Welcome to your one bedroom apartment located right on Princess Wharf in Auckland CBD! You can't find a better location than this, and you will have all the city amenities within a short walk from the apartment, as well as Viaduct Harbour just a short stroll away and the Hilton Hotel literally up the road.

We have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The bedroom has a super comfortable Queen bed. There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in the bathroom.

Please note: there is currently some construction work going on at the building so there may be noise from the nearby generators until 6:30 pm.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 20% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: The key will need to be picked up from The Luggage Hotel (145 Quay Street) which is located on Princes Wharf in the CBD just across from the apartment building. They provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the apartment for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the apartment but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf (which is where you will pick your keys up from anyway).

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (2x shampoo, 2x bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 2x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed apartment so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.

The apartment was very nice, clean and modern furnishings. The extras provided were great as well. I found the bed very hard. I would stay again but not on a weekend night as the area is very noisy with party goers and loud music close by.

I had a great stay. Everything was clean, spacious, and feels like home. would definitely stay here again. it was nice to have the additional amenities such as laundry and a full kitchen, especially for a longer stay.

Great apartment - spacious, clean and well-equipped. Excellent location for exploring Auckland. Stefan and the Zodiak team very helpful and responsive. Only small comments would be the shower hose needs replacing and the shower tiles a bit mouldy and need some attention. Expect Stefan will now rectify these things and these small things would not stop us from thoroughly recommending this apartment.

As the saying goes, location … location … location. Can’t beat this place for location in Central Auckland, especially given the rate. The unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good. Stefan or his team communicated quickly. A couple of Countdown supermarkets are within walking distance, the ferries and cruises are adjacent and multiple restaurants are close by. The dryer had an issue that no doubt is probably fixed by now. The shower also leaked some and has probably been addressed by now. The Wi-Fi was fast and connected quickly. All else was great!!!

Excellent apartment in the heart of Auckland CBD. You’re right by the water and walkable to most things, including ferries, SkyTower/City, great restaurants, BritoMart, etc. The apartment was quite nice and modern for 2 people. Check-in was easy and contactless. Bed was comfortable. No issues with bathroom. Washer/dryer present, if needed. Balcony is a nice bonus. As others have mentioned, noise can be an issue due to surrounding bars. We stayed during the week and it was minor without requiring earplugs. I would highly recommend this apartment!

A nice enough stay but the location was probably the top benefit. When you stay in the central city, Princess Wharf you expect a certain quality. A fridge held together with duck tape and a leaking shower is not viaduct quality. I would expect higher quality chattels and bedding. Communication was okay but not overly helpful.

Great location and lovely place. Very spacious and was a brilliant find overall for my birthday. The only thing I would note is that the bedding was not up to standard, it was very difficult to get comfy and to sleep. We also needed to use the spare blanket which smelt unpleasant. Other than that the place was very cosy and we enjoyed our stay.

The check-in procedure was overly complicated and annoying. Too many emails and form filling. The code to the door to access the key box was incorrect and I had to ring up to get a new code. The apartment was run-down. Broken fridge, wardrobes filled with stuff, no cutlery, no kettle, no recycling facility. On the whole, everything was a bit sticky. The location is not ideal on noisy weekends nights.

Beautiful accom and in a great location. The bed was super comfortable and I loved all the artwork and extra details, it had a real homey feel. The parking around the area was expensive, but you're in the best part of the city close to all bars, restaurants and the water. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

This is a wonderful apartment- clean, tidy and very secure. Much more spacious than expected, the location really can't be beat. Due to the proximity to the viaduct there is a little bit of noise on weekend evenings, but would 100% recommend!

Great location but apartment needs a bit of care and attention. We were there in winter, the heating didnt work, aside from a small plug in fan heater, and there are no blankets. When we arrrived the key wasnt in the lockbox and it took a few calls and a 45 minute wait to remedy it. When you book the appartment you are then required to provide a lot of detailed information about yourself, well over and above anything ive been asked before.

Great location to discover Auckland. We spent more than 10 days in the apartment and were enjoying the nice stay, the view and the brightness of the lounge and the very comfortable bed. The communication with Stefan was perfect and uncomplicated.

We had a wonderful time away for four nights in this apartment. Such a great location and what a stunning view!! The apartment has lovely decor, was the perfect size for two of us and had good privacy from the other apartments with the sheer curtains. Great value for money for something more special than a hotel room. I would absolutely book this apartment again.
