Die Wohnung liegt toll in Viaduct Harbour. Man kann an der Promenade in die Stadt laufen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Toll ist auch Tiefgaragenparkplatz.

The location was awesome! It is super easy to get onto the motor way if you need to drive to places but also so central for walking around the CBD. There were two sets of keys which is great! I have stayed in places where they only give you one key and my partner and I go for work and we need to do different things so only having one key is a pain. The place had a bath which was awesome and it was a really good sized apartment.

Spacious and private apartment. Well equipped with amenities. Great location and within walking distance of some wonderful eateries on the harbour. Had a bit of a hiccup with wifi and could not access it until the next day however Stefan was great at communicating swiftly and sent someone to fix it which was much appreciated.

Communication with the host was excellent. The instructions were detailed, and broken down into easy to follow steps. The apartment is large as described and very comfortable with basement parking which was useful. Great linen, towels and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and the location is good in-terms of walkability, but also easy access to major roads if driving. The only issue we had was with the mattress which was not comfortable on one side and probably needs replacing. Other minor issues include a rip in the couch which should be repaired to make the unit even better, and the coffee machine is not an espresso machine as shown in the photos, it’s a filter coffee machine. Otherwise it was great accommodation.

Stefan's place was well located in the Auckland Viaduct area with easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and other sightseeing places of interest. The key safe was situated offsite with not much parking available, although once we had the key getting into the underground security carpark and the apartment itself was easy. It was a very spacious and private apartment with all amenities available for our stay. Big cosy bed, huge ensuite bathroom with a large bath and good shower. Unfortunately, we had a hiccup with the wi-fi on arrival and couldn't connect until the following day. Overall, Stefan's place was enjoyable to stay in and definitely recommended for location and price.

good location. close to everything. pictures were abit deceiving as we expected the apartment to be larger as the pictures show. the dryer wasn’t working very well and kept popping open when trying to use. also we were only supplied with 2 towels for the 3 nights we were there so more would’ve been great. clearer instructions to get from the car park into the building would be super useful also

My friend and I truly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place, I’ll definitely come back again! Stefan was very proactive with communication and helpful too if needed. Everything was as described. Was an excellent location, everything we needed. However the downfall was the extractor fans were noisy and couldnt be turned off anywhere. Other than that, was great. The host was always available to chat if needed. Always communicated regarding check in and check out criteria and very easy instruction.

location is amazing, apartment very average for price, not well maintained. check in is a nightmare especially if outside office hours. location to get keys is hard to get to and no easy parking there, got locked out of parking garage called host, secretary called back and told me to contact property manager , at 930 at night this was not an option. I had to knock on another apartment, thank goodness a nice man let me down to garage to retrieve keys. don't leave your fob behind...lol apartment is well used but not well maintained, ripped couch, torn stained carpet.just kinda tired. for the money I would expect Hotel quality linens etc.

Very conveniently located space. Lots of great access to many of Auckland’s best spots. Apartment is comfortable and well furnished. Communication was clear and any problems were resolved quickly. Great to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by.

The apartment is very nice. Great location. Only downside was that we weren’t given a garage key and so couldn’t get in to the provided carpark which delayed our check in.

Have stayed at Stefan's apartments all over Auckland for the past year or so. Each time the place is sparkling clean, great communication. This one was very spacious and comfortable. Easy check-in. The place had everything I needed for my business trip. Will book again.

Stefans apartment is a great place to stay in Auckland. We stayed four nights and even though the apartment was fully kitted out for cooking with a proper kitchen and plenty of cooking equipment we didn’t actually get around to preparing a meal as there are so many excellent eateries and bars to choose from. All within walking distance. The neighbourhood is quiet, though you can hear passing traffic it does quieten down at night. The apartment is very comfortable, roomy and clean. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Auckland and be in walking distance of the city, waterfront and access to public transport. Thanks Stefan for a great stay.

Great place to stay, very comfortable and well equipped which was great since my stay was extended twice due to Trans Tasman bubble being halted. Great location, handy to shops (when they are open) and to public transport. Host quick to response to any questions, will defintely stay again.

great central location in Auckland. We had an overall pleasant stay there. Clean spacious bathrooms. There is however a slight unpleasant odour the whole time we were there which you get used to.

More of a corporate feel but everything worked well and the apartment is large enough to feel homey. Great communication and clear instructions for self check-in and out were appreciated. There is no aircon, but a balcony accessible from lounge and bedroom provides fresh air, with oil heaters if required. The second bathroom/powder room is a real bonus. Great facility, well placed for restaurants and downtown access.

We had a grand time staying at this lovely apartment. Literally by the waterfront and the area it is situated in is probably one of the most peaceful in the busy Auckland cbd. The apartment had everything we needed and is tastefully decorated. The little balcony area was a treat while having my morning coffee. No problems with check in as long as you read the details carefully and checkout was a breeze. Communication was easy and straightforward. I am happy to recommend this place to anyone!
