Appartement idéalement placé dans Auckland proche du quai, de restaurants (dont une pizzeria très bonne au pied de l’immeuble) et de supermarchés dans le centre ville sans les nuisances. La vue sur les gratte-ciel et la mer est fabuleuse. L’immeuble est beau l’entrée magnifique et il est très bien entretenu. L’espace piscine, jacuzzi, sauna, salle de sport est un véritable plus principalement si vous aimez nager car la piscine fait 20m de long. La communication avec Stefan a été très bonne (il répond très rapidement à toutes les questions et sollicitations,) … c’est un des meilleurs Airbnb qu’on ait pu faire. En plus vous pouvez bénéficier des services de planit si vous voulez faire une sortie même à la dernière minute avec des prestataires de qualité. En un mot EXCELLENT

Very impressed with this sleek, comfortable apartment. From the stunning view to the wide range of amenities, we found it to be excellent value. It was a real bonus having access to a pool, spa, and sauna to relax in after a long day. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city and adjacent to the lovely Albert Park. The area has a charming, historic feel while still offering all the modern conveniences, with great restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. Stefan was a great host. He provided clear instructions and communicated well throughout our stay. I raised a minor dispute about possible damage from a previous occupant, and Stefan handled the situation gracefully with care and respect. I really appreciated how it was resolved. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great apartment. I love the building I love the view of the city and harbour. But. The apartments run by “Stefan” are owned by different people. If there is a problem, Stefan’s communications are corporate speak fast and positive with great promises and sympathy. But in fact, nothing ever gets done. It seems Stefan has no ability to spend any money without the authority of the owner. You cannot book these places thinking there’s an owner who will quickly fix things or supply things which are not there. Here the dishwasher didn’t work. Stefan knew that, hadn’t told me, and his response was to send me the listing which didn’t include a dishwater. Hmmm, when I turn up and look around I expect the appliances to work. There’s no plug for the kitchen sink. I ask how dishes are done. Many apologies and a message that they’ll find out. But no actual action after that. So I go out to a plumbing supply shop to find one. (Not the right size as it happens Stefan.)

For 2 night stays, I had to stay up to do laundry so I can have fresh towels the next day. 2 towels and 2 bath towels were provided but since I was traveling in Auckland and doing some activities I needed to shower so I needed fresh towels but since they don’t provide new fresh towels, I had to do the laundry myself after I got back to the place after midnight.. also blood stain on the blanket and hair in the towels. (Stefan offered to have his employee come and change the sheets but I didn’t want people into the place while I was not there so I declined and just slept without the blanket with the blood stain.) Other than that the place had a nice view and Stefan was very quick to respond.

We couldn't have stayed in a better place where all our favorite spots are! The check in was a little amazing race vibe I enjoyed, the apartment building is grand and the space was perfect. All the essentials were provided and we made ourselves at home easily. The host communicated beautifully, checking in on us and making sure we were happy. The only feedback I could give is air conditioning would be ideal, but the fan was able to keep us cool until the night breeze made it really comfortable. We will be returning for sure!! The price point, location and cleanliness top notch!! Thanks again

The Avani building that the apartment is located in is awesome, and being one of the tallest buildings in Auckland it was easy to find my way back to! Apartment and views were excellent value. I also chose this particular accommodation as the windows open, unlike some other places such as Travelodge and Holiday Inn. The hosts communication was excellent.

The accomodation was fine, however for the price paid we had 2 days when the water wasn’t working with no attempt to support us as guests, yes we bought water and normally we wouldn’t complain but we had a wedding which meant that we had to find alternative accomodation to shower. Additionally the air conditioner was barely functional so I imagine the building is a bit old and tired. If this is the state of the utilities I don’t think this building should be charging less, as we paid hotel prices for here due to the location.

Overall, my wife and I were very satisfied with our stay in Auckland. Check in instructions were clear although the delivery through their boarding pass was slightly confusing. Initially, we were under the impression that there was free parking - there is not; however, the victoria street parking garage was extremely close and fairly inexpensive. We also were not aware of the AC being broken when we booked, maybe we missed that in the listing details, but with the beautiful spring weather in Auckland that was not an issue - we just left the window to the room open over night and used the fan provided. Lastly, if you're a light sleeper, be prepared for a very squeaky bed. Every toss and turn through the night we would wake the other up with loud squeaks. These are all minor things, just want to provide some honest feedback! The views were stunning, the location was perfect, and the pool at this location was great!

Stefan's Auckland CBD place was great. The building is lovely and checkin is super easy. It was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Very clean. We made use the pedestal fan as there is no AC (which we knew) which worked fine. There is a 'balcony' door in the bedroom acts as more of a window as there is no actual balcony and allows lots of fresh air. Any questions we had Stefan responded immediately and was very helpful. Its expensive but it's also right in the middle of the CBD and has gorgeous views of the harbour, plus gym and pool (we didn't use)

Tres bon séjour. Il y a eu un bug lors de la récupération des clés qui a fait que nous nous sommes retrouvé mon fils de 5 ans et moi sur le bord de la route avec 2 grosses valises pendant 20min, avec personne qui ne repondait au téléphone. Cepednat le reste du séjour s'est tres bien passé, l'appartement est super, l'hotel également, tres bien placé. Nous avons eu des modifications de vol de dernière minute et avons pu prolonger le sejour grace a une tres bonne réactivité de la part de l'équipe, qui a bien rattrapé nos deboires du premier jour.

I absolutely love this space! The view, room, layout, amenities, and friendliness of the host was top tier that it made my stay in Auckland the best yet. I can't get over the room and the view -- whoa! And it's smack in the middle of everything: good restaurants, a barber (for my afro), clothing stores, and Auckland's main street was a hop and a skip from the lobby. We had a good stay here. Very central location, with lots of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner all around. Apartment had everything we needed and had a great view over Auckland. The fitness center was really great to have as well. Used it a couple times and was always quite empty. Would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived in the evening, there’s no power in the room. We spent our first day in all dark, took a shower with a flash light borrowed from security guard, charged our phone in the corridor during midnight, and hardly had any sleep. For the following two days, the AC was still not working and I had to open windows since the room is very stuffy. But this is a pub area, there’s loud music all the night, leave the window open we can hardly fall asleep. But if I close the window, it’s too stuffy. This is the most terrible B&B experience ever. No specific employee handles our problem, we have to leave massage to different person everyday. Very bad management. It completely ruined my vocation.

Excellent apartment in perfect central location, with great view. Was great to have a washing machine and access to gym too. Would highly recommend. It was hot when we visited Auckland and the air con isn’t strong, so would recommend requesting a fan prior to arrival.

The window overlooks a courtyard area. Open it and you can often hear the street musicians and watch the ferries pull into harbor. A quick lift ride to the street level gives you easy walking access to the CBD and all the things that make it special. Only a few steps to Vulcan Lane, Albert Park and so much more! Very walkable, fun neighborhood, super great eats and all the activities you can want to experience in Auckland’s CBD. The place was tidy and quiet, so no worries about hearing neighbors through the walls. Very comfortable with everything I needed to feel at home.
