a great place to stay in cbd! the unit was clean with modern facilities!! love it and totally would recommend to others! although the keys for checked in was in other place, the instructions was clear and the place was easy to find.

The apartment matched the description and pictures. Bathroom, kitchen and linens were very clean. The rest of the apartment was also pretty clean but could use a coat of paint and some touch ups. The couch coushions had some stains, but was comfortable. The coffee table pulls up into a desk and worked very well for working remotely. Internet was fast and worked well for video calls and meetings. Beds were firm and very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything required for cooking basic meals. A kettle is provided but a french press or K-Cup for coffee would have been nice (some instant coffee was included). There is no AC and the apartment can get warm, but cooled down quickly in the evening by opening the windows. Location is convenient in CBD and we walked to Ponsonby, Parnell, Mt. Eden, Eden Park, ferry terminal, etc. Queen St. is busy and can be a bit noisy at night if the windows are open. Overall no major complaints, would stay again.

Very disappointing. This is my first time writing a bad review on Airbnb but I feel it necessary to warn others. Communication was a continual struggle. We could never get a clear response. We were given misinformation about driving service and were never reimbursed for service we did not take. The apartment facilities were smelly and the pool was dirty. The apartment itself was unreasonably hot during the summer. We bought a second fan but it was still uncomfortable. I would not recommend and I encourage zodiac to be more accountable to their guests in the future.

Note, you’ll have to walk 15 min away from the place to collect the keys. The place also has no aircon. Mid summer, was toasty. Also if the wifi doesn’t work, the router is unplugged. Took me ages to find it.But apart from that, the place was everything we needed. Clean, beds were fantastic. Pool was epic

Good location. Enjoyed walking to most of the big sites in Auckland. Just be sure to take a picture of where you left the key during checkout and send it to the host as soon as you leave.

Really enjoyed our stay at Stefan’s apartment on Queens st : was very peaceful and in a very quiet block. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Had everything in walking distance . Would definitely stay again

The room is of a suitable size. The two bedrooms are suitable for three or four people. They are all neat and orderly. They are equipped with a heater and provide many necessary supplies. The refrigerator is also sufficient. The entire apartment requires a swipe card to enter, and the elevator also requires a swipe card, ensuring the safety of your stay. It's just that the walk to the key pick-up place takes a long time. It was raining and cold on the day we checked in, so we checked in almost half an hour later. It is very convenient to walk to the nearby parks, CBD and pier, and the Chinese food in the surrounding area is very good.

Great place for 4 people to stay! Place was clean and location was great. We could walk down queens street and reach Britomart within 10-15mins. Lots of food options available nearby too! Would definitely stay here again if I come to Auckland.

Lovely place where I really like its design. Lying on the sofa just feel like home. Communication with the team was great, helping me drop our luggage in the reception before check-in. Location is right in the city centre, there are so many yummy food nearby. Walkable to Queen Street shops, AUT and UoA. Very quiet place to stay. The washer and dryer are very helpful and easy to use. Highly recommend!!!

Lovely place where I really like its design. Lying on the sofa just feel like home. Communication with the team was great, helping me drop our luggage in the reception before check-in. Location is right in the city centre, there are so many yummy food nearby. Walkable to Queen Street shops, AUT and UoA. Very quiet place to stay. It is a fairly quiet, clean and comfortable place, everything you need if you are going to see NZ. The pool and gym area are quite practical, clean and flexible. everything you need to rest, is in a fairly accessible place to move and has shops near the area. The only drawback was that you have to pick up the keys in another place, when you travel with suitcases it is somewhat difficult since it is a place 10-15 minutes from the accommodation. For everything else it is an excellent place.

Es un lugar bastante tranquilo, limpio y confortable, todo lo que necesitas si vas a concer NZ. el area de alberca y Gym son bastantes practicos, limpios y flexibibles. todo lo que necesitas para descansar, se encuentra en un lugar bastante accesible para moverte y cuenta con tiendas cerca de la zona. el unico inconveniente fue que tienes que recojer las llaves en otro lugar, cuando viajas con maletas es algo dificil ya que es un lugar a 10-15 mins del alojamiento. por todo lo demas es un excelente lugar.

One bedroom does not have a window that opens so we found it a bit airless; the host provides one pedestal fan which may not be sufficient in the warmer parts of the year. We found it straightforward enough to pick up the keys at the lockbox location a twenty minute walk away. We were offline driving the day of check-in; all the instructions arrived while we were offline and then the check-in guide which contains the wifi password is only accessible by getting online. So for overseas guests, you will need absolutely need connectivity to check-in. Other than that, our stay met our expectations. Thank you!

We’ve stayed at Stefan’s (through Zodiac Management) other properties and they were great. This one had a nice gym and was in a great location. It was not properly cleaned (at all) and then we had an issue with the housekeeping trying to charge us for damage that we definitely did not cause. It was decently priced and even though we had a few hiccups with this booking, we would book with Stefan in the future.

Great location, central to almost everything. The apartment itself was clean, modern and spacious. I would suggest buying a universal adapter for the hairdryer as it had an American plug. The team were quick at responding/communicating. I would recommend this place.

Nous avons passé un long séjour en famille ici (20jours) et nous sommes ravis. l'appartement est super bien équipé, on se sent comme à la maison. la salle de sport et la piscine sont un vrai plus. l'emplacement est hyper central et a proximité de tout. des supérettes sont en bas de l'immeuble et vous avez le fameux cave taniki à deux minutes

Apartment was very clean and quiet but very small, the photos make it look bigger. The cutlery was terrible, no proper spoons, knives or forks. The check in process was a nightmare as the key needs to be picked up in a totally different location across town which was not easy to do in rush hour traffic and with kids in the car!! We were told we could park onsite to unload but the communication to do this was unclear and I’m not sure if it was even possible.

The accommodation is in the centre of the city, which is convenient for us to walk around during the day. The unit is clean and equipped with the necessities needed for an extended stay. The facilities available are a bonus, especially the gym. There were a few problems with the loose screws of the chair and bathroom appliances, but the owner managed to fix them in due time. Overall we had a great time staying at the place!
