Just to note - a couple of times I removed the power card to save power when we went out - which affected the hot water. So a note to say - don’t remove card by door. Otherwise great accommodation

The apartment is ideally located to spend a few days visiting Auckland. Everything you need is close by, (restaurants, shopping, groceries, activities). The apt is very well equipped. You can cook your own meals. The host responded quickly to requests. We had an issue with the parking pass. We received a call from Wilson Parking after Stephan called them. They opened up the gate so we could get in. We highly recommend the apt.

Comfortable place but there is no heater in the room. This was not mentioned in the ad and as we had two young children we had to buy a portable heater for the three nights we were there. Hotel facilities are great though.

Great stay for what we were doing. It was easily walkable to a lot of places around. Nothing to really complain about, other than the fact that there were two visible cards: one for the room/hotel and the other for room/hotel/parking.

feedback: need to communicate more with the hotel reseption regarding access key, cause even that’s there place, they always said nothing to do with them, but the things is, it’s still their property and is their lift problem.

Very nice apartment! Only negative thing to mention is that we only had one key card that you would need for the elevator, the pool and gym and the room. So the three of us were a bit inflexible

The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location, particularly with the accessible parking is a plus. Everything in the apartment is in a beautiful shape. We can walk easily to many restaurants and groceries in downtown. Stefan is very proactively communicative with us to make sure we have a smooth check-in. We highly recommend Stefan’s place if you stay in Auckland.

Perfect spot, walkable or short scooter ride to viaduct and other great amenities. Room was perfect for us, family of 4 with children 13 & 11. Enjoyed the extra amenities like the pool, tennis court and spa. Only issue we had was with the parking, but everything else was perfect!!!!

Had a great stay at this AirBNB. The instructions were very clear. The location is excellent. The place is clean and comfortable. It has a lot of character as well. I would absolutely recommend it. The only reason we have put 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had some issues with get access to the parking space and it was a somewhat frustrating situation to deal with while on holiday.

Great central location to shops and convenience store just up the road. Was an easy walk to the famous Tony's Steakhouse for dinner (which didn't dissapoint) then a show across the road at The Civic Theatre. Lovely spacious unit. Lovely outdoor area with views over the harbour, rooftop pool and spa. Parking was helpful although we didn't realise there was 2 car park entrances and the entrance we used didn't give us access to the assigned carpark. So read the instructions carefully. We will definately stay again.

The location of this space was excellent with an easy walk to Sky City, Queen Street and the Viaduct Harbour. Perfect for a short stay in the heart of the city. Well equipped kitchen, carparking is a bonus and easy to navigate plus comfy bed linen. Rooftop pool is a great space particularly in the muggy Auckland weather. Stefan has a couple of properties within this facility and I would choose the 'balcony' suite over this one just for more natural light and views. Both are very clean and comfortable.

The place is stunning! perfect view of the sky tower and easy to walk to queen street, everything is close by and great for the wilson parking!! loved that was included in our stay as we were there for a week and didn’t have to worry about our car. very much enjoyed our stay!
