This place was a great stay for our group of 4 (three bedrooms). It's right in the CBD and the place is modern and spotless. While the check-in process was a bit non-standard, Stefan helped every step of the way and was a helpful and communicative host.

Amazing location in beautiful brand new high rise apartment, walkable to many excellent restaurants and even the wharf. The floor to celing windows make for an amazing view, although it gets quite warm without AC and only one window that cracks in each room (like being in a terrarium lol). My only complaint was check in... you must provide an exact time for them to meet you at the facility to access the buidling. With a 5 hour drive up, my time was off by 35 minutes, they could not accomodate us with the earlier arrival time despite advance notice, so we were stuck standing outside the building with all our stuff waiting for the exact check in time specified (for which they were 10 minutes late). At least it was a beautiful sunny day!!! : )

Great location right in the centre of the city. The conference was 5 mins away. Lovely new, clean place. Plenty of room for 3 adults. We had 4 nights. Loved our stay. Stefan was great with his communicaton. Would def stay there again and will recommend.

Overall a very good experience and I recommend the place. Main Positives Place is large and very clean Communication was great Comfy beds and spacious rooms Very well equipped Central location and a 15 min walk to the harbour along Queen St Minor Drawbacks Quality of Dining and Lounge Furniture not up to the high standard of the apartment - Few chairs had legs that had bent which made them a bit uneven. Aircon didn't seem to change with adjustment, but was fine for the time of year we were there, but could cause a problem in the middle of summer. However there were fans (and heaters) in all rooms which I assume was to provide some help with temp control when needed.

Me and Mates stayed at Stefan’s for 5 days to attend New Zealand Fashion Week as photographers. This apartment was very conveniently located with in the CBD and walkable distance to most places we have to go. The apartment was very clean and tidy, our stay was very comfortable. We all liked it very and will stay here if we come to Auckland again and recommend it to other friends as well.

My family of four came to Auckland for a cousin’s wedding. Most of the extended family stayed at the Four Points hotel, but I wanted to stay at an airbnb for my kids to have space. This was the perfect location for us. A two minute walk from the hotel but having all the amenities of an apartment. We loved having a washer and dryer. Two bathrooms and three bedrooms with a comfortable living room and dining room to spread out and lounge on our down time. There are two parking garages that you pay separately to use. We preferred the “parkable” app and after a few attempts got the hang of it. The location is just off of Queen Street so we were walking distance from excellent restaurants, cafes, Sky Tower, grocery stores and shops. We loved the option to pay for an early check in and late check out. Excellent airbnb, we loved it here and will stay there again on our next visit to Auckland.

Amazing apartment, spotless, spacious, everything you could need. Having 24 hour access to a gym and pool was brilliant having flown direct from the UK and the whole family had severe jet lag. The host was extremely responsive and pro-actively checked in via air b and b messages during our stay which was a nice touch. The check in process and timing is only confirmed a few hours in advance. This would work if coming from within NZ but doesn’t work so smoothly when travelling 40+ hour journey from the UK, especially when being charged extra for a slightly early check in. The cleaners found a tiny chip on a glass which we assume was when they were emptying the dishwasher as we were unaware of this. We got charged a very small amount for the glass which seemed a bit pedantic. Amazing value due to a last minute booking in the middle of winter. Our other air b and b apartment cancelled last minute so lucky us to find this gem!

Perfect city location, plenty of space, dining room was pretty useful with the enclosed space for creating sound division (talkers in living room and board games in dinning space) various options for parking and great lighting. Lots of great restaurants across the street and surrounding area. The courtyard space was awesome for my toddler who needed room to run. Stefan was very prompt with responses and helpful.

The location is wonderful and the space was immaculate. Just note that the unit sits in afternoon sun, which means it is not really possible to cool the unit with fans and windows. Even in a climate where aircon isn’t essential, the temperature was frequently uncomfortable. The area is also a bit tricky for strollers and those with accessibility issues. But overall, a wonderful launch pad for Auckland adventures.

Great location and it was clean the beds were comfortable. We did not realize there was no air conditioning (though it is in the listing) and the apartment was very warm throughout our stay. There are four fans, which helped, but we still made sure to stay out of the apartment until the sun was down.

Despite providing flight details and contacting the host upon arrival at the apartment, we were left waiting outside for 2 hours before gaining entry. We were given multiple expected entry times, all of which passed, causing us to be late for a business meeting. The primary issue is the lack of air conditioning. Although mentioned in the listing, the windows push outwards not allowing adequate airflow. There are no ceiling fans, and the tower fans provided are noisy. The apartment faces the afternoon sun, causing it to become very hot despite having the blinds down. This would not be an issue during cooler months. There are air conditioning vents -unclear why the system is not used. A minor point is that the main bathroom shower lacks a shelf for body wash etc. The apartment is spacious, modern with excellent amenities accurately depicted in the photos. The apartment was also very clean. Conveniently location in the city it is an easy walk to the wharf and other attractions.

We had a lovely long Waitangi weekend staying at Stefan’s apartment. It was incredibly central and we walked from there to great shopping and restaurants. It was perfect for us with our teens.

The apartment was clean, tidy and the location was perfect. Parking was easy to find (within the building) and Stefan is an excellent host who is extremely responsive. The only let down was that it doesn’t have air conditioning, which is mentioned in the amenities, so it was quite hot but the host has provided four very good top of the range fans and we saw heaters in the cupboard for winter. Overall a great place and we would definitely book again

Stephan’s place was in such a great area. Walking distance to Sky Tower (great photos of the tower at night from his unit). It was very clean, comfortable beds, and tons of natural light with floor to ceiling windows. Stephan was quick to respond to all questions

Lovely apartment, spacious, location was amazing and considering it’s an apartment building it was quiet which was great. We used the pool, and we were the only ones there so had the whole thing to ourselves. Gym has everything needed. Didn’t use the pool room as we ran out of time. I saw some previous comments about lack of aircon so I was a little worried, but the air coolers provided for each room and living space were perfect, there was no issue with it being too hot. Only comment was lack of flexible check in, not used to having to meet someone at a specific time, but wasn’t a drama. Parking in the building, at additional cost, was very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Living room not as comfortable, sofa might be due a little upgrade as a little lumpy, but honestly it didn’t take away from a wonderful weekend in a wonderful apartment. We will 100% be booking on the return trip to Auckland!

apartment is very well located and set up. it will be very hot in the summer because there is no AC only fans and it gets all the daytime sun. the apartment is spacious, we were very comfortable. beds and showers are great. we did request to have a blocked sink and wobbly table fixed but it never happened. overall it's a great stay.

The stay was most enjoyable. The apartment is new and elegant. The only two drawbacks were: 1. The games room was booked by another group of of the days which we had not been informed about. So my husband and two kids were told to leave. When we informed Stefan we were told they dont take responsibility for matters outside of their control and that we should have let them know about our intentions of using the games room. So heads up- if you wish to use the facilities in the basement- it might pay to give Stefan a heads up. 2. On the evening of arrival we asked if it was possible to get a high chair. We did not expect it that night but sometime next day would have been good. We were instead told they don't provide a high chair. We don't travel around with ours either, so had to feed our 9 month old sitting on our lap. I would have thought that between the 150 properties they manage it would be possible to source a high chair. Other than those two issues, we had a fantastic stay!

This is a new apartment complex that was perfectly placed for the grad ceremony we were attending at the town hall. We had breakfast at Remedy Cafe nearby & dinner at Depot Eatery, Tanuki’s Cave is across the road. Visited Auckland Art Gallery too - all within walking distance.

Great apartment. Kids loved the pool and we all enjoyed the gym. Was very clean and tidy. No complaints! Only one thing we could say to make it better would be parking included for the price as it was quite a bit extra to park our car on top of top dolllar accomodation costs. But great apartment.

Nous avons passé un séjour impeccable à Auckland et cela grâce au super logement que nous avons eu. L'appartement est d'un niveau de standing supérieur. Assez grand pour accueillir une famille de 6 personnes. Le logement est bien situé, proche de toutes commodités et sécurisé. Nous avons eu une super communication avec Stephan qui a toujours été disponible à tout moment. Chaleureux et amicale, on s'est senti bien accueilli. The team were so incredibly helpful. In spite of changing our arrival time 3 hours earlier than expected, our concierge was available at short notice to receive us and acquaint us with the area. The apartment has thoughtful provisions and everything you could need for a family stay. I loved mostly that it had a great view, and was quiet and comfortable and I had a very restful stay in this apartment where my children equally enjoyed.
