We had a wonderful time at Stefan's apartment. The place itself was incredibly clean, comfortable, and super well equipped. We were positively surprised by how spacious the apartment was, and also the amount of light coming inside. The location is very convenient, supermarkets and restaurants very close by. We also loved the fact that we could park our car in the building's garage. Stefan is a great host, he was super helpful and always responsive whenever we had questions.

After some initial communication issues, we had a pleasant stay. Comfortable and convenient location. Charges a cleaning fee as well as asks for rubbish to be removed. We weren’t aware of the low parking restriction until arrival but luckily this worked for us. Key has to be returned back up to room after car leaves garage. The decks were a bonus.

This apartment was a good place to stay it. Getting into the apartment was hard but I messaged Stefan and he replied straight away. Nice location which was very close to everything, balcony was nice for a hot day and the apartment was warm overnight.

The communication from Stephan was impeccable with clear and concise instructions about checking in and out and everything about the location to help me get the best out of my stay. I wanted an early check-in and this was easy to do with simple instructions on how and where to collect the keys. The location was ideal as I was attending an event on Karangahape Road (K Road) which was an easy 5 -10 minutes walk. There is a cafe on the ground level along with a mini market dairy shop and a Korean restaurant which also does takeaways and the food is scrumptious. The off street parking was awesome as it meant that I didn't have to pay extra for parking and I had the peace of mind that my vehicle was safe and secure in a locked car parking garage.

Place was what we needed. Unfortunately closest train station is currently closed till next year so that was quite a pain. Issues with keys for front door and the fob didn’t work from garage floor which was super frustrating when dealing with kids and luggage.

Hey man, just big issues with the keys…Key was very difficult to turn the lock. Stuck outside for awhile. Also keycard wouldn’t work to get in through the ground door. Had to always come back in through garage door. Sort those and it’s 5 star ?

Great stay- once we had the key and figured out the lock- it was a breeze- having a park included was fantastic- as there was. little to no parking around the area within a decent walking distance- which is something to note if you have more than one vehicle. The place was incredibly tidy and clean and had everything you would need- really did feel like a home away from home- especially for a longer stay where you need kitchen and laundry amentities. Would definitly recommend.

Four of us stayed here for three nights. Location was near bus stops and the small mart below was convenient. Although it is published having the keys in a separate location was a little rough. Unit was clean and the host was responsive and reachable.

Such an amazing little air bnb! Although was difficult to get into it and to figure out the elevator, had to get the others who lived there show me how to work elevator. The garage door closes on its own which i was not told and was trying to figure that out aswell on arrival. So check in was quite stressfull. some doors in room specifically the wardrobe to bathroom doors are difficult to open and close. Had to pay a cleaning fee but had to leave the place spotless when leaving or would get a fine. Overall nice place but won’t be coming back. Not really worth the money we paid.

Our cleaning fee covers all of the amenities and linens included in your stay - we don't expect the place to be spotless although we do request for guests to put all used dishes in the dishwasher to save time for our cleaners. We had a little struggle with the swipe entry (worked out to push the number on the remote to open the garage door) but never got it to work in the lift from the garage, so walked out to the main entry each time - but that was ok! Would recommend for a city stay.

The unit is close to the places we wanted to be. We could walk or take transit. The place was quiet. Kitchen provided us with a good selection of utensils, pots, pans to make our meals. Thanks!

Unfortunately our initial experience with Stefan's Airbnb wasn't too pleasant, getting access to keys at the Viaduct where you can't get parking is just silly. Having to provide passport photo's when you're trying to get keys, lift's not working in the apartment complex, key not initially working was very frustrating. The apartment itself was nice and roomy in a good location. We wouldn't stay again because access and communication requirements were frustrating.

Great location, nice apartment. Key collection is a pain or pay $$ to have someone meet you there. For $160 cleaning fee you'd expect it to be spotless... it wasn't.

Location was great for Eden Park. We could walk to and from the game. The apartment was bright and quiet. Beds were comfortable. It had basic necessities. Secured parking was a big bonus.

The check in process is a bit of pain and the beds aren’t comfortable whatsoever. They also send a lot of seperate forms to fill out and a lot of back & fourth to book. Aside from that it was a fine stay and the communication was good.
