Luxury meets location 2BR in Ponsonby

Would definitely recommend this property, great location and easy access to the city. The apartment really suited our needs, it was very clean and comfortable. Thanks Stefan and team we will be back.

This is an excellent location, right behind Ponsonby Rd - walkable to all the shops and restaurants, but still very quiet. It looks like the pictures, and was very clean and tidy. Having a car park- also very handy. The shower pressure was good and both bathrooms were clean and modern. The beds were both good and comfy, but the bedrooms are snug. They do both have wardrobes though. They look out onto courtyards with other apartments, which is cute and urban, and the curtains worked well. I did suggest some locks on the windows though so you could sleep with them open. Both bedrooms also need a 2nd bedside table to fit the price, but apart from that everything is well appointed. The communication is very quick and friendly. There was a mistake of their cleaners thinking I had taken the shampoo and conditioner and asking me to pay for them, but I’ve pointed out it was in the bathroom cupboard all along. They also kindly checked twice for my daughter’s toy and found it. Great spot!

Great location walking distance to most everything you want in Ponsonby and Grey Lynne. The entry directions are rather confusing and lengthy but once you get inside, it's great and worth it and easy to get the hang of. Very clean, comfortable beds, and well decorated! Would stay again!

Great location and good communication but wanted new shampoo and conditioner couriered back that the kids had just bought from Mecca and they wanted to charge me a $62 call out fee to go and get it. Not sure if this is standard anywhere else but I wasn’t impressed.

Vinegar Lane was a trendy industrial apartment in a good location Semi-Commercial zone but tucked away from noise and so close to everthing on Ponsonby Road, with a convenient carpark opposite included. Very sunny with superb air conditioning, 2 beds and 2 bathrooms.

Great place and I will definitely stay again next time I am in Auckland. I also thought it was a well designed and "cool" space that you could invite your friends to dinner. Close to some nice restaurants too Thanks for the awesome experience

Good enough place for the price point given the location - we loved our 10m walks to lovely cafés and shops. Master bedroom had a really comfortable mattress and duvet but a smaller bathroom, while the second bedroom had a bed on wheels but a gorgeous, big bathroom. Kitchen was very clean and living room had massive windows letting in a lot of natural light. Aircon worked great. Unfortunately, a few downsides I feel are worth noting: multiple hairs on bed and in shower, loud whistling coming from the vents in the living room, breakers tripped twice while we were there (4 days), and on the 3rd day we got a parking notice on our car saying we’d get towed if we didn’t move it although we parked in our allocated garage spot. Also, a second pair of keys was not provided as promised which wasn’t ideal. All in all, I would still recommend this place if a few kinks get worked out. It’s a fantastic location to be in if you’re looking to dine and shop in Ponsonby.

The apartment was wonderful to come back to after a day of exploring in Aukland. It is leisurely walk to some great shopping, bars with natural wines and wonderful restaurants. The apartment is part of a block of new residential units, it is indeed stylish with good sound protection. Although we had a couple of minor glitches which were related to the building >> not the apartment /AirBB itself I still gave it a 5 star because of the fab location, the interiors styling true of NZ cool style. We loved the overall sense of space. Issues were : The entrance lobby timber floor was bring resurfaced and lacquered We were unable to use lift or stair case properly with our luggage & there also was a building fire safety check which we had to let them in. These were not ideal for our 2 day stay, but didn't ruin our overall experience as we are reasonable and understanding people by nature.

Fantastic location and beautiful unit. We felt quite at home and loved the local eateries and shops we could walk to check out in Ponsonby. Would recommend to friends traveling to the Auckland area!

16 Vinegar Lane is a fantastic location in the heart of Ponsonby. Literally everything you could possibly need is at your doorstep. The apartment itself is impressive with its tastefully appointed concrete walls and wooden panels. The space feels warm, clean and contemporary without feeling clinical. Good pressure in the showers, excellent washer and dryer, high spec kitchen and plenty of natural light make this the place very functional and yet a pleasure to live in. We would definitely book again!

This home was perfectly situated in central Ponsonby, New Zealand. Walking distance to so many great, eateries and cafés. I would definitely come back again.

Amazing location with heaps of restaurants and nice cocktail bars around. There's a massive supermarket (Woolroth/Countdown) located right next to the apartment. The apartment itself is also beautifully decorated with heaps of useful amenity. I will definitely pick this place again for our next trip to Auckland and would not hesitate to recommend other tourists to pick this place!

Gorgeous place that was nice and clean. Handy location close to CBD and with a supermarket nearby. The only downsides for me were the beds were hard, if you like a softer mattress, bear that in mind when booking. Thats just me being picky though, the place was perfect otherwise, would recommend!
