As someone’s first time using air bnb, I’m glad I chose to go with Stefan, he is a great host, very responsive and the property is displayed exactly in the photos. One thing to note, can get loud from the wind but if you don’t mind then definitely a great place to go.

This building has a very good location, that is walkable to the downtown/harbor. The building was formally/is now student housing, with a mix of respectful students/longer term non-student rentals. Be advised that the shared areas hallways are not on par with the interior of the unit. The building has a community kitchen, which we used when we could not figure out how to make the induction electric stove work inside our unit. The unit itself was nice, had good views and the bed linens crispy clean. We enjoyed our stay!

A fantastic central city apartment, well equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable. Amazing views of the sky tower and surrounding city including the domain. So easy to walk into town. We would definitely consider staying here again when we return.

Very homely central Fabulous beds very comfortable Two bathrooms small but great to have 2 Lounge area great Well equipped shampoo and conditioner Great crockery we would come back worried we were in student accommodation but on 11th floor it was private and quiet on a hill but easy walk to Brittomart

Good place to stay for a couple nights. The apartment was clean and has everything you need to cook and clean. Good location with view on the Skytower close to CBD.

The interior of the apartment exceded our expectations - the teenagers were overwhelmed by the view of the skytower and city skyline. They were equally impressed with abundance of mirrors in the property and the convenience of having e-scooters available just outside the building - most likely due the fact there are quite a few students in the vicinity. They happily explored the city and felt safe to come and go as they needed - it was great to have two sets of keys available.

Très bon appartement. Superbe vue, parking très pratique. Hôte très accueillant. Nos points noirs : - Salle d’eau et douches très petites - le vent fait beaucoup de bruit au 11ème étage (prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles)

Stefan’s place is great! I was a bit nervous when I saw the building itself and the downstairs shared lounge area - which are both quite tired, but the apartment itself was great. The beds were comfy, and I thought it was remarkably quiet and peaceful for a city centre/near uni apartment. The kitchen is super well appointed and the place was clean and tidy. For 2 bds, 2 bathrooms, parking, and walkable to cbd I really don’t think you could do much better for the price. Big heads up that the keys are stored somewhere else down the road on the opposite side which is a logistical challenge when you’re trying to do it in your car so you can access the parking garage(which you need the keys to do) Picking up the keys would be far easier on foot, so do that if it’s an option.

Lots of room. Great view. Very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels. Perfect for work at the university. Just had a few booking-related issues. Our lock box info was sent to another guest, who had our keys when we arrived. The management team is super responsive though and solved it immediately. We were also told we could extend our stay an extra day, but they sent us a link which told us that wasn’t possible. The same thing happened when we asked for late check out (which costs extra btw). Was frustrating to have wasted time like that, but otherwise a very professional operation and a great property. I’d certainly stay there again.

The apartment was nice. That’s about it. It wasn’t very clean, stained bedding and mould in the kitchen, and ever thing that could go wrong, went wrong. Leaky building, fire alarms. The residents in the building say it’s frequent and due to fire alarm the lift wasn’t working and we specifically asked for no stairs due to surgery recovery but then had to use 11 flights to evacuate. We tried to call the office number and there wasn’t much we could be told. Water was coming down the walls and we kept being told someone will provide an update but it took hours for that update to come through. No thought to move us or reimburse any of it considering the trouble over just the first night and next morning. “Stefan” also responded as a few different names so likely to just be a cover profile for a group of people, which also sucked when trying to get a number of him to ask what’s going on. Over all a bit sad.

Lovely clean place and was fairly quiet. Does have a couple of structural bars in weird places, one being next to the king bed which my husband hit his head on when getting out. No aircon which surprised me, I had overlooked it when booking, my fault. Was very warm due to afternoon sun, I would think too hot in summer? 10-15min walk to Viaduct. Overall a very clean, cozy place.
