3BR near Tamaki River Patio Parking I Zodiak Stays

Definitely one of the top stays I’ve booked! All amenities are within arm’s reach. The accommodation is private and secure, giving real peace of mind. I would definitely book again if I’m back in Auckland. The host is responsive and accommodating, and the place truly felt like home.

这是我在airbnb上经历的最糟糕的经验。为了孩子一个月的暑期班，我们需要在学校附近搜寻了距离较近的房子。由于未订房只能看到房屋大致的位置，和房东再三确认后被告知车程在15分钟之内。事实上，由于该房屋附近的马路修建，路程需要在半小时的样子。另外，我们在入住第一天，房屋的门铃警报就响起，在我们和房东的电话沟通半小时之余，才解开这疯狂的警报声。随后，我们又发现且第一时间告知房东，洗碗机里有污渍、头发。下水道水下不去，洗衣机烘干机均发霉且有明显的脏污。这对我和孩子来说是非常不能接受的。孩子对灰尘有着严重的过敏反应。而且冬天的奥克兰是比较寒冷的，整个屋子只有主卧有一台壁挂的强暖气，洗手间没有任何取暖设备只有一台电热毛巾架可供提高温度使用。但他始终是坏的。第二天，我们还发现了房子的花园区域有坟墓，这真的让我和家人孩子吓坏了。我们经历了2周多的和房东反复沟通（房东在派过一次工作人员上门查看并无修复）后就让等待始终无回复。期间，我们也有看到房东在附近有很多房源也尝试沟通是否可以安排更换始终是无止境的等待。终于，在沟通2周后我们提出提前搬离这边并得到了房东的邀请退房申请，剩余的2周多发起退款申请。房东先是表示退款事宜和airbnb沟通。但Airbnb又让和房东沟通。待我们搬出后始终拒绝后面2周的款项。目前已经是第三周，我们表示是经过房东建议我们才搬走，并不知情不可以退款。我们可以搬回来后面的2周，均遭拒绝。这实在是太匪夷所思了。

The traffic can be unpredictable, especially during school times, which may affect travel timings. Regarding the grave, the family buried their dog in their own backyard. While I understand this may have made you uncomfortable, the family has now removed the cross sign. We accepted your mid-stay cancellation, and the remaining amount has been refunded. We apologize for the issues you faced and will work to resolve everything for future guests.

Really loved our stay here once we were able to get into the house. It matched the photos and felt homely and warm. We arrived to check in to find the front gate code wouldn’t work. It was extremely frustrating and annoying plus it was dark and cold outside. We contacted the property to be told a million times to try the same code which wouldn’t work. The lady whom I spoke with was of no help at all. In the end we used oir heads and managed to climb over the big rock wall and open the gate from the inside. We then had an email response stating the owner had reset the front gate code which again wasn’t working. By this time we were fed up with the front gate and found a cone to jam the gate and stop it from shutting otherwise we had to keep jumping over the front wall just to gain access every single time we left the house because the gate would close by itself. The rubbish bins were very full outside. The shower in the ensuite wasn’t cleaned properly neither was the toilet. Broken tap

It was good. Clean and good facilities. Place doesn’t make you though feel like at home, not cozy. Things like knifes were cheap and kitchenware not super comfortable. Though Stefan had good communication

I found this home last minute and I’m glad that I was able to book it at a reasonable price. The home is spacious and beautiful. It had everything we needed for our stay. We had a safe and private parking with a gated fence which is good for keeping your vehicles safe. The home is what it looks like in the pictures displayed. The area is nice and close to the places we needed to attend for our weekend away. Will be definitely booking this home for our future stays.

This could have been a very nice stay but sadly it ended up being quite a mixed bag of ups and downs.The managing agency makes you submit personal id and a bond, and I understand why, but it feels awkward and corporate from the start.The property itself isn't as private as we thought from the description, and is shared with 2 the properties in the back.It's listed as sleeping 6, but in short supply (4 each) of a bunch of basic items like dinner table chairs, small plates, large plates, bowls, cups etc. and some missing basics.The inside is clean on the surface but if you look closely it feels very rushed (mouldy blinds, overflowing rubbish bins, don't look at the top of the range hood, ...).It sits in the middle of large long term road works which would have been nice to have known up front, even on the odd chance the owners only found out shortly before our stay.The biggest issue for us was insecure access to the gate and front door (for reasons I do not want to state publicly), so we did not feel safe there with our kids, or leaving any items behind unattended. This was escalated immediately to the agency twice, but all we got in response was a very corporate 'We take security seriously' - and no further action or response. There are security cameras outside the house but who knows who's watching.
