The space
Step into a bright and welcoming apartment by Zodiak Stays, located in the heart of Auckland City. Large windows fill the space with natural light and offer views across the city skyline.

Unwind in the living area with a Smart TV, a great spot to relax after a day out. The open-plan layout connects to a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and all essential cookware and utensils. The dining table seats two, perfect for shared meals or a quiet workspace.

The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens, a built-in desk, and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The bathroom includes all the essentials you’ll need for your stay, and there’s a washer and dryer in the apartment for added convenience.

Located in the city centre, you’ll be within walking distance of Auckland’s main attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making this a practical and comfortable base for your stay.

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the pool and gym on level 8.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from our Zodiak office in Auckland Central (the full address Level 2, Unit A210/52 Courthouse Lane, Auckland CBD), which is a 1 minute walk from the apartment. We provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. This is a different location to the property you’ll be staying at. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We also have free WiFi access at our office in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
