Great host, very responsive and quick to answer any queries that we had about the place! Perfect place to stay if youre visiting Auckland and want to be within walking distance of the main shopping areas/ bus distance from all the sights. It was a gorgeous location ~ and everything in the listing lived up to the expectations, very roomy and homey. All up amazing stay and would come again x

The building is old and has some quirks but it’s charming and in such a convenient part of Auckland. The apartment is compact but has everything you need - I stayed for four weeks and was able to prepare my work lunches and home cooked dinners most nights with what was at hand. Any time I needed to contact Stefan’s team they were very responsive and helpful.

The rent is quite reasonable. But the cleanness should be improved. And you will hear some noise outside at night.

Lots of issues, I’m not able to write it all here… ok place and great location but they have taken $500 as a deposit which is double what I was told and I don’t feel comfortable with this. I’m still waiting for it back. The lock box and time of check in was a joke. Didn’t get into the room until 4. Lots of inconveniences and little help or care from the host. As soon as they have your money they aren’t bothered. Lock box is 5 minutes walk and paid luggage service storage is 15 minutes away . Inconvenient in the rain and no charge on phone. Even more inconvenient when you get to the lock box and there are no keys. Cowboy operation and I want my $ 500 back . You said a deposit was necessary for new accounts. I explained that I lost access to my usual account as I moved country and changed phone numbers. made this account quickly for this trip, showed you snap shots of 5 star review and you didn’t accommodate. Instead you took double the amount you said and it shouldn’t have been taken

We're sorry that the keys were not set up on time and that your security deposit was charged twice, these are very rare occurrences and we can understand the disappointment of both these things happening during your stay. The security deposit was refunded in full to you after check-out. We're glad you enjoyed the apartment and location despite these issues.

Excellent location and value for a stay in downtown Auckland. Apartment was comfortable and perfect for a couple. A little noisy Friday /Saturday night, but you'd expect that being in the city. Appreciated both the housekeeper and the host checking in that we had everything we needed. Would stay again.

Very convenient location although noisy as it is on the main city street and next to the lifts. Quite clean although mattress was stained. The oven did not work either. Overall, great location, and would stay again as it was very affordable.

Nice and central to food if you want to eat out or the supermarket if you want to eat in. A couple of mins walk to Britomart train station which is really handy. A few good ammenities to make our stay comfortable. Shower pressure is amazing. There is a lack of natural light but we did stay there a month. A couple days stay and you wouldnt notice it. All round good little apartment and happy with our stay. Would recommend. Thanks again for having us.

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for all of September. Upon arrival the apartment appeared to not have been cleaned thoroughly, the floors needed a vacuum, there was rubbish under the couch cushions and bed and there were stray hairs all over the apartment, particularly on the clean bedding. Upon check in we were provided with just one set of keys and there was no smoke alarm in the apartment. This was a disappointing start given the positive reviews, we had expected a professional clean would have been undertaken. On a positive note, Zodiak were quick to provide us with an extra set of keys, to get a smoke alarm fitted and provided us new bedding when requested. They did offer a complimentary clean which we did not take up due to both the COVID outbreak in Auckland and because we cleaned the apartment ourselves. Zodiak were always quick to respond to our queries and requests and the apartment is a great space, very comfortable and with all you need for both a short and long stay. Great location and price. There is not much natural light in the apartment as the window faces a nearby wall but the lighting design inside was decent and made up for this. I would recommend staying in this apartment as I believe our bumpy start is not a common experience among guests.

Really nice place. Great communication and service from hosts made checking in a breeze. The room was well decorated, clean and had really good amenities. The only downside is there is very little natural light. It also does get quite hot as there is no aircon however the host has provided a fan which was much appreciated. Overall a good stay.

It really was fantastic. I travelled solo. Very quiet for the inner city downtown area. Only one night I heard lilting violin practice echoing, magical. The apartment was decorated in my favourite colours, contained art, moody lighting, netflix, youtube for yoga and great fresh linen. Super shower pressure. Very handy to the local metro supermarket. Handy for coffee and pastries at Pandoro, or further a field at La Petite Fourchette. I loved how close I was to the waterfront area, and the Wynyard quarter. Hosts were connected with good communication. Be nice to come back and explore another time.

Great location, so central for shopping, transport. Enjoyed my stay. A bit noisy at times, depending on who is in the other apartments. Quietened down once the weekend passed.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The place was super clean and very stylish, modern, simple yet colorful. There were amenities for everything I needed including a nice coffee machine and a Netflix account on the telly ;). The location couldn't have been more perfect and even though it was cold outside I found the place to be very cozy. The place was very good value for the area and if you are sharing with someone it would be a steal. I would highly recommend to anyone to stay here.

Amazing location in the heart of Auckland! Walking distance down to the water and to Sky Tower. Quick responses from the host. Such a cute little apartment - perfect for two people staying. There wasn’t central air conditioning or heating but there was a heater and fan. There was a washer but no dryer but was told that was being fixed. Highly recommend this location for holiday trips - saves you time and money by walking and there so many cute shops, bars, and restaurants on the same block!

Stefan was a great host, communication was clear and quick. He was ready to answer any questions I had. I had no trouble checking in with the help of his staff, Logan was super nice and welcoming. Place was very neat, clean and had nice touches!
