Relaxing Sea Wharf View Apartment

Loved our 6 nights stay, check-in process was so feasible as we had checked in at midnight and instructions made it easier. Harbour bridge was spectacular with stunning sea view, even the property was very clean and tidy. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would recommend to our friends and family

Such a beautiful space with an amazing view! Sat on the balcony all evening and watched the sun set behind the harbour bridge! Had everything you need to cook and bed was firm but really comfy! We will be back

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Wharf View Apartment hosted by Stefan. The apartment is located opposite the Hilton Hotel and the view from the apartment looks towards the North West taking in the views from the viaduct through to the Harbour bridge. The apartment is very spacious, clean with all amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The apartments proximity to Auckland City was a winner as we were able to walk to some great restaurants, shopping precincts and the public transport hub.

Stephan and staff were very quick and helpful in response to a few questions I had. The apartment is perfect location with great views and quiet even on a busy summer weekend evening in the Viaduct area. The apartment is great for two people but needs some minor touch ups/ additions, that other guests have also mentioned, for me to give it a 5. Would stay here again.

Great apartment, fantastic location and exactly as described. Could do with a restock of kitchen supplies - there was only 1 wine glass apart from flutes and a house manual with instructions on how to use tv etc would be helpful.

This is a stunning place to stay. The view toward the Harbour Bridge and across the harbour was outstanding. Quiet, and great value. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. Bathroom amenities very good. We’ll set out for a good stay. There was a desk for working also and buisness people should def consider this place to stay! With the washing facilities and dryer, it was a very well set out.

Happily paid a little extra for a late check out which was necessary after all the fun there is to be had nearby! Highly recommend!

Possibly the best water pressure out of a shower I have ever seen, plus nice and hot water. I stayed here for 6 nights and will definitely stay again next time I need to be in CBD. The apartment is walkable to all the shops and restaurant. Right where the central is. The view was spectacular and it has everything you need for a short stay. Stefan was very responsive too.

We cut short our stay by one night as the place was a bit stuffy and there was a horrible generator that made a noise that was unbearable in the morning when we woke up. The host said that we could cut short our stay but when we went to change it from 3 nights to 1 night, they wouldn't let us, and we ended up being charged for a night that we didn't use the place. The location, despite being downtown and close to CBD - was a little odd. Wouldn't book this stay again..

Great place! 100% will stay here again. Great views, so close to the viaduct and Commercial Bay. The team were fast to respond to all my messages. The only thing I couldn’t find was the rubbish room. No issues with the room as well. It was nice and clean. It does get hot and stuff but that’s because the apartment gets so much sun! Can’t complain.

Nice place, just hard to get the instructions from the people running it. Ended up standing on the side of the road with my bags way past the check in time messaging them and Airbnb hoping for a response. Ended up ringing them to try get instructions which weren’t very clear (didn’t have a floor level) just had to guess. I think these guys have taken on too many properties - now the service is suffering.

Fabulous location, lovely views, generally comfy quality furnishings, well appointed facilities. Online communications great. Check in and out details were a bit lost in digital quantity. Building requirements are an extra effort but seem to be effective for a quieter stay. Would love to see plumbing fixtures updated to mixers. Would definitely stay again.

The good: Location, sea view and good size apt The bad: Check in was self-check in at 6 pm. Unfortunately it was done with a lock box, where more than one lock box had the same letter on it (dozens of lock boxes were in this location). Most are controlled by another larger agency, there was just one for this "Zodiak" agency and it wasn't obvious at all. It took 20 minutes to find this. After I had the key, the instructions did not indicate what door, use of a key card, etc. After calling the agency, I was told a different apartment number than what was on the reservation. So it took an hour of hauling around bags to get in the apt when this should have been 5 minutes. Not welcome after a 15 hour flight. In the unit, the kitchen sink didn't drain, and there was a load of black mold in the bathroom. The whole unit smelled of mold. The ugly: The second night there, the apt directly next to this one had a very loud party for 50 or so people, until 5 am. Despite several calls and messages, the management was completely useless and no help. This is despite all kinds of notices "outlawing" parties from all apts on this wharf. I'd think the management would have offered some kind of token compensation, but that never happened. In short: I'll never use any apt from Auckland's Zodiak management again, what a mess.
