On first glance the apartment seemed okay. But as time went on we started noticing things... the shower drain was clogged and water would fill up to your knees! The curtains in both rooms were super mouldy - and stunk, which I'm pretty sure is a health hazard?! Place was noisy as well. Only positive was the location and car-park.

Really nice place and excellent location! It was clean, and the view from the apartment was incredible. You can see the harbour/port from one side and the sky tower from the other side. It was cozy and clean as well.

Location was awesome! Instructions and communication was great. Thought the apartment could do with a little more thought to decor but good option for a quick girls trip where you’re out and about a lot. Definitely handy having a car park!

We spent 2 nights here, the description is very accurate, high floor, with AMAZING views, great location for downtown. We were attending an event at Spark Arena and going out for dinner in the Viaduct. The apartment is located in the middle and took about 8mins to walk to each place from the apartment. The apartment is old and does need a lick of paint and could use some new curtains. The kitchen isnt over stocked with much, but it does have the basics. This is a basic apartment, and does the job, but dont have 5 star expectations. Communication could not be faulted. Checking in was easy and had great instructions. The carpark was a little difficult to find, but that could have been us. If you are looking for a great location, with a carpark for a lower end price range this is a option. We didnt have any problems with the lifts and found them quite fast.

No bowls in the kitchen, no hangers in the closets, Sky box didn't turn on. Tub drain blocked. Views great but apt a real disappointment.

Great location, so close to shops, clubs and restaurants. Needs a few cosmetic Reno’s but everything was working (wifi, fridge…) Some pretty nice views too.

Not the most comfortable stay, cleanliness not up to standards considering the charge. It can take up to 5 minutes to get off the building as lifts often stop on each floor. parking and location were amazing. Hosts super responsive and easy check in.

We were meant to stay 9 days but only stayed 1 as the fridge didn’t work and we needed somewhere with a fridge for our baby’s formula. The apartment is quite basic in furniture and contents, for example there are no bowls in the kitchen, there are plastic disposable “glasses” instead of real ones, wires hanging down from the wall mounted tv to the tv box which is sat on the floor instead of on any furniture, and only one plug that you have to move between the bathroom and kitchen. The cleaning fee of $150 is shockingly high!

Pool and gym are closed due to covid, old apartment needs a little reno but view is beautiful and in a very good location

Good location as it is central to everything and comes with parking inside the apartment building. Was safe and secure with easy check-in process, although the key is located away from the accommodation. instructions easy enough to follow tho. Some disappointing aspects being that the standard of cleaning on arrival could have been higher, especially for what we were charged for 4 nights we were expecting better. Biggest disappointment was learning on arrival that the pool and gym were closed due to COVID which we found was a bit misleading as the pool and gym are highlighted in the listing. So this was a bit disappointing for our kids. Other minor things like no bowls and had to figure out how to make the fridge work were just some unexpected things to sort out after we had settled into the accommodation. Comfortable enough stay, but wouldn't recommend for a family with kids.

Worse experience I ever had, seven hours I was on the phone to resolve issues. Unit host & manager are not available to talk to me to resolve issues because they enjoying their holidays & the receptionist won't have the authority to make decisions but I waisted my first day of holiday on phone. but do say the AIRBNB team organise to get better accommodation for rest of our holidays. All I can say is watch out before booking it.

Excellent communication. Great location. No heating and cooling. Wifi costs extra.
