Spacious Apartment Parking Gym and Pool Access

We really enjoyed our stay here. Amazing location in the CBD and great facilities to enjoy in the building. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool area. Unfortunately indoor pool and sauna were closed for maintenance. Really clean upon arrival, clear check in instructions, and good communication throughout our stay. Thanks!

Apartment was exactly as described. Rooftop Pool looked great altho we did not have time to use it. GREAT location - very close to the Ferry Piers & the Wynard area for restaurants & Jellicoe Street Fish Market ( = fish restaurants ).

Great sized apartment for 2 people for our short stay. King sized bed was super comfy and a great view from the 9th floor. This flat use to be a suite in the Heritage and shares facilities with the hotel (rooftop pool etc). The indoor pool & spa were shut during our stay which was not brought to our attention prior, however this did not affect our stay as rooftop pool and gym were still open. One annoying thing is you’re only given one keycard and you use the keycard to operate the lifts, open the room and take a different lift to the rooftop pool, keep lights on in apartment, access carpark etc which can be faffy and restrictive when there’s 2 people staying. Also this airbnb is ran by a company, rather than a person letting out spare space. There is a separate form to sign upon booking which asks you to sign a third party agreement with fines (eg $200 for noise after 9pm) to cover the hosts. Overall a good and comfortable stay but wouldn’t stay again.

The apartment is in a good location for walking around the centre and good to have facilities e.g. washing machine and detergent provided. Good base for short stay in central Auckland near Sky tower, ferry, harbourside etc. Some building facilities were closed for refurb during our stay. Some instructions would be more helpful if more specific to the apartment/ building e.g. location of bins, accessing shared facilities, where to park before getting the key card

This is a typical turn and burn apartment ran by management company. They send generic e-mails which is fine if you just want to be left alone. They try and charge extra to check-in early or check out late. They charge hefty cleaning fee but when we arrived the floor and couch had obviously not been cleaned and we ended up just doing it ourselves. The kitchen is stocked with the minimum to get by. There were multiple light bulbs out and you can tell they do the minimum maintenance to get by. The location is pretty good and the price was decent. The pool and fitness area is nice with some table and chairs to sit and enjoy the views.

What a wonderful spacious inner city apartment. It was spotless and comfortable. The shower had great pressure and the hairdryer had decent power. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need. The cherry on the top was the heated rooftop pool, spa and gym area!!! I will be back

Had a bit of difficulty finding the place and lockbox at first, however followed the instructions and was pretty simple after that. Place was nice and tidy, nice decor, a nice comfy bed, great shower pressure. There was an awesome rooftop pool to use and a great location in the city centre. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect base to explore Auckland! Great location, cosy apartment with great free parking. We found check-in/out pretty straight forward and there is a loading bay outside the front of the Heritage building you and park while you collect/return the key (it is needed to enter the car park).

Excellent location. The unit was spotless. During our stay we took advantage of the rooftop pool one afternoon which was very nice. Easy walk to waterfront restaurants and activities.

Excellent location, good price for value. It is a bit old building but it has its charm. Large and light-filled apartment. Heated pool! tennis court. Last but not least private parking for the apartment. Impeccable sheets. A simple attention to detail would make it a five star! Great address in Auckland.

Mixed feelings about this apartment. Great location, but not as clean and tidy as expected when a "high quality cleaning company" is in charge (hair in the bath, oats on the floor, stain on the table and dish washer still full on arrival). Poor kitchen equipment, as if cooking is not expected (eg. no cutting board, no basics which is standard in other airbnbs). We were disappointed by the quality of the apartment especially when comparing to the info on Airbnb - and especially for this price! However, free parking is great, as well as the rooftop pool.

Carpark was convenient and makes everything worth it because because it was right underneath the heritage. I read reviews about it being noisey but found wasnt the case once we shut the windows. So wasnt noisey at all for us (and we are light sleepers). The space was great , we would probably book again it was well worth the stay.

Nice hotel room- but wasn't an apartment. Spa and gym was nice. It would have been easier to stay in a hotel where you can request a later check out time and aren't charged a cleaning fee.

Everything was as described and Id book the room again. There was an indoor pool, spa and gym available. The rooms were a great size and the views to the harbour bridge etc were perfect. Lots of light provided via plenty of windows. If you dont like noise, this may not be for you but its central so we didnt stay in much. Great communication from Stefan and the team. Deserves the 5 star review

Very comfortable and mostly quiet (no noise from inside the building, a little bar noise outside, but not very late). Close to sky tower and waterfront. Apt was very light, although 2 of the 3 windows faced building walls, not the city, which wasn't really discernible from the photos with the drapes drawn. Overall very attractive, comfortable and convenient space.

We had a wonderful time in this accommodation. Such a convenient location for exploring the city, and the on site park was great for keeping our hire car safe each night. Only took about 20-25 minutes to walk to nearby shopping and food precinct at Ponsonby, and all city attractions were so easy to get to. There’s also a great converted warehouse just down the street with wonderful food, and you can walk along the water/pier down the hill when the weather is nice.

I wouldn't have booked this place if I had realised it was managed by an agency rather than direct. Being agency managed it's a weird hybrid of "professional service" and the opposite of that - misunderstandings abound. We thought we had booked and paid for an early check in, but that hadn't been received on the other end so we had to wait (with melting groceries) while the team located our keys. We had asked in advance for extra towels for swimming after another reviewer pointed out there was only one towel per guest - we didn't get extra towels. We couldn't get the air cool and the bedding was synthetic - sticky. The standard of cleanliness was poor for the cost of cleaning - I ended up buying a dish cloth and detergent in order to give the kitchen benches, drawers and cabinets a good wipe down. The dishes needed a proper clean, and there was no dishwashing machine powder/detergent. (If you do stay here, note you need to plug the dishwasher in under the sink to use it). The rubbish room was hard to find (use your swipe key through the fire door in the stairwell). The listing suggests you would have access to the rooftop pool and spa, but you don't. There is a lap pool and spa and steam room with some gym equipment for building residents you have access to though. The good things - apartment is in a good location and not far from the keyp it box where the swipe keys are collected from. The carpark is handy and easy to use. Even though there were definitely other people around and the apartment is closest to the lifts, there was minimal noise from others in the surrounding apartments. Road noise to be expected as your apartment is above busy Nelson street. The view of the harbour bridge is lovely, you can sit at the window and watch yachts sailing, and it's a west facing view so nice sunsets. The apartment is spacious with plenty of room in bedroom, living/dining and bathroom and the kitchen has the bare basics (don't expect to cook anything complicated - I'd advise you check what's there before doing a shop if you plan to self-cater). If this apartment wasn't professionally managed, I'd stay there again. I prefer the human hospitality of staying with hosts not professionals.

It’s a great location and a comfortable apartment. Having to go to a different building is difficult in a new city. This is a corporate run Airbnb which lacks the personal touches of most other airbnbs.
