Great central location, within walking distance to city centre & Brito Mart. Lovely unit, with comfortable beds & plenty of room. We enjoyed our stay!

Space was very cozy, warm and clean. Stefan was very responsive whenever we had questions - anytime of the day. Easy walk to main CBD areas as well. Would easily stay here again.

Great location that is easily walkable to restaurants and activities in all directions, as well as being convenient to the University of Auckland where I was attending a conference. The apartment and amenities are as described in the listing. Stefan proactively reached out after check-in and during the stay to make sure everything was ok, which was appreciated. Lovely and spacious apartment ! Excellent communication and quick replies. I asked for an extra day to stay, as well as a late check out and Stefan’s team was very accomodating ! Check in was simple and straight forward. Just a slight up hill walk from the key pick up location to the apartment building. The apartment is exactly like the images provided, a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area. Both beds are super comfy and fluffy. The AC worked extremely well, especially in Aucklands muggy weather :P Would definitely stay again :)

Last minute booking. Worked out well with clear access instructions. Good value compared to other options. Cleaning fee for one night is a bit high though.

Amazing Living experience ! Host Terry is super responsive n polite ! Apartment is spacious , clean and tidy . Lots of little homely touches . Close to Britomart and Queen Street .

It was a really nice space in the heart of the city. Peaceful and quiet. Check-in instructions were clear and the host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. The only inconvenience I had was in terms of parking. But there’s plenty of street parking if it’s off peak hours. :)

Great place really close to spark arena! Host was very easy to talk to and happily accepted us for another night when our flight home was cancelled. Only downside was the front of the building was covered in scaffolding so it was a bit hard to find and balcony had no view

Private off street Parking exists in this apartment complex but is not offered in the rental; construction / exterior refurbishment scaffolding is covering the patio area and workers were present outside the window during our stay - patio was virtually unusable & privacy was a concern.

This place was presented well, but smaller then it looked in the pictures. Whilst it was clean it does need a bit of updating. In addition we were informed the day before arriving that there we renovations being done to the front of the building, and no mention was made of the fact that the scaffolding was intrusive on the balcony to our apartment. Furthermore there was construction on the building across the road as well. Had we known earlier we would have changed our accommodation arrangements. We have to say that Air BnB were very good in dealing with this and gave us a full refund and we were also able to look for other accommodation. Maybe without all the issues my review would have been better….

A bit of street noise on front bedroom if you're a light sleeper. All and all, a great stay, however, I did find there to be a lot of additional admin for check-in required. Sharing duplicative information with the management company that's already been shared with Airbnb-- IDs, check-in details, etc. It's a small detail, but it definitely was my least seamless Airbnb check-in process.

Unfortunately I stayed here during the Auckland floods. The ranch slider was leaking and the carpet was wet. When I advised the hosts that I had used the towels to try and soak up the water, I requested more towels which I was told would be provided the following day. The towels never arrived and the host didn't follow up. I also advised that I was worried the water may be leaking into the apartment below, I was asked to contact the building manager.

The apartment is quite big and tidy. It is not far from the city center on foot. The only downside is that the house is facing the street and the master bedroom is noisy at night. It may be that we were in Auckland for a few days with strong winds, so the noise was serious.
