Our lovely two bedroom unit by Zodiak Stays is right next to , the centre so you can relax in the greenery when you've seen all the city sites. We are just off Queen Street, the main street in Auckland CBD, so all the city sites are within walking distance making our location ideal for travelers and professionals. We have all the amenities you need for a long or short stay and also free unlimited Wi-Fi and a ChromeCast in case it rains!

The space
Here at Zodiak Stays, We have all the amenities and facilities a weary travel could possibly need:
- WiFi - Super fast, unlimited & free!
- Coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper
- Shampoo, body wash and conditioner
- Two Queen Beds

There two bedrooms with queen beds, wardrobes, a desk and bathroom. There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a cupboard in the bathroom.

The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a flat screen TV with ChromeCast, and a dining table with chairs.

Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process.

Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The key pickup location is from a convenience store located at 490 Queen St, Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 8 minute walk or 6 minute drive from the apartment. They are open 24/7 for collection at any time. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but there is paid parking on surrounding streets or parking garages nearby.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (4x shampoo, 4x bodywash, 4x tea, 4x coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

Perfect location to explore Auckland city, and in a quiet location which was needed, provided eco friendly items for bathroom and kitchen which I appreciate! This bnb had all amenities we needed and more! Stefan was polite and responded fairly quickly. Would highly recommend

Great location. Walkable downtown in a few minutes, plenty of food options close by. Liveable space for 4 adults. Excellent instructions to get in and out and a check in to see if we were getting on ok. Would stay again :)

A truly beautiful place to stay! The accommodations were exactly as described by the host, matching every detail provided in the listing. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect home away from home. Wonderful

Was a nice simple modern stylish flat that was quiet provided all needs alot more than some other places and view was decent depends what side you get The washer/dryer wasn't the best. parking isn't very trust worthy and a bit pricy because property unfortunately doesn't have carparks around . Wasn't the easiest to find especially considering have to Goto 2 seperate building to get keys did make our traveling a bit more stressful and unnecessary

Apartment met our expectations, centrally located, so sights and restaurants are within easy walking distance. Clear descriptions and instructions on how to check in and how to leave the property. Good communication. We'd love to come back.

The apartment was perfect for us- very convenient to walk to other parts of CBD and other neighborhoods- we were able to walk to Mt Eden, as well as Eden Park to see the soccer games. Convenient to a number of buses as well. Lots of places to eat nearby and a small grocer across the street to get some staples for breakfast. Stefan was very responsive. You have to go downtown to another location to pick up the key to apartment. We enjoy have the apt as our base to explore Auckland and its surroundings!

I chose the property for its convenience location. Every morning I do a leisure walk to reach my working place. Easy access to many eateries and shopping at Queen St. The wi-fi connection is strong. After spending 2 weeks in this lovely apartment, I am still hesitant on how to operate the washing machine.. it is not fully automatic. Lastly, the host is super responsive and helpful. Can't asked for more. Love it!

We went on a friend vacation with 4 people. The flat had an amazing location, close to the center and to two bus stops. A nice view on the park and on the Skytower. It was easy to find the key and to return them. I recommend!

Key pick up is a bit of a hassle , the 3pm check in otherwise an extra fee seems a bit excessive . But everything else about the place is great. ☺️

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect and central to everything, so anything we needed was only a short walk away. Great communication with our group and provided a late check out option with short notice. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you😊😊

The place was located centrally in Auckland, a short walk to nice restaurants/cafes etc. The rooms were very comfortable with plenty of linen, towels & other toiletries. Would definitely recommend for those wanting to stay in central Auckland.
