Great stay, in an awesome part of town. We really enjoyed the sauna, hot tub & lap pool amenities, along with direct balcony views of the Sky Tower! Will be back!

We stayed for just over a week, and the apartment was in a decent location of Auckland and easily walkable to places we wanted to go. The apartment was fine, but the sink tap was very loose (we emailed the host but they didn’t come fix it during our stay) and the bathroom had a musty smell throughout the stay (maybe the drains?). If those issues can be sorted, it would be a great place to stay!

terrible! I have all chat screenshot with them. I want to show everyone that. Wrong information I asked about there is a bathtub in room before made payment because that is impotant for me but I couldn’t see bathtub in photo. And they said there is a bathtub in the room. I trusted that word and I made paid. But there wasn’t a bathroom. And I requested a room with bathtub but it was not changed and no alternative solution was offered. Electric kettle was broken and Heater was broken. So I requested something solution about that. But They Forget and does not keep the agreed time the appointment about broken facilities 2times. And bad smell in bathroom like mold.

Our stay at the Heritage Hotel was wonderful, Stefan is a great host and always quick to answer any questions. We stayed 4 nights before our cruise and was happy with the location and amenities at the unit. The King bed was so comfortable and just what we needed after an ultra long flight!

location was perfect, lots of parking near by, Stefan was welcoming and prompt in his responses, very near to Sky tower, apartment has lot of amenities like swimming and tennis, but didn't get any time to enjoy them, close to shopping area.

This is the perfect base to explore Auckland from. It is very spacious, spotless, comfortable and very well equipped. There was absolutely everything you need for a city break. We used the pool and sauna every day, which was a real bonus

Great place to stay for a few nights away, clean and tidy and good location. Only complaints we found the rooftop pool area tricky to find (some type of instructions on where everything is could have been helpful) and that there was a Nespresso machine but no pods. Overall good stay thank you :)

Excellent value for money and central for local attractions and shops. The room is nicely laid out with a well equipped kitchenette plus washing machine and dryer. The bed is extremely comfortable with pristine linens. The gyms, pools and hot tub within the hotel are well maintained and the view from the roof top is stunning. The view from the room is not great however the balcony provided some extra outdoor space. Definitely recommend Stefan and the accommodation. Thank you for providing such a lovely apartment and facilities.

Great stay. Would gladly stay again. Sleep: - comfy bed, around medium firmness. - lots of pillow choices - clean comfy linens - black out curtains - quiet Kitchen: - had all necessary items for cooking - dishwasher was essential - oven and everything worked perfectly Bathroom: - clean - great water pressure - eco-friendly bath products - washer and drier worked great - eco-friendly laundry detergent Decor: - great. - lots of seating options - desk was great - closet had just enough hangers for me - drawers were great - lots of lighting options - balcony was nice to have. - outdoor seating and table was great for breakfast Facilities: - gym was great. Included a cable weight machine, dumbbells, treadmills. - jacuzzi was really nice, could have been warmer for my taste, but really nice - sauna was so great. - pool/gym opening hours were great: 6am-11pm Host: - communication was always friendly and helpful I’d gladly return.

The hotel, the room is in, is very nice, in a good location with a comfortable bed. But the check-in into our room was a nightmare tho: Our key cards weren't working, our host was unresponsive and it took more then 4 hours until they gave the hotel a written permission to let us in the room, so that they have time to fix the cards. Once we were in our room it was actually a nice stay tho.

Estefan fue comunicativo y amable. El departamento muy bien ubicado. Solo le faltaría un lugar (placard, ropero, cómoda o estantes) para la ropa. Y un microondas, ya q carece del mismo. Lo recomiendo sabiendo estas advertencias.

Great accomodation in a very central location. Clean and really good kitchen utilities as so many places don’t even have the basics like tin opener , sharp knife scissors etc… very comfortable bed and nice having the balcony to get some frah air and sit out. The rooftop pool / gym and spa are reallly good Easy access to state highway 1 on the mornings as well if you need to commute business hours to get out of the city. Def stay here again

Well designed and well located apartment with a strong amenity package. Small as an apartment. About the size of a hotel room yet all standard appliances are available in the well-designed kitchenette. Hard to get the key, which was delivered late.

Superbe airbnb, lit confortable et endroit silencieux. Proche de tout ! La Skytower et Britomart. Stefan est réactif, ce qui est très utile car la localisation est un petit peu complexe pour récupérer les clefs et aussi pour trouver où jeter les ordures. Un petit point noirs est le lavabo de la salle de bain sale (collant), et une tâche marron sur le lit. On reviendra tout de même avec plaisir !

This stay was absolutely amazing. Its in the prime location for any activities in the CBD and I was able to walk to 90% of the locations I visited. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Auckland and needing a comfortable reliable place.
