Gorgeous Apartment with Nice View Pool and Gym

We had a long stay in this apartment. Everything is as you can see it in the pictures. It’s comfortable and with great location. The bed and pillows were good, the bathroom was fine. The living area had the basics for the stay. The kitchen had the usual stuff, we would have appreciated also a cutting board and more cleaning stuff, but it was okay. Washer and dryer in good condition. The views are good, the location was amazing. Close to everything! The only downside was the bedroom window. It was broken when we arrived, and though the response was quick and they sent someone to look at it, the repair was supposed to be temporary. We stayed for three months and it didn’t happen. So we couldn’t open the bedroom window, which was one of the reasons we got the place: it had a window in the bedroom. It was noisy (from the street, never the building), and the wind got in a bit. So in conclusion, great place for a short-medium stay, if you don’t mind a bit of noise at night!

This accommodation is centrally located with shops, restaurants, entertainment, and all modes of public transportation in relatively short walking distances. Stefan is very expedient with his communication and provides a lot of information and instructions to make sure you have what you need. My only complaint is that the bathroom light wasn't working. And though I notified Stefan of the issue, no one was able to come fix it during the times I was available to stay in the apartment. All in all I'd recommend staying at this apartment.

If you're a couple visiting Auckland and want to stay right in the heart of the city, this Airbnb is the perfect choice! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from everything you need in the center of town. Whether you're here for sightseeing, shopping, or dining, you’ll be in the midst of it all. The host was fantastic, providing clear communication from start to finish, making our check-in process seamless and stress-free. We felt well taken care of and appreciated all the thoughtful details that made the apartment feel like home. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that we encountered a couple of small issues during our stay. We couldn’t get the oven to work, and a light switch in the bathroom fell out. However, the host was responsive, and we were able to make a temporary fix ourselves on the last day of our stay, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, this Airbnb is a fantastic spot in Auckland, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place

The place overall was great and the location was very good. Getting the key is a bit of a journey, the oven in the Kitchen is not really user friendly and the AC outlets were not properly cleaned.

Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Comfy bed, great location and very quiet (despite other reviews implying Queen St noise was an issue.) On the 14th floor so was absolutely fine! We used the pool/gym which was a bonus. 2 minute walk to/from Skyline bus/airport transfer and 5 mins to Britomart/Waiheke ferry.

Very central location however lots of construction made it very difficult to navigate around the local area. As we had a hire car found it difficult to find affordable car parking for our duration of stay which was $55 per day. I feel parking not available should be listed. Apartment was very clean and working.

We had a comfortable stay and it was great to be in the middle of town. A bit noisy through the nights of course because you are in a busy area. The place was clean, the only issue like others have noted is that the oven doesn’t function. When we reached out about this they asked if we had it switched on (and from previous reviews it’s clear they know it’s broken) so they seem to have no intention of fixing it. We like to cook so this was a bummer and we would’ve chosen another spot if we knew. But if you are looking for a comfortable spot and a good location this is a good choice!

We had a great stay. Stefan was a very responsive host. We were disappointed the oven didn’t seem to work, or if it did we simply didn’t know how to work it. But otherwise location, facilities and cleanliness were all top notch.

Everything was okay. Had a key mishap yet to be resolved, they use hotel room swipe keys, just the little usual ones and my wallet got taken with the key in it. They requested $100 to replace the swipe card which is a lot considering these days most hotels that issue the same key type don’t even care if these are returned because they cost nothing. Even the hotel said they don’t care about these keys usually so weren’t sure why I was being charged

優點：房間空間很大，位置完美！就在Queen st. 缺點：入住前，要先到一個地方取鑰匙，非常不方便。 入住後，熱水壺發霉，反應後有換一個。烤箱不能用、烘衣機不能用。洗衣機裡有其他人的內褲（可能是前房客的？）。反應這些問題給房東，回覆都蠻快的，但是處理的很慢，還要配合修理人員的時間，結果還是沒解決。真的不值得這個價格。

Lovely place to stay, very clean and spacious. Can be a bit noisy at night but that’s to be expected when staying in the city centre. Got an interesting message from the hosts a few hours after checking out questioning whether we damaged the property. Photos were sent through of a very clearly damaged bathroom door that was not damaged when we left. The hosts were going to investigate further and update us on the situation, but we never heard back from them. Other than this misunderstanding I highly recommend the place.

Wasn't worth the price in all honesty, the apartment is pretty run down, the vents had dust around them, there was grime on the tiles, stunk like an old abandoned place - just honestly wasn't the best place to stay. Expectations were definitely a lot higher and the balcony isn't really a balcony, it's about 10cm in width and so, not really somewhere to stand and spend time, it's more a ledge - just makes for a pretty picture.

The apartment is nice and central as promised and the check-in process is modern and efficient. Unfortunately we encountered a significant cleaning issue upon entry and although Stefan was relatively quick in maintaining communication after I notified him of the problem, things weren't resolved quickly enough. We left, feeling unhappy with the extent of reimbursement offered by Stefan.

Perfect flat. Bright, clean and spacious, photos are true to form with modern amenities and kitchen is well stocked. Really comfy bed. As central as you can be in terms of location! Because there are multiple people messaging from the Zodiak team sometimes it was a bit confusing, such as the check in process and throughout our stay but otherwise highly recommend.

This place was very close to a conference I had to attend, which was perfect for me. Please keep in mind that this is a city location and with that come also “city noise”, so I would bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

This is the second time I have stayed in Zodiacs apartments and I must say we really enjoyed our Stay. The place is just perfect in terms of location and from the checkin to the time we’ve checked out they were on top of making sure we are okay. Ein kleines aber feines privates Appartement, dass in einem Hotel Komplex liegt. Das Hotel hat ein kleines aber zweckmäßiges Fitnessstudio und einen Indoor-Pool die man mitbenutzen darf. Appartement wirkt auf den Fotos ein bisschen grösser aber es reicht um sich für ein paar Tage auszubreiten oder auch zu kochen. Ebenfalls sehr praktisch ist bei einem längeren Aufenthalt die vorhandene Waschmaschine. Die Lage mitten auf der Queens-Street ist perfekt um vieles zu Fuß oder den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Britomart Station) zu erledigen und leckere Kaffees und Restaurants sind mehr als genügend vorhanden (Coffee to go und ab in den Albert Park).

This is a wonderful location for those who prefer to walk around the city. There are many restaurants, stores, and touristy sites within walking distance. The hosts were quickly responsive and considerate with my inquiries and checking-in! The unit was very clean; I especially enjoyed the view of the city from the large windows in the living area and bedroom. Tip for those who will have rental cars: there is a parking structure (I believe its called Wilson) right next to the building!
