very central location with everything on your doorstep, apartment was ideal for our stay, a couple of bits of tlc in certain places would make it even better, new toilet brush, toilet roll holder. The only complaint I would have is about the terrace, yes we were told that the bbq was not for use but did not expect to arrive and find an old rusty one still sitting there, a couple of wet rugs also left outside. If these bits were addressed it would make the place even nicer. Overall a great stay?

Lovely apartment decore and good size. Parking cheap for the week accross the road at Downtown parking. My collegues at the conference at the Hilton where many stayed were jealous as I was aloso right beside the conference. I would book it again straight away next time if I could.

Many thanks to Stefan and their friendly team:) My parents had a lovely stay in the apartment. Super easy check-in, the room was spacious, and the kitchen had everything that you could possibly need. Windows have excellent soundproofing, with lots of restaurants and bars close by but still peaceful and quiet in the room. I would highly recommend staying here!

Thanks to the Zodiak team for a great stay at this location! Apartment was as described in the posting, and the location definitely cannot be beat. Had some check-in and key retrieval difficulties but the host was very responsive, apologetic and made sure that I made it in safely. Only complaint was maybe the late night noise from the surrounding area and tenants, but that isn't the fault of the host. Looking forward to coming back to Auckland and staying with Stefan and Zodiak again!

The place is in an excellent location, just a short walk to everything. Self check-in was very easy. As mentioned in a few previous comments, the place is a bit run down and the furniture outside is pretty destroyed. That aside, it was an easy stay and the communication was excellent.

stayed for a few nights and although there wasn’t much of a view the location was convenient in terms of getting to and from the viaduct bars. Nice little spot for a weekends stay. See myself coming back if ever needed.

perfect wee spot if you are wanting a place close to the wharf/viaduct. Stefan had good communication and the place looked just like the photos. only minor thing was that we could hear our neighbours all night long, and the shower could’ve had a good scrub down prior to our arrival. So many food and drink options nearby, so location is fantastic. Recommend!

My stay was nice and comfortable as the unit had all the amenities needed for a long stay. As the building seems oriented to renters, I unfortunately had a few noisy neighbors during my stay (occasional 3am karaoke on the weekends). Otherwise the noise isn't too bad given the downtown location. The unit was clean but some of the furniture has seen better days.

Check-in was pushed back an hour only three minutes before our original scheduled check-in time, so we were forced to sit and wait outside with our bags until the cleaning crew finished. Once checked in, we found black mould on the bottom of the curtains, the Chromecast missing (which was unable to replaced until the following day), the lights in the lounge area not working, a light in the kitchen working intermittently, and the second bed not made up despite advising the host we were two singles. There were no stools in kitchen as pictured on the listing, so we were unable to sit anywhere other than the sofa for meals and drinks, and chairs of the outdoor set on the deck were frayed and therefore went unused. The Airbnb was however in a great location, and felt safe and secure. The washing machine and dryer were extremely useful too, and something we’d have missed had we booked a hotel.

This apartment is handy to the CBD and ferry terminal. It was mostly clean but needed a lot of maintenance items sorted like no lightbulbs in some sockets, outside chairs broken, hob difficult to turn on etc!! It was also quite noisy - both from cars outside and people in the corridors arriving home late!!

This apartment is clean, cheerful, and well-equipped. The kitchen has everything one might need. I stayed six weeks - an original four, then I extended two more. The location at Princes Wharf is ideal, close to everything. I particularly enjoyed the balcony space and how much light the apartment got. Check in and check out were extremely easy and Stefan communicative. I would happily stay again.

Had a lovely weekend at this apartment, although it would have been nice to have more basics - there was no cooking oil, no tissues etc. Great location though and very good value for money. Thanks for the stay!

This apartment was great, good location, price and room. It was nice also for the team to follow up via phone call to see if our check in was smooth and if we had any issues or queries which were answered extremely quickly. I think only things to note, which does not fault the room but to be dually noted is that the parking is not inclusive, the elevator is “out of order” so you do have to climb 8 flights of stairs & there is currently constructions going on right next door to your room. But besides that, a great stay and would stay again. Thanks Stefan & team :)

We had a lovely relaxing stay in this apartment. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable. We were surprised how quiet it was given it’s central location. Very handy to shops, restaurants and bars, will definitely stay here again.

Very lovely apartment and great location, a lot of nice places to eat out in the area. Check in was very easy and they checked up afterwards to ensure we settled in okay. Had a few minor issues but Stefan was quick to resolve them. Definitely enjoyed our stay!

Stefan's Viaduct apartment is a relaxing treat. Only a few minutes walk to Commercial Bay, downtown shopping, food, restaurant's and bars, makes it the perfect location. The leather sofa is so comfortable, and the Bluetooth soundbar and subwoofer connectivity was a very welcome winning suprise. Absolutely loved the place, and will happily stay again. Prime location, easy check in and quick communication!! My partner and I stayed for 4 nights and found that there were just a lot of little things that weren’t up to standard- spare blanket was filthy, it had collected dust and had a lot of stains on it, bed side light didn’t work, the lamp didn’t work, Tv remote needed new batteries- looked like someone had bitten them to get a little more use out of them? Broken stool, stains on the ottoman, no rubber part to the sink plug so we weren’t able to hold water in the sink to wash dishes, the oven was filthy, the bbq was available to use(as stated) but that was also filthy!! the shower drain was clogged with hair, the ceiling in the bathroom was covered in fluff from the dryer- vents needed a good clean!!

Awesome location and the apartment is exactly as advertised!! A beautiful place and could not hear any noise from other rooms!! If you up early enough you can find a spot to watch the sunrise from just outside the building ? Stefan had great communication - checkin/checkout information was very clear and I feel like I knew all I needed to know. Thanks Stefan for hosting us! I live in Auckland and would 10/10 come back to this apartment!

This stylish apartment was perfectly located on the waterfront in the Auckland CBD. Access and check-in were easy and the building was quiet. We didn’t do any cooking because of all the great restaurants nearby but the kitchen was well-equipped.
