Our second stay here - a very comfy, well appointed apartment in a great location for the central city. Indoor parking a bonus. Highly recommended.

Great stay with 2 adults and two kids under 5. easy access great location. park and walk near by. secure park. nice apartment plently of space, modern and warm. would definitly stay again. host is always contactable. thanks heaps

Hosts were very responsive with communications and answers to questions and although the instructions for entry, car parking etc were a little complicated they were communicated very well. The place was clean and tidy and is a great location.

This property is in a good location and well set out. The beds were very comfortable and we liked the property in general. There were a few broken fittings and the dining and lounge area is looking a bit tired. Overall though a good stay.

After having to wait 2.5 hrs after checking in time because cleaners were late, the keys weren't in the lockbox and we had to wait outside another hour, after several phone calls, before we got someone to let us in. Once in, the place it was beautiful and all we needed. I did ask for some kind of compensation for our inconvenience, but got nothing. Rather frustrating after travelling for hours, arriving tired and just wanting to settle in.

Beds are comfortable, kitchen is good, love the secure parking. No extra set of keys as promised & no apology-was told to go to another location (their office) to collect - we decided it was easier to co-ordinate 1 set of keys than make time to locate their office. Someone stays in the car, dble park while someone else works out how to get in & get the garage door opener. Very inflexible with family members wanting to stay to support the patient going in for surgery-did not allow one extra person to sleep on the couch. Any earlier than 3pm check-in costs $50! The apartment had not been cleaned when we arrived at the checkin time of 3pm. There was no apology made - we had to go to a cafe to buy food & drink instead of preparing the food & coffee we brought with us. The cafe stayed open later for us to have some comfort while we waited. Toilet roll holder in the ensuite is broken. No aircon and little ventilation-very hot! Street noise very noisy & not secure when ranchslider is open.

Great location in north end of mteden. Restaurant and pub within walking distance. Ground floor with easy access But No air conditioning ,this means stuffy and hot as no windows can be securely left open No windows in main bedroom only sliding doors Fans in place but not able to make stay comfortable.

Stefan's apartment was fantastic. Having 2 bathrooms (with lots of towels and lovely toiletries!) and the whole space was great. The beds were super comfortable, pristine linen and plenty of coat hangers. Kitchen had everything you needed. The location was spot on - great local area and close to central Auckland. Having the carpark facility too was so useful. I thoroughly recommend Stefans place, and the communication was very prompt, professional and helpful. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

Stayed for two weeks with my elderly parents while Mum had surgery and then came out of hospital. It was a convenient location. The apartment was quiet at night, being double glazed. Maungawhau/Mt Eden is super close, if you want to stretch your legs and take in the 360 degree view of Auckland. We found it perfect for our needs. Having two bathrooms was a major plus!

Very nice, clean and convenient apartment for our family of four. Having two bathrooms was a plus, as was the indoor parking space. Another review mentioned difficulties with getting a pram through the front gate, but at least our Yoyo pram fit through without problems.

We enjoyed our stay at Stefan's Mt Eden apartment, which we arranged at the last minute due to an unfortunate cancellation at another Airbnb property. We are so glad we found this place. The location is perfect for a family of kids, as it's peaceful with a fun children's park nearby but at the same time, very close to Auckland CBD. Finding the place was confusing as it's not that intuitive from outside which apartment is his. Stefan and his staff are responsive though, and they are readily accessible should you need anything. Just be prepared to clean up and leave the apartment almost the same way you got it at check out, including emptying the rubbish in the nearby rubbish room and cleaning up all dishes in the dishwasher. I felt that part to be a bit odd, considering there is a cleaning fee that should cover that. Despite that, I would still recommend this place for its excellent location, amenities and responsive host.

Stefan place is ideally located next to Mount Eden. The property is very neat and practical. Only caveat, not very adapted with an infant (ie. Pram can’t go through the street gate)

Clean, well presented 2 bedroom apartment. Was a bonus having the secure car park. Perfect location for revision classes at Grammar. Well provisioned kitchen. Lovely linen and nice to have the additions of shampoo/conditioner etc. just needs a coffee plunger and would be perfect. Luckily there was Bloc Cafe just down the road.

Thank you Stefan for a wonderful stay! The apartment was amazing and equipped with everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were immaculately clean. Even though it is close to the CBD, the area is very quiet. Being close to Mount Eden and the surrounding cafés is a plus as well. The check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would definitely stay here again!
