We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. It was the perfect location in Auckland CBD, very central & had everything we could possibly need. The apartment itself was beautiful tidy and I would 100% recommend staying here!

Tidy and clean apartment, great location in central Auckland with a nice view over the park. The noise from the club below/nearby can be heard till early hours of the morning so would recommend ear plugs

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern dort. Die Lage am Myers Park ist wirklich toll und man ist super schnell in der Innenstadt. Das einzige, womit wir nicht ganz happy waren, waren die Clubgeräusche. An mehreren Tagen in der Woche war teilweise bis 5 Uhr morgens Musik zu hören. Auch die Wohnungstür ist sehr dünn und man hört alles. Da das Apartment direkt neben der Tür zum Müllraum liegt, gehen auch häufig Leute dort vorbei.

Close to center and many options for restaurant . Only issue was that I couldn’t use the oven ( maybe from me 🤣) No parking included but few options close by . Great communication and reactivity from Stefan .

Fantastic location close to everything in the CBD. The apartment overlooks Myers Park with trees and birds right outside. Very comfortable, would definitely stay again.

The place was great. It was on one of the main streets of Auckland that being Queen Street. The location couldn't of been better. The city was very walkable from the place and had great restaurants and stores around it being basically in the heart of the city. Stefan and the other people were great and proactive with communication. The unit doesn't have AC, but it has fans and that is fine even in the Auckland summer. The only issue was the washing/drying machine had some only cloth stuck in it and I did my clothes, but my mom's clothes got stuck in it and Stefan and the team gave instructions on how to get the clothes out of the machine. The place was great and the location could of been better. If you want to be in the city of Auckland in a quiet place and walking distance from everything I can't recommend this place enough.

The apartment is close to K road which is nice for dinner & drinks. It was quiet even though very central. Parking is expensive, unfortunately, but you can get around easily by walking & public transport. Beds are very comfortable. The window in one room doesn’t open, unfortunately. Kitchen is very well equipped, super clean apartment and very cozy.

Stefan was an incredible host who was super responsive to any questions that we had while staying. For the accomodation, unbelievable value for money, ideal location and access to pool and gym was fantastic. Would stay here again!

Lovely, clean, central spot for staying in Auckland CBD. The outlook is lovely and the kitchen was great. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a washer/dryer available. Would recommend bringing ear plugs as it’s next to a loud bar of some sort and the music can be heard until the early hours of the morning making it tricky to sleep.

Sparkling clean and spacious. As others have noted, it doesn't get much sunlight but there's a balcony looking out onto the park with lovely trees. Not great soundproofing - you could hear music until late at night and people moving about the building/going into the rubbish room, so recommend earplugs for light sleepers. I found it a bit annoying being asked to fill out forms from Zodiak as well as the AirBnB communications, plus the link to the manual didn't work so we had to ask for WiFi details - though received a very prompt response, within 10 minutes. We also had someone open the door, apologise and say they must be next door - but it was slightly unnerving that their key worked to open our apartment.

I would recommend Stefan’s place to anyone visiting Auckland. It was wonderfully clean, comfortable, and the location was fantastic. I felt very safe and secure. Communication was excellent and I quickly received answers to any questions I had. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Place is great just few drawbacks on the cleanliness where 2 underwears was found in the washing machine filter. Also, there is a club and loud music just beside the flat and was really annoying if you want to rest after full day of walking. Hope they can find a way to lessen the noise on the garbage bin entrance.

We stayed this place for a week and it made us feel like our home. In the best location, easy to walk down to the CBD, hop on a bus to the Eden Park Stadium, and many car parks around the area. the flat was clean and amazing as advertised. Stefan and the Zodiak Team were always responsive and helpful with cares. We’d definitely like to stay here again!

The location was great. It's easy to walk to many major places and right outside, there are many retailers and restaurants. The building feels fairly new and the security felt right. The inside was all tidy and clean. Most of all, the bed linens and towels are far better quality than some hotels. Beds are nicely made. The park outside the porch made the place more private and peaceful.

Stefan's apartment is in a perfect location in central Auckland. Easy walk to waterfront and CBD yet far enough away for a very tranquil experience. Looks out on a very beautiful park. Very clean. Pool and gym a nice bonus. Great place!

Nice apartment but slightly dark inside, another mirror would be suggested as only one available in the bathroom. Sofa small and very firm to sit on and not really suitable for more than 2 guests, another chair would be useful. Pool was amazing with the sun on it all afternoon, definitely a little sun trap. Good walking distance to shops, bars etc. Unfortunately unexpected noise at night due to an adult entertainment building next door which was open till 4am and did disturb our sleep.

This unit was really nice and super clean! Thankfully it wasn’t noisy at all. The only downside was this unit does not have air conditioning. It was definitely too warm for our comfort but Stefan and his team provided another fan same day which helped a lot!
