We had a great mini break at Stefan's apartment. Great location with a tonne of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment is well designed, clean and tidy, and has everything you need. Stefan's communication is excellent. Would recommend as a good option for an Auckland stay.

We had a great stay at Stefan's lovely property. It was a nice, clean and comfortable apartment. Very central location and had everything we needed. Stefan was great with his instructions and was very responsive. Highly recommend this place ?

Lovely spot in central Auckland. Apartment was lovely and perfect for a couple. However was difficult to get in after the key wasn’t in lock box. We could not contact the host, requested call backs and in the end had to contact Airbnb internationally. Took us two hours to finally get in.

Great stay, fairly walkble to most thing if you don't mind the slight incline! Clear instructions, fair price point for the stay. Just be weary that room is situated in front of the apartment building’s rubbish room so can sometimes get noisy in the morning.

It says to go to Zodiac to pick up key which is false. The key is actually on the property. Tried calling the host multiple times and messaging and he never responded. Neighbours were very loud and partying the whole weekend. Only one towel each was provided for 3 nights. Disappointing stay

We understand the confusion regarding the key pickup and we are very sorry that you received incorrect info. This is very uncommon and we will look into why this happened. We apologise for the lack of communication and any inconvenience it caused; we strive to be responsive and make check-ins as easy as possible. Regarding the towels, we mention in the listing that a set of towels are provided for each guest and extras can be delivered for a fee. There is also the option of using the washer and dryer available in the apartment if you would like fresh towels without the fee. It's a shame that the neighbours disturbed you. We can be contacted 24/7 and will try to resolve any issues as soon as possible during your stay. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention and helping us improve our service.

This place was so worth the money for CBD. The place was clean and such a nice space. However, the location felt a little bit uneasy and the neighbours were loud.

The place was quite lovely and the host was very accommodating. One downside was that there weren’t many cooking essentials.

Stefan’s apartment was fantastic, just like the photos. The living room was spacious with a lovely view of the park—very relaxing. The kitchen was roomy and super practical. Overall, the layout was well thought out, making great use of space and light with the kitchen openings and large windows. It was very functional and within walking distance of everything. Communication with Stefan was easy and quick. We’ll happily come back and highly recommend it.

Sensational host, Stefan and the team were very responsive, accommodating for changes to my booking and respectful of my privacy. I had to extend my stay twice at short notice and Stefan maintained exceptional communication. Beautiful, spotless apartment with comfortable bed and great wifi. Floor to ceiling windows overlooking Myers Park was a bonus. I also felt very safe as security was spot on.

The host company pursued to fill their own-form pre check-in and pre check-out process. And they didnt send the exact process for check in until i asked 2hr prior to check-in time. it was confusing and stressful. Otherwise the property was good.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, appartement très bien et bien situé au centre d'Auckland. Cependant un peu bruyant dû au fait qu'il se trouve à côté de la porte d'entrée.

After arriving at first location, and finding the office to collect keys eventually, we got to suite to find the kitchen under water and the fridge not working. It took hours to get a resolution on this by which time we had cleaned up the mess. We were offered this place as an alternative, and as compensation they put the price of this one up to match the original place. Hardly compensation for the complete inconvenience caused. However as I was in town to play a benefit concert we had little alternative. Never once saw Stefan, or actually got any feeling that he cared. This was not a great experience and we will not use this host again. We found the whole thing insulting really.

Thanks for staying with us Michael and for your review. We apologise that the fridge in the first apartment you booked had stopped working just before your arrival. We did our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible but unfortunately we were unable to fix the fridge that evening as it was late in the evening when reported. However, we did replace it the next day and provided an alternative accommodation for your trip as you did not want to continue your stay in the original apartment. Despite the start to the trip, we hope you enjoyed your time in Auckland and the alternative apartment itself.

A clean and handy apartment with a nice view of Myers park. Check in was easy enough. You do need to pick up the keys first but it's more or less on the way if you're coming from Britomart. All in all a comfortable place to stay in the city.
