Queen St 1BR apartment with balcony pool

My husband and I had a short and sweet stay at Stefan's unit. The space is perfect for a couple. Clean and had everything we needed. Location is superb! Located in the centre but not too busy/loud area.

A cozy and centrally located apartment in Auckland. Little compact however perfect for a couple. The apartment has multiple layer of security and walkable distance to everything. Definitely recommend if you are travelling to Auckland.

Great little stay in the heart of Auckland. Very close to K road and CBD amenities. Key collection is from a 24-7 convenience store just up the street. Everything was clean and tidy, and I had everything I needed like appropriate cooking utensils in the kitchen. One thing which could’ve been better - there was a weird occasional vibrating noise which happened when the AC was running. Wearing earplugs it wasn’t too bad but could still hear it at night.

Had a lovely stay. The apartment is very central, Sefan was very responsive when we had an issue with the dishwasher. Really enjoyed using the pool and gym. However, we had an issue with check in as the original instructions were out of date and the new instructions of where to pick up the key were sent to us after we departed and we didn't have internet connection to receive the new instructions. Luckily a member of staff at Zodiak went out of her way to make sure we managed to pick up the key safely.

Walking in is like a breath of fresh air, a little pocket of peace from the hustle of Auckland. The place was spotless!! Had a nice little veranda, good ammenities, perfect location for getting around Auckland. The bedsheets were crisp and clean and the couch is super comfy. This was everything I needed and truely exceeded my expectations. Stefan’s communication and knowledge of the area was spot on too, if you’re solo traveling, or a couple on an adventure, I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!!

Despite a little issue regarding check-in everything went smoothly. Stefan was always responsive and helpful, and the apartment itself had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

KIA ORA, Nous avons apprécié le logement de Stefan qui est propre, moderne et très fonctionnel. L'immeuble est bien situé et à proximité des magasins et restaurants. La résidence est bien sécurisée. Les échanges par mail avec Stefan ont été très faciles. Un petit bémol pour les clés à récupérer à une adresse située à 250m de là... pas pratique quand on arrive à Auckland pour la 1ère fois à 1H30 du matin et en shuttle avec 2 grosses valises. J'ai dû demander à un proche d'aller récupérer les clés pour moi en fin d'après-midi. Arrivés en journée, cela n'aurait pas été du tout un problème. A part cela, si nous sommes 2, je reviendrai volontiers dans cet appartement et je le recommande sans hésitation à tous ceux qui veulent séjourner au centre d'Auckland.

Stefan’s place in Auckland is well located, with many amazing restaurants in walkable distance. The apartment itself is very clean and modern, good if you’re only staying for a day or many weeks. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Alles war sauber und wir auf den Fotos angegeben. Die Lage war wirklich super! Ruhig aber dennoch zentral mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe. Falls wir noch einmal nach Auckland kommen sollten, würden wir wieder kommen!

The overall checkin process felt a little bit odd (additional steps using an external platform, requesting a picture of our ID and a deposit). Upon arrival, we were a bit disappointed to discover that the walls had a lot of scratches over them and some old stains on the sofa. However the apartment is located near the central area, was quiet and clean. It was well furnished too with everything we needed to cook. Overall, this was a great place, even though we had higher expectations from seeing the photos.

You have to go to a different place to pick up the key. Before check in you’ll get an address, where you’ll have a code to get in, to have a code to get into another place to get a key. After that you have to walk to the apartment to get in up hills. Not pleasant experience in my opinion. The apartment was also used and worn, unlike the photos.

in terms of the property, everything's fine, had all the amenities as listed. however some issues: 1. i purchased the check-in early agreement (entered my card details) few days before my check-in, but have to wait for confirmation until the host approves. during the day of check in, the host said they didn't receive the payment, but basically because they didn't deduct it from my debit card, not because i haven't paid. 2. we were supposed to check-in at 12pm as per the early check-in agreement, but we couldnt access the lockbox until one of the Zodiak staffs (not the host) arrived at 12.40pm and helped us. then we could only check in the property at 1pm. luckily, the Zodiak mgmt allowed us to checkout 1hr late. 3. during our stay we received a notice letter regarding water bills, we asked the host whether to open the letter, but the host didn't get back to us. we opened it and it says a disconnection notice from 10 days of letter date, thank god our stay ended before that period.

Staying at this Airbnb was an absolute delight! The location couldn't have been better – centrally located and easily accessible to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Communication with the host was consistently excellent; they were always prompt and accommodating, making our stay stress-free. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern und gepflegt. Auch Stefan ist sehr nett. Nur der Betreiber Zodiak hat uns enttäuscht, da wir um 15 Uhr in die Wohnung hätten dürfen sollen, Zodiak das aber nicht hinbekommen oder vergessen hat. Im Telefonat mit Zodiak um 16:15 wurde uns gesagt man wüsste nicht wann wir ins Apartment können. Erst als ich gesagt habe, dass wir einen Refund wollen wenn wir nicht bis 17 Uhr in die Wohnung können, hat Zodiak reagiert und gesagt, dass wir um 17 Uhr in die Wohnung können. Also 0 Sterne an Zodiak aber 5 Sterne an Stefan.
