Stefan’s place was very nice and walking distance to lots of places. Really good restaurants and shops near by. We love the pool and jacuzzi in the building which was supper clean. We would highly recommend his place.

We loved staying at this apartment. It was nice and quiet, but so close to all amenities. The property was nice and clean and very comfortable. Loved our walks around the Wynyard Quarter. The management team were very responsive. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed in this apartment before and really enjoyed it! Our second time didn’t disappoint. The apartment is in a great location. The swimming pool/spa is great, and we enjoy parking the car up and walking to nearby restaurants, etc.

This wee apartment was perfect for our stay. Fabulous location espicially with the supermarket across the road & bars/restaurants nearby. Apartment was quiet with no disturbances. We were met outside & shown into the building by a host representative with really clear communication. The spa broke on our second day, otherwise the pool & gym complex was just as in the pictures. Would definitely go back.

We loved our stay! It is in an amazing location and we enjoyed parking up and walking everywhere. It is a quiet and peaceful complex and was a comfortable stay. Fabulous restaurants/cafes nearby. The swimming pool/spa/sauna was really lovely. Very popular but large enough to share. Would definitely stay again!

Super appartement dans un très bon quartier. Les quais et les restaurants sont accessibles à pied. L’appartement est calme, avec les tous les équipements indispensables (cuisine totalement équipée, lave-linge et sèche linge). Il y a un supermarché juste en face. Tout était parfait ! Je recommande ce logement.

This was a convenient location from which to explore Auckland. The apartment was fine with everything we needed for a short stay. The car parking was OK for a small car but a large car wouldn’t fit. We found out close to the arrival date that a check in time is requested so we could be met on arrival. I was worried that this wouldn’t work as our timings weren’t fixed, but we had good communication that allowed checkin to go smoothly.

We arrived later than expected to the property, which was my fault. Stephan was very supportive in getting one of his work team to get to us as quickly as possible to get us in and settled. The location is perfect for lots of walking, ocean activities, and just being part of the vibrant atmosphere.

Location was incredible but glad we were only there for 1 night as expected a more spacious apartment from photos. Only other down side was the check in process you had to wait for someone to let you in would be better if you could have a lock box and let yourself in when you were ready (understand that due to its location this may not be possible) and 2pm check in rather than 3pm would have also been nice again this was due to the itinerary we were on so each to your own. otherwise for a night in the city to be able to have parking and walking to distance to everything would recommend to a couple.

Great location for the wharf and a great view from the balcony of the Auckland sky tower. Close by for great restaurant and a grocery store. The free parking was a bonus as parking was hard to find and expensive. Would stay here again and definitely would recommend staying here. We were 2 adult couples and had a bathroom each too.

I highly recommend Stefan's house. If you plan to stay in the city, take a break here. It's a convenient place close to the CBD and easy to visit Viaduct Harbour. There are many great cafes around, and it's very convenient with the Countdown Metro right in front. Our child had a wonderful time in the amazing heated swimming pool. Thank you for the friendly and detailed check-in and check-out instructions.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s a fabulous location, everything is walking distance. Lots of great restaurants and spots around. The apartment is a good size, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. And you have access to a gym and pool. We arrived at 4 am and it was super easy to check in with the locked box, and we didn’t actually have to speak to anyone face to face during our stay. Really enjoyable experience.

Lovely apartment- spacious, light, nice outlook, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot pool and sauna were great. Excellent location in the Viaduct area, nice walks and great restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!
