Two bedroom apartment large balcony central

Perfect location for an Auckland stay. Very comfortable unit, modern and clean. So close to shopping, restaurants, Woolworths etc. Would certainly stay here again.

Great location, responsive host. Really works well for family or working professionals. Drawback - key location was not convenient for pick-up; roommate had to drag suitcases with her in the rain for key pick-up.

10/10 recommend - Such an awesome place to stay, it far exceeded all of our expectations. The location was perfect, accessible and close to all of the amenities you’d need. The space was tastefully decorated, with beautiful feature art & cosy beds. (Shower pressure was also AMAZING) Another bonus was that the cleanliness was unmatched, which made settling in on arrival very comfortable . The cherry on the cake was definitely the level of service provided by our host Stefan - the quick, clear communication and willingness to help didn’t go unnoticed at all. It would be an absolute pleasure to be able to do it all again sometime.

The apartment was not as convenient as I thought. Very little privacy with office building in front looking straight to all rooms. Very small kitchen with no place to cook or even store basic groceries. No table inside except on the balcony which is exposed to rain. The TV did not work for a full week and we got no help in spite of repeated requests for help. On the plus side, location is great, very good beds and good amenities. Good building with a gym and a pool.

Stefan was responsive to questions Theres a nice thai restaurant just downstairs and about 3 min walk to queens street. You just have to walk 5 mins to collect the key which is hard if its raining and you have luggages. The second toilet and bathroom is so small that its so hard to was your face in the sink. Instructions on where to throw the rubbish is confusing.

The apartment itself is okay. It’s clean to a point, but the sheets have stains on which makes it uncomfortable to sleep in. If you’re thinking of staying long term in this particular place, maybe think twice because the bed mattress is very very uncomfortable and will give you back pain for the rest of your trip. The location however is very very central and you can get around to all transport and the CBD shopping centres. The check in and check out times is a bit whack. You check in around 3 pm which is not ideal. and if you want to extend your stay just for a later, check out or early check in That will cost you as well. Overall I would rated 3 out of 5 stars.

This was a great, affordable base for our girls weekend in Auckland. The Management team were incredibly efficient and responsive, which was greatly appreciated. The appartment had all the essentials we needed. There were a few little quirks to the appartment, but for the 4 days we were there we were able to work around them. Thanks, team!

Pros: -Excellent location; super walkable. Close to lots of restaurants. -Loved having two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; we were two couples sharing the space. -Loved having a washer and dryer, & detergent was even provided. -Stefan was very good at communication; always got right back to me. -Outdoor patio was nice. -Fair price. Cons: - Lacking basic kitchen stuff and some amenities that should always be included. Only provided the garbage bags that were lining the bins. We stayed 8 nights, providing a couple of extra garbage bags seems like a no brainer. Also, a sponge to hand wash dishes would be great. -While the place was clean, carpet and little bench were stained. Our bedroom ceiling had water damage, and part of the ceiling sheet rock was coming down. -our bedroom had terrible layout. No where to plug in CPAP or anything. Had to reconfigure room and then put everything back when we left. Would recommend though.

I had some problems with my stay but Stefan assured me they would be brought up with the cleaning staff. Be aware the key pick up is in a different part of the CBD than the apartment.

great location, equally distanced between viaduct, skycity, britomart and events area. handy to everything. great coffee across the park. huge balcony. place was immaculate. lounge furniture a bit small and uncomfortable but I'd definitely stay there again.

Hate posting a mixed review but... The location was good, and indeed it's a 2 bed/bath. It's relatively inexpensive but I do wish I had chosen another option of similar price at the end of the day. Not really just Stefan but an entire management company/team which makes them very responsive. The view was nice - even being in a lower floor. Some cons: some obvious like size per bedroom, and the art being a bit bizarre. Plugs are limited in the bedroom that is located next to the living room. They do give an extension cord but most travel adaptors won't fit it. The apartment is bright at night until you finally figure out the switches: press them on off several times makes them dim. The wifi is inconsistent but good when it works. What you CANT tell is that the sofa is reupholstered and totally uncomfortable. Bench hard too. One key fob only worked 50% of the time. Quite a few scuffs and stains. Check in instructions said to use swipe card not key fob to access resulting in issues.

The apartment is conveniently located, however is much smaller than what the photos suggest. The cost proposition as a result was unreasonable. The check-in process required walking 8-10mins to collect keys, which when carrying luggage is a bit ridiculous. The cleaners arrived and entered the room prior to check out time, which was an invasion of privacy.

Thanks for staying with us Kane and for your review! The bedrooms are cosy but we find that this is reflected in the photos. Kindly note, our check-in procedure is mentioned on the listing and we ask guests to inquire before booking if this may be an issue as we have other options available. Our records show that our housekeepers entered the property 6 minutes after check-out time but apologies if you hadn't departed yet.

Feel this was over-priced compared to other listings I've stayed at & disappointing based on ratings & extensive check-in requirements by host. This was a tired apartment. Beds were great, but 10 days too long with worn-out living room furniture, cookware & utensils; showers need deep clean & reseal; TV control/remote old, key pad not responsive. 1 bathroom/bedroom really small for navigating. Patio is not fully covered, couldn't use in rain & wind (stayed in summer), no table or chairs indoors, restricted seating for dining & working. Location of key pick up is not near apartment, nor within walking distance with luggage. Cleaning didn't appear to be professional service; floor fans, heaters & broom left out for us to put away. Mentioned items of concern to host, was non-responsive. Pool & gym located on same floor, easy access. Location great to walk to CBD, 1 block from Queen street & overlooking Federal Square.

El sector está increíble porque es muy tranquilo , sin ruido pero a la vez está ubicado a pasos de todo , al lado de queen street, cerca de súper mercados y restaurante. Lo único q no me gusto es q el departamento no estaba impecable, le hace falta ser más preocupados del aseo , pero le mande fotos de lo q no me pareció bn y respondieron rápidamente y mandaron a limpiar . En general lo recomiendo !

Great communication, location and place. I booked on behalf of one of our directors and it was great to have a communicative host. Would be good if they could supply more than one rubbish bin liner for the length of stay but other than that small note it was extremely helpful to have a great host and accommodation for our director and his family. Hi Mel. Our stay was excellent. The fact that each room has its own bathroom was a high plus. The kitchen had everything we needed. We did notice some cigarette butts on the balcony but we the rain just washed everything away ?.
