Lovely studio room in prime location

Stefan's place is an average size hotel room but extremely nice, neat, and clean. The bathroom has real nice skin products and the makeshift kitchen was stocked with an assortment of teas. The highlight is that it is in walking different to everything. You can take the shuttle from the airport to the CBD and walk less than 6 minute's to Stefan's place. Stefan is a great communicator and extremely responsive. Needless to say, we really enjoyed our stay!

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, excelente ubicación, cerca de mucho comercio y tiendas, muy buena conectividad (paradas de buses y metro cerca), la habitación bien equipada, cuenta con lo necesario para preparar alguna comida fácil, nos ayudó mucho que tuviera microondas. Lo único que no pudimos lograr fue conectarnos al WiFi de la habitación, tuvimos que solicitar el WiFi de la recepción del hotel. Y como sugerencia solicitaría mejorar las almohadas y limpiar el colchón, el cual estaba manchado y no da una buena impresión respecto a higiene.

Everything was as described, and very close to shops/retail/restaurants, also a 5 minute walkable distance to the harbour or sky tower. Room was very cleaned:)

The place was cozy and nice. It was in the middle of the city fairly easy to reach anywhere you want. There was some trouble with the locks and had to wait an hour and a half but still the room was nice.

This is a hotel room in a high-rise hotel, that wasn't clear to me from the description, but being an Airbnb you don't have concierge help and I needed that especially on arrival due to complications with getting onto wifi. Communication is all online which is a problem if you don't have connectivity. I took what was called an apartment because I thought there were cooking facilities. I think it was described as a kitchenette. The cooking facilities were absolutely minimum, you had to wash dishes and fill the jug from the bathroom and there was so little bench or table space it was hopeless. I was there alone, and I can't imagine what it would have been like with two. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom quite spacious. Location excellent.

Free parking is a problem in the area. It would've been nice to have parking available to unload our luggage and check in. Parking was expensive for the four days that I was there. I reported a faulty towel heater and it wasn't attended to. The password for the wifi was incorrect so we had no wifi connection. Only one of the remotes for the TV was working so we only had a couple of channels to view.

Great place to stay in the heart of Auckland city. Unfortunately the wifi didn't work while we were there so this was inconvenient, however the host was very responsive and reimbursed me for the wifi expense.

Exceeded expectations. Great host responsive in Stefan. Hotel was very close to work only 300 metres walk. Central location in Auckland’s CBD easy minimal strolls to shops, restaurants, bars, viaduct and the waterfront. There were lots of paid parking options nearby which I needed as I had a car.

It is a lovely apartment in a great location, close to the Sky Tower, Ferry terminal, Railway station and shops by walk. The apartment is within CityLife hotel, and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our four night stay. We booked our apartment well in advance directly with the owner. Some weeks before our arrival, the apartment was handed over to managing agents to manage. Although all the communications from the managing agents were very clear on access, it was focused more on operational expediency than on enhancing the customer experience. There is room for improvement here. The checkout was fine. Apart from the hassle with access, overall we had an excellent stay.

Clean and central. Good price for location. Found the bed to be very comfortable, considering I'm 30 weeks pregnant. First time I've had to collect a key from a different location to the room. It wasn't too far but I had to send my husband up the hill as I was too tired to waddle up myself. Other than that, would visit again.

It was a seemless easy experience to find everything for self check in and I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the unit that met all of my needs with ease. I have loved my few days here at Stefan's lovely studio room. Everything was to my expectations. It was a simple, clean and serene place to regroup and rest - before heading out again. And having access to the pool and gym was a bonus. The studio was super central to where I wanted to go. And without a car, Britomart was close by to access public transport, and I could easily walk to shopping and eating places. Communication with Stefan and the team was friendly, easy and fast. I'll definitely book here again the next time I'm back in Tamaki Makaurau Auckland. Thanks again!
