downstairs and about 3 min walk to queens street. You just have to walk 5 mins to collect the key which is hard if its raining and you have luggages. The second toilet and bathroom is so small that its so hard to was your face in the sink. Instructions on where to throw the rubbish is confusing.

The apartment itself is okay. It’s clean to a point, but the sheets have stains on which makes it uncomfortable to sleep in. If you’re thinking of staying long term in this particular place, maybe think twice because the bed mattress is very very uncomfortable and will give you back pain for the rest of your trip. The location however is very very central and you can get around to all transport and the CBD shopping centres. The check in and check out times is a bit whack. You check in around 3 pm which is not ideal. and if you want to extend your stay just for a later, check out or early check in That will cost you as well. Overall I would rated 3 out of 5 stars.

This was a great, affordable base for our girls weekend in Auckland. The Management team were incredibly efficient and responsive, which was greatly appreciated. The appartment had all the essentials we needed. There were a few little quirks to the appartment, but for the 4 days we were there we were able to work around them. Thanks, team!

great location, equally distanced between viaduct, skycity, britomart and events area. handy to everything. great coffee across the park. huge balcony. place was immaculate. lounge furniture a bit small and uncomfortable but I'd definitely stay there again.

Hate posting a mixed review but... The location was good, and indeed it's a 2 bed/bath. It's relatively inexpensive but I do wish I had chosen another option of similar price at the end of the day. Not really just Stefan but an entire management company/team which makes them very responsive. The view was nice - even being in a lower floor. Some cons: some obvious like size per bedroom, and the art being a bit bizarre. Plugs are limited in the bedroom that is located next to the living room. They do give an extension cord but most travel adaptors won't fit it. The apartment is bright at night until you finally figure out the switches: press them on off several times makes them dim. The wifi is inconsistent but good when it works. What you CANT tell is that the sofa is reupholstered and totally uncomfortable. Bench hard too. One key fob only worked 50% of the time. Quite a few scuffs and stains. Check in instructions said to use swipe card not key fob to access resulting in issues.

We really enjoyed staying at Stefan's place. The location was great! We could walk to everything we chose to do. He provided great amenities (workout gym downstairs, pots/pans, cooking utensils, laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc.). We really enjoyed using the balcony, too! Great place!

Everything was correct! The only inconvenience was that there was no air circulation in the any of the rooms besides the air conditioner in the living room.

Great location if you want to be walking distance to the wharf / pier areas and city center. Stefan was very responsive to all questions. The only ‘challenge’ for us was where to put our suitcases while staying in this unit. The bedrooms don’t provide any floor space around the beds, and both closets had things in them.

We enjoyed the apartment and appreciated above all the lovely balcony. Very central and close to everything. We had a great stay. Communication with the agency was clear and easy.

This unit is very poorly maintained. The chairs on the balcony are broken and you can not sit on them. This is the only area where you can sit to eat. The window glazing in one of the bedrooms has been broken since December 2023. It is held together with a temporary window film and a sign saying don't lean on it. The heat pump filters were clogged with dirt making it difficult to cool the unit. Cooling fans are provided but one didn't work. The showers ran hot and cold not a consistent temperature. The bed was 'double' size (not queen) and had bad roll-together. We contacted the host on the first day about the broken chairs. They said they would get back to us but never did.

The place is centrally located in beautiful downtown Auckland. There are restaurants and stores all around within walking distance. This made for an enjoyable stay.
