체크아웃 하고 나서 투숙당시 전기요금 많이 나왔다고 추가 요금 $ 280 지불 요청 받음. 전기요금 규정에 관련 예약전에 안내는 없었다. 그리고 우리가 투숙 동안 거의 잠만 자고 추워서 에어컨도 안 켰는데 전기요금 많이 나왔다니… 말도 안된다고 증빙자료 있으면 보여달라고도 했는데도 아무런 말 없다고 그냥 고객센터에 전기요금 많이 나왔으니 우리보고 내래고하는거 같음.. 에어비앤비 이용하면서 한번도 전기요금 많이 나왔다고 전기요금 내란고 그런적 없었음. 너무 황당하고 어이가 없네

Aivan ihanan valoisa asunto loistavalla paikalla. Kommunikointi sujui hyvin. ISO plussa oli uima-allas ja kuntosali kattoterassilla. Parkkihalli tien toisella puolella. Sänky mukava ja liinavaatteet puhtaat. Käytännöllistä että voi käyttää pesukonetta pientä maksua vastaan. Keittiö hyvin varusteltu. Iso suositus!

This was an amazing place to stay!! Incredible central, practically a two minute walk from Auckland CBD, plus very handy to supermarkets and shopping. The room was exceptionally clean and tidy will all the amenities you could need. The host was very proactive and very easy to get in contact with, plus made sure I was settled in okay on the first night. I would recommend it to anyone coming to Auckland who wants a secure, hassle free room in the centre of Auckland CBD. Would definitely stay here again!!

We were very impressed with the apartment, the fixtures and fittings together with the cleanliness. We loved how central it was to all local amenities and attractions. Perfectly located no matter what your taste of things to do in Auckland. Communication with Stefan was flawless, any message was picked up and responded to incredibly quickly, and we felt valued as guests. We wouldn’t hesitate in staying there again.

This was overall a good place to stay. Very clean & tidy. A few caveats: 1. A reasonably complex list of entry instructions: Find the location (Heritage Hotel) Find a particular room, find a particular lockbox, code to the lockbox, find the lift, the floor, the room... 2. Had a pod coffee machine, but no pods to be found "Will inform the team", but no action taken. 3. You will be asked - at time of checkout, not before - to remove all rubbish/trash at checkout, but there is no disposal point in the bldg. The only option being a ???bin on the street? (to be fair, when I questioned this, was retracted). 4. After checkout, I was presented with a Bill for $70NZD for "Stain on the sofa". "Can you let us know what happened here? I'm afraid we'll have to charge you for this. Hope you understand" No, I "didn't understand". Probably a pee stain (not mine), was there on my arrival/check in, clearly noticeable, and dry. Do we need to report this kind of stuff on check-in? I declined to pay...

The apt is situated within a very nice hotel in central Auckland. Close to all local attractions. Right by the Sky Tower. It is a lovely apt , comfy bed and spotless bathroom. The swimming pool on the roof and the jacuzzi would be lovely on a sunny day. This was only our 2nd Airbnb and we were well impressed!! Thanks!!

It was extremely easy to check in and out. clear instructions and communication from the host. The place was clean and tidy. Big bathroom. Kitchen bigger than what normally needed for a short stay. spacious as it says in the description. The host communicated everything and I really enjoyed my stay there. Very close to the sku tower, casino and very close walking distance to the waterfront and Queen street.

The apartment was very clean , very sunny and efficiently laid out with big closets, desk, a lot of countertop in the bathroom and hangers for towels and pajamas, hangers and shoes racks at the entrance, very good blockout curtains, fully equipped kitchen. It was centrally located, closed to everywhere.

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Spacious apartment. Milk left in fridge for us and tea coffee available on bench. Not the best view of multi storey car park out the window but that’s ok. Location was very good for walking to Queens Street and Sky Tower. Will definitely book again when in the area. Thank tou

Clear and easy communication. Lovely light and clean apartment and we enjoyed the rooftop pool and spa. Building itself (lifts) a bit old and stinky but didn't effect the visit! Keys should be on location - have to pick them up from a different spot which while very clearly communicated was slightly tricky in a car, in the torrential rain. Was imagining being on foot retrieving it with bags etc.

Fantastic apartment in centre of Auckland. Comfy bed, spotlessly clean. Loved the rooftop pool! Lots of clear communication, but be prepared that despite being an Airbnb this room is in a hotel. There are two entrances so make sure you use the right one as our Uber driver took us to the wrong one then we couldn’t get up to the third floor where the room is! And the concierge was rude and said our room was nothing to do with the hotel and he wouldn’t help us find our way. (Lovely). Anyway eventually when we got to the right bit of the hotel we found the floor and room easily, and it’s a delight. Spacious, hot water, close to bars and restaurants and perfect spot for exploring Auckland. I’d book again!

Great place in the city center of Auckland, just less than 10 minutes walking from great restaurants and bars by the city harbor! I stayed for a full week because of work, there is a nice desk with great wifi connection which was ideal for Zoom calls. The kitchen is fully equipped, and easy access to the rooftop pool, gym, sauna and laundry. Would definitely stay again!

Great Airbnb for my partner and I 😊. Very handy location and the bonus is the gym and pool that closes at 11pm. Only down side was getting the key from another location. But besides that Stefan is great with his communication.

Really cute apartment in a nice hotel. Location was tops as it was so close to everything. the pictures are an accurate reflection of the apartment. Remember to bring you tennis rackets and swim gear as the hotel has a tennis court and heated swimming pool. Stefan was great to deal with and quick to respond to any queries I had. Will definitely be back again.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay it was very clean, and the communication was really good. Only thing to say is that if you are a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs as you are right next to town so there is loud cars and people going past.

The place was well cleaned and super immaculate for a true hotel vibe and value for money. But a few disappointments - the bath plug did not work and this was something we booked this specific place for. The iron would turn on and not work either. The fry pan needs an update as our meals would stick. The indoor pool/spa pool is not operating for COVID and you are required to go through reception to use the outdoor pool. Overall at the discounted rate its better value but full price I would of been disappointed. Also as this is through a property manager the extra forms are a little hassle which we would avoid when picking our next place :)
