Urban Escape Prime Location

Emplacement idéal. Appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Logement au top. Même si la société qui gère le bien pour le compte du propriétaire est très réactive nous n'avons pas particulièrement aimé la rigidité sur l'heure d'arrivée (nous avons appris le matin que notre vol était avancé, nous devions donc déjeuner après le vol, malgré le fait d'avoir prévenu le matin la société de notre souhait de faire un checkin 1h plus tôt l'après-midi, cela n'a pas été possible), ou le fait de d'avoir passer par une autre plate-forme que Airbnb pour procéder au checkin. A part ça, tout était parfait.

Had a great stay at Stefan's apartment in Auckland. Spacious apartment within walking distance of most city hotspots, and great to have the parking as well. Kids loved the well equipped games room downstairs. Good communication from hosts, and very helpful representative met us at property, got us into car park and upstairs to our room. Overall a very good experience, great base in Auckland city, very happy to recommend.

Lovely apartment complex in a historic Auckland building. Good value for money. Apartment is upper end of town, when much of the action is downtown but a small gripe. Good service and responsiveness. Check in process was a little complicated, but not onerous. Good gym and pool. All around very happy.

From the moment we arrived at this charming Airbnb located in the bustling heart of downtown Auckland, we knew we had made the perfect choice. The amenities were nothing short of excellent. We had access to a well-equipped gym, a refreshing lap pool, and the convenience of a secure parking space—a true luxury in the city center. Location-wise, it couldn’t be better. We were just a stone’s throw away from Auckland’s vibrant Viaduct, Wynyard Quarter, and Britomart precincts, offering a plethora of dining and shopping options. The proximity to the Sky City Theatre and Spark Arena meant entertainment was always within reach. Our family had a great time and if we ever return to Auckland we will diffently be staying here again.

Quiet and friendly neighbourhood, check in was smooth easy to settle in. Loved the view of the city from the balcony would definitely recommend to fellow friends.

This apartment takes a prime corner location of the Civic Building overlooking Aotea Square, with awesome views of Central Auckland. It’s a great location, heaps of places within walkable distance, and has every amenity you could possibly need. The community lounge downstairs is spacious and fun, and the gym and the pool are really decently sized and equipped. The apartment itself has awesome built-in heating appliances, a Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, a fully-kitted-out kitchen, comfortable beds, a large sitting room with sweet couches, and a lovely little stock of coffee+tea+sugar (not milk thought, you’ll need to get/bring your own!) Stefan and the team are great hosts, really accommodating. They’re friendly and always approachable/responsive online. Did have to wait in excess of 40 minutes outside the building to be shown in at check-in, but besides that the process was smooth and the place was flawless.

Stefan’s place was beautiful and a great location for walking around the city. Prior to check in I received a scam link to enter credit card information and I was informed not to provide any information outside the air BnB app after I reached out to him. Later on I was sent another outside link for pre check in that was required prior to checking in. Aside from the contradictory instructions which were a little confusing, it was overall a nice stay.

Stefan’s apartment was very comfortable for five adults. Bedrooms & bathrooms were more than adequate as was the double sofa bed. Open plan in kitchen & lounge enabled space for us. Cooktop, appliances etc enabled in-room dining if we chose. Communication from Stefan & the team was prompt, efficient & friendly. Checkin instructions were thorough however due to construction activities adjacent to the complex it was a bit difficult to get access to the main entrance. However, River was prompt in greeting us enabling access via the garage. All in all a well located property allowing a quick walk to Queen St & the CBD, restaurants, Wharf, Britomart, Viaduct.

Rare location in CBD with free parking. Right on Queen Street where the main shopping district and lots of food options for CBD. we could walk around the CBD without driving. However, due to recent economy changes, the CBD was rather quiet. We drove to nearby New market to visit the farmers market and also shopping which was definitely more happening. Check in was smooth , however we do notice the bedsheet had a layer of dust on it , maybe it has been awhile since the last clean up. The rest of the house was clean. There was no bedcot availa le, but the master room was big enough for my 2 kids to sleep in with us on a portable mattress.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and in a great location. We had trouble getting into the place as there was no lockbox or reception in the building but would stay again regardless.

Stefan’s place is extremely clean and is extremely well located. Close by everything and easy to call a uber for some more distanced tourists places. The apartment is stylish and is exactly like the pictures. We had everything that we needed and enjoyed our stay very much.

The place was very comfortably and stylish. Lovely linens and beds. The noise from Aotea Square was very loud in the evenings and there fruits flies all over the apartment. I had to wait 30 mins for the person to come let me in after giving him more than 30 mins notice. The entrance is hard to access for deliveries and Uber Eats etc

The apartment was like-new, very well appointed including a parking space. I would suggest a hanging shelf for the shower, to hold shampoo and soap. Just hang it on the shower head, inexpensive and easy. Beautiful and clean apartment!

We had an enjoyable stay in this very modern and sophisticated apartment, centrally located in Auckland city. Our party included my husband and three primary school-aged children, who were accommodated with two children sharing one double bed, and the older child sleeping on a fold-out lounge in the living area. A bonus that attracted us to this apartment was the availability of free parking - something very difficult to come by with an inner city apartment! Our host (Stefan) was very responsive throughout the stay. We had some troubles with check-in, as the host required us to text message someone to meet us at the accommodation to provide the key. This was challenging given that we had just arrived in the country off an international flight, and did not yet have access to international roaming to text message local numbers. Stefan communicated with that person on our behalf, and that person was eventually able to meet us to help us through the check-in process.

Fast reply and well-organised system before check-in. The apartment was spotless, and everything was in order, which made it super comfortable for us. Besides, the washing machine and clothes dryer took gigantic convenience in our trip. The location of the apartment is good, very close to the central and many public transportations nearby. It was a nice experience for staying there! Thank you!

Stefan was lovely to deal with and the crew that was assisting him oversee his property was also extremely helpful. Communication was always prompt and punctual. Big shout out to Chun who is one of the people assisting Stefan. Our flight arrived at 10pm and we ran into issued with our rental vehicle not being available. This caused us to almost be an hour late to our discussed meeting time. Chun was very patient and extremely helpful when he handed us over the keys and showed us around. A+ for customer service.

Le logement proposé est situé au cœur du quartier des affaires, très proche de Queen St. Très bien situé, proche de nombreux magasins et de nombreux restaurants. Beaucoup aussi de possibilités de take away, y compris tard le soir, juste de l’autre côté de la place sur laquelle donne l’immeuble. Situé au sixième étage, l’appartement a une belle vue sur des buildings du quartier. La propreté de l’appartement est exceptionnelle et il comprend tous les équipements nécessaires, il ne manque rien. Pour nous une escapade urbaine parfaite!

New Apartment in the centre of the city, easy to get in and out to travel around to other areas of Auckland. Stefan and his team are amazing!Communication was very responsive and the concierge check-in process is going above and beyond the usual airbnb. We arrived later than expected, way out of hours and they followed up and had a person waiting for us at the apartment. Would highly recommend.
