I had a great time during my stay. I stayed for 4 weeks and it was very easy to get around the city from such a central location.

We loved staying here! Don’t get me wrong everything was perfect apart from the fact there was no private, designated parking for our car, so we had to pay every single day for parking. That could be a very big set back for people who would want to stay longer. Apart from that, the host had clear instructions for everything and was very fast to respond! Loved staying here ?

Great place, everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. As others have mentioned, the check in/key collection adds a bit of admin but it's not as full on as the instructions make it seem. Would happily stay again!

The location is really great in the heart of the city. There are lots of restaurants and bus stops. However, during weekend it could be noisy at night time.

Nous avons apprécié la situation de l'appartement, tout près du port, le supermarché à côté, le bon équipement et la propreté. Certes la rue est un peu bruyante (surtout le week end) mais c'est tout à fait compréhensif vu la situation très centrale. Stefan a été réactif pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Nous recommandons vivement.

The location is very central and it is very easy to walk to the attractions nearby. There are quite a few steps needed for check-in, including the online pre-check in form and the credit card authorisation form. Nevertheless, the host provided very clear instructions for the whole process. I also appreciate that the host was very responsive and quickly approved our request to increase from 2 to 4 guests (as per the room's max capacity), the day before our check-in.

Stefan’s place was in the heart of it all. Walkable to so many stores, restaurants, bars, the ferries the vineyards and the volcano which you can spend time hiking, and the Auckland tower. Yes it can be loud at night because it’s a popular area but that wasn’t a problem for our group. We didn’t spend a cent on Ubers or taxi because it was at our doorstep

Some small issues with getting more linen and towels but the team was really helpful and solved this for us. Was perfect for our weekend away. The place was reasonably clean but could tell it had been done quickly. Otherwise a beautiful and functional place that many people would enjoy staying at.

Perfect location, we didn’t need a car to get anywhere. It was stylish, however the bed wasn’t really made.. clean sheets but pillows didn’t have cases, duvets didn’t have covers, and no fitted sheet. Bad smell coming from the broken dishwasher. Washing machine looked dirty and based on previous reviews we didn’t try to use it. Wifi was amazing, and tv worked great. We felt incredibly safe. Nice city views at night as well.

Location is ideal for the ferries and central business district. Picking up the key in another place is very inconvenient, especially with stuff. The apartment itself is fully equipped!

Very chic and clean location and it couldn't be more central. There are tons of things to do and the port is minutes away. If anyone wants to experience New Zealand's largest city, I strongly recommend this apartment. The communication was always very friendly, if a bit confusing. Great location, very good communication. Check-in & check-out a bit annoying, you need to sign up/interact with a 3rd party website, and provide all sorts of personal details such as ID which is uncommon for Airbnb.

The unit is wonderful! We lived during 4 days the perfect life of an urban citizen of Auckland City. The flat is very clean, beautiful and warm at same time. Very good furnished and equiped with tools and kitchen tools leaving you the possibility to cook the good and fresh products of New Zealand and entering the skin of a kiwi citizen. We really enjoyed our trip to Auckland and leaving in this unit. The contact with Stephen and his crew is very good. They always ask if we’re good and if everything is doing fine. They reply very shortly in time to our interrogations I recommend this place for sure. Thank you and mauruuru from Tahiti

Incredibly noisy place. The windows do not isolate at all. There is loud noise from the busy street day and night. Cars, musicians, loud drunk people, street cleaning. It is relentless. I could not relax during the day, and could only sleep at night with earplugs. Additionally, the washer/dryer did not dry.

The place was just as described. Details and photos relative to the listing which is great. Lockbox and check-in was smooth, easy to find with clear instructions. Really good location, super close to everything. Only downsides were the noise which was to be expected when it's right on Queen St. The apartment was also quite hot. There was a ceiling fan in the bedroom but it didn't spin fast enough for there to be a breeze and the provided fan also didn't blow much of a breeze so having windows open during the day was our best option to keep the apartment cool throughout the day.

The location of this place could not be better! Right by the water and in the heart of downtown. It included all the amenities and the hosts were very responsive. The only downside is that the windows are old and all the noise from the street below is audible clear as a bell - not ideal if you're hoping for a sound sleep on the weekend!

Great location, the cleanliness was ok but not amazing. Lots of dust and crockery not very clean(bits still on plates). Washing machine does not work at all which was disappointing, especially since multiple people have already noted that it wasn’t working in the last few months. However the bed was very comfortable as was the sofa bed, and styling was excellent.

Great location 10/10 perfect place to stay for experiencing the city of Auckland and very clean and tidy , cozy place not too spacious but definitely plenty of room for 2 people. Highly recommend. Only thing is parking in the city is difficult if you travel via car, so make sure to search where you are going to park I found a Wilson car park just around the corner, (about a 2 minute walk) which cost me $40 per night. Yet I’m sure there are cheaper and considering the price for staying at this Air Bnb I can say that it was definitely worth it.

Great apartment and location. Good communication with host. Comfortable bed, and very clean. Only quirk to be aware of is that the key collection for self check-in is at another building which is a good 5-10 walk away - this may not suit people with luggage or those who are less mobile (or anyone when it is raining).

The most perfect location for exploring Auckland. Super close to train station and CBD - it could not have been easier. Stefan was a great communicator. The room was beautiful, clean and better than it looked in the photos! We loved our stay here. The building was really cool looking too!

Apartment very well located and secure however the cleaning is half done (under the sofa) and the comforter of the sal sofa bed. No drier in the apartment while it was indicated in the ad and the washing machine unfortunately did not work. And last thing, bad insulation against the cold.

Great central location to explore Auckland City! Very cosy room, comfy bed, and had all the amenities needed for a month long stay. Communication was great and the check-in process was fairly easy. Really enjoyed our stay here :)
