Excellent location, walking distance to Britomart, Countdown, Spark Arena the Inner link bus stop (and others). Quiet at night and a small strip of eateries outside the building door, would definitely choose to stay here again.

We stayed over the Auckland anniversary weekend and it was absolutely amazing. The apartment is very spacious, warm and welcoming. My lawd the bed is very comfortable and everything was squeaky clean. It has all the necessary daily needs and utensils and is surrounded by car parks and important shops are very close walking distance. It was a pleasure to stay here and we would happily do so again.

Terrible host terrible company, did not communicate at all even though i had to be relocated because they messed up the place i had originally booked, i had to get ahold of the airbnb support people just to be acknowledged by the hosts. worst experience on this app

The check-in process was seamless, facilitated by a convenient lockbox near the property, clearly marked with signs. The building's accessibility is commendable, featuring a ramp in the lobby and an elevator to reach the room. The cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable, with fresh linens on well-made beds. Both the Kitchenette and Bathroom were spotless. Abundant natural light from four large windows and a smaller one behind the bed was a delightful feature. Additionally, the blinds ensured a restful sleep by effectively darkening the apartment. Having a washing machine and dryer on-site eliminated the need for laundromats, and the well-maintained rubbish room was convenient for disposal. Situated at the heart of the city, there's a plethora of dining options and attractions within easy reach. Moreover, the proximity to bus services from AT and Britomart trains adds to the convenience. If I find myself in the CBD again, I would definitely consider a stay here once more.

A great stay with Stefan, ideal for a student like me. I would come back if I had the chance, the communication is also perfect, Stefan's team is very responsive. Some furniture needs to be replaced but otherwise it's an ideal setting, clean and well placed, to live the typical life of a kiwi in the city center. THANKS

Un super séjour chez Stefan, idéal pour une étudiante comme moi. Je reviendrais si j'en avais l'occasion, la communication est parfaite également, l'équipe de Stefan est très réactive. Certains meubles nécessitent d'être remplacés mais sinon c'est un cadre idéal, propre et bien placé, pour vivre la typique vie d'un kiwi en plein centre ville. Merci

Laundry and drying machine is bit dirty so not used it. Also the vacuum machine is not working more than 15 mins after full charging. Washing machine is also bit messy to use.

Great apartment. Location was perfect for concert at Spark Arena and exploring the city. One downfall is the small window above the bed which does need a blind installed. Let’s in a lot of light. Also, we received no check-in instructions the morning of arrival. We had to ask for them but we were responded to very quickly which was pleasing.

The only place that made this listing stood out was its (relatively) close proximity to Britomart. Place was cleaned in a rush. Unknown puddles of water around the toilet bowl, toilet bowl was not affixiated properly and swaying around when using. window above the bed has no blinds so unless you like sleeping with sunlight in your eyes, this is NOT for you Last but absolutely not the least- ventilation; The fact that there was no air-conditioning in this unit to be hidden right at the bottom of the amenities is ridiculous. There is no way of getting ventilation ( a basic human need to ensure survival ) into the apartment without opening the window. But being a street facing unit, you are there left at the mercy of the sounds of the bus stop right at the front, the fumes from the line of trash cans, noise of construction across the street and random lovely people screaming for absolutely no reason whatsoever. What more could you ask for in a apartment?

Great flat, bigger than indicated by photos. Central to everything including restaurants and ferry terminal. Only negative (minor) was window above bed had no blind making jet lagged sleep that little bit harder.

Large and modern studio apartment located close to the center and easily accessible on foot. The apartment is very well equipped - we didn't miss anything in the kitchen or in the bathroom during our 8-day stay. We find the location of the apartment worth mentioning, namely the apartment faces the street. It can get noisy depending on the traffic situation. There is also an Asian restaurant around the corner. If this is open, it is best to leave the windows of the apartment closed. Otherwise you have the smell of fried food in the apartment, which does not go away quickly.

Große und moderne Einzimmerwohnung zentrumnah gelegen und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es hat uns sowohl in der Küche als auch im Bad an nichts gefehlt bei einem 8-tägigen Aufenthalt. Erwähnenswert finden wir die Lage der Wohnung und zwar liegt die Wohnung zur Straße hin. Je nach Verkehrslage kann es laut werden. Desweiteren befindet sich um die Ecke ein asiatisches Restaurant. Falls dieses geöffnet haben sollte, lassen sie am besten die Fenster der Wohnung geschlossen. Ansonsten haben Sie den Geruch von frittiertem Essen in der Wohnung, der nicht so schnell verschwindet.

It is a nice apartment to be close to everything. It has modern furniture and everything you need. If you love to have windows to get some fresh air, this wouldn't be the right apartment as these windows can only be opened a little. Furthermore bad smell from the outside gets inside (trash/cigarettes). If you are sensitive regarding noises, I would look for another apartment as you hear everything (road - during the night as well). I stayed two nights, it was right in the centre, that's why I decided to stay there.

The apartment is in a great location, and the apartment is nice. However, there were some matters that on their own would not have been an issue but together meant the stay wasn't as good as it could have been. Plus one significant issue in our view that was not acceptable and despite contact from us during the trip was not addressed. The minor issues were: - That keys were not available until 430pm, when the check-in time was 3pm. Probably would not have minded had this been advised earlier, but we were only told that there was a delay at 413pm, already an hour after the check-in time. We ended up requesting a later check out time (by an hour) that normally costs $30, but we had to ask for this, in our view some compensation should have been provided up-front; - There is a window situated right next to the bed, and it does not have a curtain, which meant street light streaming in at night, and sun streaming in early in the morning, not great for people like us who like a darkened room - a simple curtain would address this; a d - The dryer is broken and not working - again not a major issue, but notice of this would have been good, as we did some washing during our stay assuming we could dry it - only to find after the fact that the dryer is in fact - not working. The major issue we had was that the toilet seat hinge on one side was broken, so using the toilet was a safety issue as it slipped and slide when you were sitting on it! This in our view is not acceptable - a toilet that is usable and in good condition is a basic of any airbnb and when we raised this issue on our first day, we were asked to provide a photo and it remained unfixed. Not acceptable in our view and again no compensation or attempt to address was offered - they simply said they would lodge a job. Overall a 3 - it has good potential this place but these cumulative things reduced our experience and we would not stay again.

Loved it. Great space. Stylish. Accurate to photos, in-fact larger than I thought. Close to shops and city. A really nice slice of the world to experience on holidays. I’d visit again for sure.

Stylish spacious and modern.loft located right across from Britomart which is ideal. Enjoyed every night (7) I was there. The space, very clean with all amenities provided did not disappoint. Perfect place to chill out and I would stay there again. Loved it!

Great little studio. Really warm and central. Only issue is the sound of water through pipes from the above apartment maybe once a day. Other than that it’s perfect.
