The unit was spacious , clean and quiet with necessary appliances . Walkable to attraction like Britomart, Purnell Sunday market.and Auckland Domain .The hosts were always responsive .

Our stay was fantastic! The communication with Stefan, was incredibly smooth, making the whole experience hassle-free. Stefan was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this flat for anyone visiting Auckland. It truly made our trip memorable!

I would have preferred to know about this upfront, so am warning you now. stay very pleasant, and location had what we needed for the price.

Located in the city centre, but not too noisy. The host, Stefan, was responsive and helpful. Was a little tricky to get into the building, but it means the building has good security. Recommendable!

I and my family had a very nice stay. The place is large, quiet and squeaky clean - exactly what we needed! There were minor issues with kitchen utensils, but those were fixed in a timely manner. Just two things to note: the entry is not accessible (no ramp, only two flights of stairs), and the lockbox room might be tricky to find (there is a confusing sign on the hostel door - do not go through that door, the room you need is actually further up the street if you walk from Britomart).

Airbnb was cancelled on the last day which was annoying. Communicating with him was okay though. just very hectic and Airbnb was not very helpful.

The Airbnb itself was great, nice and clean had all you needed. But there is no access for Airbnb stayers to the pools or gym, which is not noted. Also it’s just ordinary tv which isn’t a biggy, otherwise everything was great.

Was a nice stay. It could do with a few things done maintenance wise. Window handle was broken so couldn’t close it correctly. Carpet had stains and was ripped in places. Location was great. It was a bit strange having the lockbox a 20 minute walk from the accomodation. Good communication from host

Great place with a great view! Wonderful place to stay, close to Auckland University and bus stops within 5 minutes of walking. Convenience stores really close and a supermarket within twenty minutes (visible from the balcony too!)

We stayed here for about a month as we were finding somewhere more permanent. Check in was a smooth process and we had no real issues during the stay. The flat is quite large compared to others we saw which was helpful. The space was a bit dated and untidy (holes in carpet, stains on floor and pillows) but that’s what you get from regular rentals. We had a few communication issues through Zodiak Apartments but speaking to Stefan through Air Bnb he was very quick to respond. Good location for city centre but could be very noisy (building works / night life). All in all suited us for the stay.

We had a pleasant stay for 14 days . Only issue during checkin was that we had to take keys from some other location which was approx a km away from this building, Otherwise overall the communication was really smooth and resolution to all our issues like wifi , TV remote battery was very prompt. Apartment is at a really nice location and was definitely value for money , although it can be a bit more cleanly maintained . I would definitely recommend this place. :)

Everything was great it's worth the cost, we really enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful place. I recommend this to anyone who look for a place to spend times away. great view to the wharf. have everything(pots&fry pans etc) in the kitchen to do cooking. Thank you for hosting us.??

Great location, only 10 minute walk from Britomart!! We enjoyed being able to explore Britomart, the Viaduct and the sky tower. Beds were comfortable and there’s access to a gym, pool and spa if you wish to use it. Beautiful park across the road too. They also provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Great Wifi. Little disappointed as it says there is a smart tv but the tv definitely wasn’t smart. When I questioned it I felt quite dismissed by Stefan.. I also got locked in my bedroom and it took 2 days for anyone to come check it out. Luckily I was travelling with someone else who could open the ranch slider to the deck and I could get out of the bedroom and into the lounge that way. Overall it’s a great little apartment just needs a little love and attention. Im not a person who expects a lot but the reason I choose air bnb over a hotel is because it’s like a home away from home with a personalised experience.. The owners of this place are clearly running this for money purposes.

Don’t ever book this place, the photos are not going to match with the place. Dirty carpet, dirty couch, dirty walls. Terrible communication skills. I was really angry about not getting my money’s worth

Let me start of by saying it was a perfect location and beautiful place, check in was easy as. However there were some things that weren’t right. In the kitchen, it hadn’t been cleaned very thoroughly as there were oven trays and pans that were very filthy, only 1 out of the 4 lamps were working , no bin liners were given and only 3 toilet paper rolls provided for us for 1.5 weeks (however it did specify in the listing) but I think when you are paying a lot of money and staying a lot longer, it would of been a nice touch to have been given a few extra. The washing machine was probably one of the most confusing machines ever. But in saying this, Stefan was fantastic at communication and to his credit fixed all these issues when I told him about them which we really appreciated it. All in all, I would recommend this place as it was just really nice and Stefan was extremely accomodating. I think they need to check it thoroughly and make sure it’s all good for their next guests so they don’t have the same problems. Thanks for our stay, we did enjoy it ?

Great location, close to the university with cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Two good sized double bedrooms, plenty of living space and a kitchen that has the appliances you need if you want to cook for yourself. Lovely views of the harbour from the balcony.

Apartment is well located for getting around in Auckland. Close to shops etc, just be aware it’s up a long hill if walking ?. Apartment is clean and tidy, and Jolie met us and helped me with my mums luggage which was greatly appreciated.

The property is in a Fantastic location central to everything and easy to get around. The host was always fast at responding and providing information. Our checkin concierge provided us with awesome local information and we planned some amazing day trips around this, as well as eating out at some great places. We are a young family and this appartement was perfect for us our little girl even walked for the first time in the large lounge area and practiced daily. We will definitely be recommending this to our family and friends and highly recommend it to families. Thanks for having us!

We hire professional cleaners between each stay who would have come back to fix any issues discovered. We didn't hear back from you when we checked in to see if everything was okay and so assumed you were enjoying your stay. Despite this, we hope you enjoyed your time in Auckland.

Had a great stay here. Beds are comfortable and has a nice living area. Although it is winter the apartment was already nice and warm so we didn't need to use the heaters. 5 to 10 minutes walk from Queen Street ?
