Beautiful harbour view apartment by Zodiak Stays

Location, location! Classic harbor views a short walk to many restaurants, bars, tour boats, and city center. Relaxing covered patio. It’s on a lower floor of a large apt building with the harbor sidewalk beneath it. Lovely - altho gets a bit noisy on Saturday night with people having fun.

I gave 5 stars to all categories of the surveys about my staying in Stefan's properties. If could, I would add an extra star for my experiences of staying in his properties. My flight to Auckland was significantly delayed. During that period of time, Stefan and his team had been communicating with me constantly to make sure my check-in smoothly and easily. Their team member met me at the property on my arrival that made me felt welcomed and cared of. The property was very beautiful, in waterfront and city center. It is very convenient and comfortable. It even provided a car parking space that made things easier. Stefan and his team communicated with me all the time during my staying. I really enjoyed staying in his properties. I will go back to stay there again when visiting Auckland next time. A great appreciation to Stefan and his team!

Great location. Walkable to restaurants and shopping. The place needs a deep cleaning (bathroom) and fixes (windows & exterior doors don’t open - old and stuck) before I’d recommend staying there. I shared some issues with the host and asked for help but he did not offer to help fix the doors/windows during our stay. It became very hot with no air source.

AMAZING location - especially for new years eve and for viewing the fireworks. Great views, walkable into the CBD, perfect for local restaurants and bars. It is spacious and has good entertaining/relaxing space. Cleanliness was an issue - dirty marks on surfaces, hairs on sofas, it also needs a deep clean and some routine maintenance to elevate the standard of the place.

This place is an incredible stay. Absolutely beautiful, comfortable beds, large bathrooms, lovely deck area with sea breeze and morning sun for coffee. Very close to local top restaurants and bars, and a short drive or uber to museums, attractions etc. Wonderful meet and greet on check in that was a wonderful suprise. highly recommend!

Our stay in Stefan's apartment exceeded our expectations, from the moment we arrived to the complex, through the booking in process and for the duration of our stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation. Not only for its wonderful views both during the day and at night as one enjoys the harbour lights, but also for the amenities both in the living quarters and the complex itself. Great apartment and location. Would stay here again without hesitation. Easy clear instructions for getting the keys etc. The only thing I could have a negative on is no air conditioning but there are standing fans. Great value.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment for five nights in February. The view is fantastic. It’s really nice to sit outside on the covered terrace, that can be completely opened with sliding glass walls, and watch the world go by. The pedestrian walkway on both sides of the marina isolates the area from most traffic noise. The fully equipped kitchen and terrace views made it hard to go out to a restaurant for supper, especially with a grocery store right across the street. We used the indoor pool, that is bigger than the pictures indicate and were pleasantly surprised that there was a hot tub and sauna as well. We really felt like we were living like locals in this apartment and would gladly stay here again when in Auckland.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Auckland. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll und der Ausblick unschlagbar. Die Kommunikation ist ebenfalls gut gewesen. Leider fehlt eine Klimaanlage. Wenn es heiß ist draußen kühlt es nachts leider nicht gut ab in der Wohnung. Außerdem könnte die Wohnung etwas sauberer sein. Oberflächlich passt es, aber wenn man ins Detail guckt, ist es leider etwas dreckig und in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einem Waterfront walkway - abends/nachts und besonders am Wochenende ziemlich laut. Trotzdem haben wir unsere Zeit in der Wohnung sehr genossen.

After looking at the photos in anticipation of our New Zealand trip for months, it was amazing to be in the photos!! ...place looked just like the photos and exceeded our expectations. After a long flight from Canada, having a grocery right across the street to grab a few essentials was so convenient. Very walkable neighbourhood with outstanding restaurants and sights to see. Highlights for us were the day trip to Waiheke Island and the view from the Sky Tower. I'm not usually a hop on hop off bus tour kinda gal, but both on the island and in Aukland the bus was awesome and allowed us to experience a LOT in a short couple of days. Oh, and the pool, hot tub and sauna were a welcome addition to work out the kinks from that long flight!!

Beautiful location. Great views of the ViaDuct and easy walk to cafes and restaurants. I was on work travel and enjoyed my evenings working at the dining room table in the outdoor glassed in room with a view. Good communication with the host company and responsive when our group got split up for arrivals and they had to meet us at odd hours to hand over the keys.

Enjoyed our stay here, great spot and setup! Walking distance to food, mini mart, the park etc. Not sure I would recommend for people with young kids (1 & 2yrs) due to the city lights and only having blinds the rooms were very bright at night. In saying that the kids loved the pool and spa and standing at the windows waving to people walking by.

This was a place we were sad to leave. The apartment is in a beautiful part of Aukland with river and boat views. Close to cafes and restaurants. The property has a great layout with quality furniture. Highly recommended to stay here!

Es fehlten z. B. Eine French Press Kaffe Kapseln und Milch für den ersten Kaffee, Gewürze, Öl etc. Es war alles ausgeräumt. Nur das nötigste an Geschirr Die Schubladen der Küche ausgeleiert Die Tür zum Schlafzimmer sehr schwer zu schließen, da der Teppich das Schieben nicht ermöglicht. Lampenschirm im Schlafzimmer eingerissen. Es war sehr kalt und es gab nur eine Heizung im Schlafzimmer 2. Auf Rückfragen und Bitte um eine weitere Heizung wurde nicht reagiert. Alles in Allem: Lieblos und nur auf Profit orientiert.

Fabulously located property for the Viaduct area, walkable to bars, restaurants and CBD, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful with a wonderful outlook. The morning sun was lovely, and sitting out on the covered deck (warm in the middle of winter) watching the world go by was enjoyable. This will be our new go to place in Auckland.

This is an amazing place to stay. The views are outstanding, a fantastic place to wake up to, and go to sleep to. The set up is great with the two bedrooms and bathrooms. Such a central location where you can walk to access anything you want.

Prime location with ease of access to the CBD along with neighbouring restaurants and supermarket. Would recommend to those finding comfortable accommodation that is arm's reach of the main CBD area.

Beautiful place inside & out. This place was perfect for walks and for dining options. Beds are quite hard but i mean if thats your kind of thing then great :) Overall View, Pool, Sauna, Experience 10/10👍

Bright and beautiful space with stunning views of the harbor. We enjoyed the sunsets on the water and easy access to everything downtown Auckland. Would highly recommend this host. Great communication from start to finish.

The place was amazing. The view was spectacular, as was the deck. Closing walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants. Very safe feeling. Clean and quiet. The only thing that was a little tricky was getting in. I didn’t have data or WiFi because I am international and it was a little hard to coordinate getting the keys. But Stefan and River were incredibly responsive so we did get in a Okay!

The apartment is stunning.. Amazing location, quick communication, easy check in & help Only thing I would say is if you’re sensitive with sleep, the mattresses are rock hard. I had to sleep on the couch (which was very comfortable anyway) Besides that personal preference, can’t fault it :)

Great apartment in a great location. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and especially the porch/deck that overlooked the harbour with a view of the Sky Tower. We were able to take advantage of the onsite lap pool. Appreciated that a parking spot was included in the rental. Great location to walk around and explore the harbour area and go out to eat. Grocery store and eateries are also right across the street. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This place is gorgeous and right on the waterfront! It is in a great location to walk to restaurants and shops. You can see the boats come and go and Sky Tower is a beautiful sight at night. This property is very secure the unit is equipped with all the essentials and more! I also really loved the decor. Will definitely stay here again if ever we return to Auckland!

Great communication. Check in very easy. Arrived early no drama. Only negative was the apartment got very warm. Peak of summer. Could do with some air con. Otherwise great apartment. Very handy to viaduct. Away from most the viaduct noise but still close to everything needed. Supermarket across road. Coffee shop handy for morn coffee. Very well priced apartment for what u get.

This is a beautiful unit with heaps of space. The outdoor alfresco area is so peaceful with an amazing cityscape skyline. The heated pool, spa and sauna were a great bonus. Would highly recommend and will defo stay again when next in NZ.

I was a bit wary to book at the time, with no reviews and a relatively new listing. Everything turned out perfectly, though! Our flight to Auckland was significantly delayed and we didn’t arrive until almost 2am. The Zodiak team was great, still helping us check in even at such a late time. The apartment was in a great area with a beautiful view. It looks exactly like the pictures! The beds were very firm, but otherwise a perfect stay for our family!
