Appreciate for Stephan's patient and professional help during the process contacted for all the questions, always quickly and useful. That's a wonderful location apartment for our first arrival in Auckland, very convenient to walk around the city center, parks,university. The staff Juanyi is also great, when we arrived late at 9pm, he appeared quickly offering the keys even it was out of work time. Louisa

Airbnb was very clean and located in a central place. Bed was comfortable. The washer and dryer were a nice bonus, as with the free parking. The hot tub was amazing. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your series of emails/contacts Stefan. Apologies for not responding - I was have trouble accessing my Air BNB account via my phone during our stay. I couldn't find the centralised rubbish bin (as there was a 'cordoning off' of certain areas - due to one of the lifts being fixed/serviced). So apologies for not putting the rubbish in the centralised bin at the end of our stay. Kids loved everything!!! The apartment - pools, spa, sauna, easy walking accessibility to the city, etc. I'd come back again.

The kitchen has no amenities if you want to cook, the stove was hard to function, no salt or pepper or oil and no cutting board. A machine for coffee pods but no pods. Feels very bare. Good if you don’t want to use kitchen at all but layout isn’t comfortable and feels like cheap.

I live in this building and booked this unit for my relatives. I'm very familiar with the location and amenities. The building is across the street from some lovely breakfast spots plus the Parnell Italian Market on Saturdays. It's about a 30 min walk to the city centre and Queen street. The unit was very clean and cosy with a nice view of Parnell and the harbour. Getting the key was awkward. It was about a 20 minute walk into town. If you're driving to it, there may not be parking available. Also, due to the strict entry nature of this building from body corp rules, the online reservation of the unit required multiple steps and ID photos.

Very convenient base while visiting central Auckland, with easy access to motorways going north, south and west. Quick drive to the supermarket or a short walk to local dairy and cafes, in particular the Luxerose cafe within the Parnell Rose Gardens. Amazing facilities within the apartment building include heated outdoor and indoor pools, Spa, sauna, gym and tennis court. The apartment is mostly very quiet and has lovely morning sun. The bed is very comfortable with a firm mattress and cotton linen. Kitchen supplied with some basic tea/coffee/milk and full cooking equipment. Bathroom has a great shower with shampoo/conditioner provided and washing machine & clothes dryer.

A bumpy start having to go to a separate location to get the keys with no free parking available, so had to pay $10 to park to pick up the key which is approx. 1km away from the apartment. Pleasant apartment but a little overpriced. Unclear check out instructions sent to me after I checked out which meant I found myself locked out of the car park and unable to get my car until a neighbour kindly let me in.

This is a compact apartment at the port end of Parnell. Very central location. The carpark is a real bonus. It is well appointed and a great base for a work or weekend relaxation trip to Auckland

sweet apartment in good location, great pool and parking. shame that its not well maintained and it wasnt properly cleaned. check in was delayed because we were given the wrong info for the lock box. the lock box is situated in a lobby several miles away. we were not impressed by the management company responses to our issues especially about cleaning properly.

Positives - Amazing pools and spas, great gym and basketball/tennis court. Good location although it is confusing at first which car park to go into. Not so positive - tv wasn’t working and I tried contacting the host to get it sorted to no avail. This was a must with my little ones so we were disappointed when we couldn’t get it going or anyone to help to get it working. The couch that lays down into a bed where my kids slept was hard and uncomfortable and my daughter got a sore back from it. Cleaning could be more thorough as we could still see marks on the doors and cupboards. For the 3 of us we only had 2 big towels although there is a washing machine and dryer in the unit more towels would have been nice esp for the pool and spas. Also more toilet paper was needed in the unit preferably good quality as the ones that were supplied were the budget type and not much ply.

We enjoyed our stay here, we worked over Christmas in the CBD so it was handy for us for location. We had everything we needed! The host was great at communicating everything. The collection of key could be closer but other than that everything was great for us.

Outside pool is literally amazing and great for a family getaway. Tennis court and basketball hoop was definitely a bonus! Only downfall was having to book for the BBQ which we weren’t aware of but other than that we are definitely coming back ?

Place is quite central and getting a parking in the building is a bonus. The communication with the host was extremely poor and check in instructions are not completely clear. There are actually 2 wings in the building and I ended up going to the wrong one via parking entrance. It took more than 45 minutes for the 3rd party to respond and I had to wait outside all this time. Communication is extremely poor but overall the place is fine. Close to the motorway and has all amenities for comfortable stay.

Great location and well equipped. For longer stays - it is very quiet and in a good building with a supermarket and Parnell nearby. Storage space and the layout of the lounge isn’t the best for longer stays but would be absolutely fine for shorter ones. The owners communicate well, key pick up was easy and they went the extra mile for some problems early on.

This was probably one of the worst places we have stayed at as information on the website was out of date, we were not told we had to go somewhere else to get the key (rush-hour traffic) and communications was condescending. Would not stay here again.

We stayed here for over a month and really loved our time here. The place is a well furnished home with all the appliances you need. It’s walkable you downtown and Newmarket but the parking space is super useful. The amenities are great with a spa pool and gym. The team is quick to respond to any needs. Would highly recommend.

Great spot, to spent this difficult time. The communication with the host was perfect, always ready to help and answered to any question. I been there for about 5 weeks because of the self isolation and lockdown, I really felt like home. It’s a comfy apartment, with all you need on it. They have a private gym, sauna, pool and hot tub, perfect when you can’t go out for lockdown period. Definitely recommend it! Thank you again = )

This apartment is probably great for people who need to be in Auckland for work etc and are looking for proximity to a specific location. There’s nothing really wrong with the place, it just looks much nicer in photos. It’s run by one of those big Airbnb companies so it lacks warmth and character that normally comes with Airbnb’s. All in all, I would describe the place as “OK”.

This accommodation is well located if you have transportation and has nice amenities if you care to take advantage of them which I did. The apartment is smaller than it looks so you will probably live out of your suitcase. We liked having a comfortable and quiet bed, a very nice bathroom, a dining table for 3 and a heating and air-conditioning system that worked very well and quietly. I would stay here again.

This accommodation in Parnell was absolutely perfect for what I needed. A few nights were work related so it was great having a nice, quiet, comfortable place to stay, with all the amenities required. Great food and coffee were only a short stroll away which is also a plus! My family (wife and small child) arrived at the back end of the stay and again it was perfect for us, albeit a little small. But we knew that and this wasn’t a problem at all. Again, being so close to the city and beaches/bays it was perfect for us and I would highly recommend this accommodation. Really well priced too - particularly given the location. The team that I communicated with along the way were nothing short of perfect. They were quick to reply, answered all my questions and made the process from check- in to check-out seamless. Highly recommend this property.

This is a great place near the Parnell area of Auckland. The pool, hottub, sauna, and lap pool is a great addition especially in Auckland where pools are hard to find. The building is located near a busy street, but lots of things are nearby including a nice park, view of Auckland, and transportation so it is easy to get around.

DO NOT STAY HERE It is such a poor use of $200 a night and much nice Airbnb’s in the area and in Auckland! We choose to stay here as we had stayed at another much nicer place this host had and trusted him! The place was so I clean and we gave the host a chance to rectify several times. They said management didn’t work weekends. When I asked on Tuesday for a solution they said there wouldn’t be one. The house looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after last guest or maybe just not stayed in in a while. We will not stay with this host again! Hunt around you’ll find somewhere much better for your money and someone more kind and solutions orientated when things that are the hosts fault go wrong.

Hi Lauren, we had our cleaners sent back over right away when you'd let us know you were dissatisfied. When they returned they were told that they weren't needed. Unfortunately we cannot just offer refunds if a guest tells us the apartment is dirty without sending through any evidence - we will always make sure to rectify any issues as they arise however which is why we sent the cleaners back.

Place is of excellent value when compared to others in the same price range. Top location in Parnell, great amenities (including a tennis court and lagoon pool) and well equipped. Parking is a big plus, as it's hard to come by this close to the CBD. Would recommend to anyone visiting Auckland.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 night stay from Sydney, Australia. The apartment is located 30 mins from the airport, 2 mins drive to the city centre and a 5 walk to the viaduct. The check in was seamless. Communication pre-check in - timely and concise and upon arrival - easy. Meeting Alex upon arrival, he gave me a tour of the car park, pools, gym and apartment. Being a former local to Auckland, he didn’t need to give any local or travel tips but he was hospitable and friendly - good customer service. The apartment offers a lot of nice natural light; a nice small view of the water too. Internet connection and speed was great. The car park was secure and easily accessible. Bedroom is a good size for a couple with ample storage. The apartment layout is perfect for 2 people and maybe a child too. The bathroom, washing machine and kitchenette were in great condition. I would definitely stay here again in future and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice location central to all parts of Auckland. Many thanks, Leki.
