Apartment was clean and tidy, everything was available. Kitchen was well equipped only dishwasher is not working, coffee and sugar was also provided. Stefan was helpful and quick with communication. There was Free parking on nearby streets 5-10min walk. Beautiful sunsets from balcony, it was very comfortable stay.

Location was great for why I was there, the apartment was clean and had everything i needed. Communication was great. I would say the sofa was very uncomfortable but other than that it was great. If you have a car parking is not easy.

Was a great stay, beautiful apartment in a cute little area. Stefan was a helpful host, only complaints were with the dishwasher being broken and there only being one pot and pan compatible with the hob. Free street parking is about a five minute walk from the accommodation. Amazing view from the balcony however! And many nice restaurants just up the street!

This place is clean and comfortable to stay. We love the idea that we booked in so late and the service Miron provided was beyond exceptional. Really appreciate people go out of their way to help… will be staying here again. This place is very nice and friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended

Great place, great location. Super cozy and comfortable. Parking is a bit of an issue but workable if you don't mind walking. Highly recommended!

The host was unhelpful as the stove top did not work and the sofa bed was broken. Under the sofa bed was rubbish including someone’s iPhone! The problems were not addressed while we were there.

It’s an amazing brand now apartment with tidy condition and good view. The location is very convenient. Close to the train station, 2 mins drive to SH1 highway, 10mins drive to Sylvia Park shopping center.

Awesome spot and amazing views of the sunset and out to one tree hill. Clean safe and comfy interior setup. Awesome cafes and restaurants within 5mins walk.

We really enjoyed our stay at Stefans place. It was kitted out with everything you needed and conveniently located near the train station and bus stops. Communication was great throughout and the sunset on the balcony was a bonus!

I wouldn't use this host again. Beware, as once you pay (hence, agree to the terms on air bnb) they will send additional terms that you must agree to. But if you decide to cancel after the additonal terms are sent, you are pitifully refunded. There were stains and mould all over the duvet in the closet, which is used for the sofa bed. The sofa bed is also very, very uncomfortable. I paid a $125 cleaning fee, yet the additional terms required I take my own rubbish out of the hotel. I used their portal to indicate the time I would arrive, and they asked I contact them half an hour before I arrive to confirm. I indicated 4:30, called at 3:45 to no answer. Called again at 3:52, and was told there would be an hour wait. They finally arrived at 5:03. The nice thing about this place is the view and the nearby amenities. Tok Tok is a lovely restaurant, and the train station is a brisk 5 minute walk.

Not friendly host and their service is not satisfied, even can not provide toilet tissue and rubbish bags in the room, their stove does not work at all for the first two days, so we have to eat outside from the beginning, it is really frustrating, will not choose this host again.
