The space
Here at Zodiak Stays, our dedicated cleaning team ensures a pristine space, so you can feel at home from the moment you step in.

The fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals effortlessly as well as full-size appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

The dining area features a table for four. With an open-concept layout, the apartment offers a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere.

The living room has plenty of seating for everyone as well as a smart TV and an air-conditioning. The perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.

A small balcony extends from one of the bedrooms, offering a spot to step outside and enjoy some fresh air or take in views of the surrounding city.

Each bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed with fresh linens and closet space for your belongings.

One of the bedrooms includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and monitor, perfect for remote work. Both rooms are equipped with fans for added comfort.

For your convenience, the home also includes a washer and dryer, making laundry effortless during your stay. Plus, free on-site parking ensures a hassle-free experience as you explore the area.

Guests have access to the entire property.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Parking: There is a free carpark allocated property.

Key Pickup: The key pickup location is from a convenience store located at 7 Union St, Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 7 minute walk or 4 minute drive from the apartment. They are open for collection at any time between until 2am. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date. Keys can only be collected within store hours 9 AM - 10 PM .If arriving later, please get in touch with the team ASAP to arrange an alternative check-in method.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4 x tea/coffee, 3 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

Always an incredible stay. Reduces the stress of finding a place to stay in the city. Makes the experience so much better! Will always pick Zodiak apartments first!

This is a beautiful apartment, spotless and has everything you need. Great shower, beds and clean linen. \nThe location is ideal, we walked around the corner to the Hop On and Off Bus, and it is an easy walk from the harbour. \nThe only tricky thing was finding the apartment from the carpark-the carpark is not directly under the building. Once we worked it out it was easy! Great value for money. We highly recommend this apartment.

Unfortunately this place is not worth it - it had such a strong smell of stale air when we entered. There were absolutely no staples in the kitchen which made cooking difficult. The property was not clean, the cupboards and shelves were packed with dust. The pillows were like bricks, so hard and uncomfortable. Upon check in you have to either collect the keys from some random place (bare in mind the property is located in one of the dodgiest parts of town) or pay $89 for someone to do a concierge check in! We opted for the paid check in and the guy was late, which meant we were stuck on the dodgy street waiting…when we asked if we could check out a mere hour later we were met with another request to pay!

Pros: Very well equipped apartment. Really everything needed for a longer stay is provided. Very clean and modern, and all furniture and fittings in great condition. Right in the centre of Auckland easy walk to CBD. Car park is a bonus. Cons: As expected for city apartment it is a bit noisy due to traffic and street noise. Also neighbourhood does have quite a few homeless but they never gave us any trouble. The checkin was a drama, wrong keys provided, no access to car park so bit of stress before we finally got it sorted.

숙소 위치가 아주 좋았습니다. 웬만한 곳들은 다 걸어다닐 수 있는 위치였어요 깨끗하고 잘 정돈된 숙소였고 호스트의 피드백이 빨랐습니다. 다만 체크인 과정에 키 수령하는 곳이 멀어서 무거운 짐을 들고 한참 걸어야해서 이 부분은 불편했습니다.

Excellent accommodation. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare some meals. Complimentary milk, tea, coffee and chocolates were very much appreciated. Bed linen and towels very fresh, clean and high quality.
