City views from bright and spacious apartment

My family and I had a wonderful long weekend here! Wonderful location and beautiful apartment. Everything was so close to us - we were never bored! We cannot wait to book this place again!

Tolle Unterkunft mit fantastischem Ausblick auf den Sky Tower in Auckland. Lage ist sehr zentral und die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat keinerlei Wünsche offen gelassen. Der Fitnessraum im Gebäude ist ein schöner Bonus und wurde gerne von uns genutzt. Die Fitnessgeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten in Zukunft ausgetauscht werden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter war fast immer tadellos und es gab schnelle Antworten, egal zu welcher Tages- oder Nachtzeit. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen!

The apartment was new and very nice, it sadly had no air conditioning so was crazy humid on arrival. The beds were super comfy but pillows were like marshmallows so no neck support (bad nights sleep). The $160 cleaning fee was a bit extortionate definitely with dust all over the place and soap/toothpaste splattered up the wall in our ensuite. The photos online give the impression that the apartment is a lot bigger that you’d think but it’s still a nice place to stay if your just overnighting in the city. I think next time we might look for a place with a few more homely touches. But can’t thought the host as he was epic

The place was really good and matched all the descriptions. The communication was great and the place had everything we needed. The host is excellent. The only downside was that the place doesn't have any air conditioning, which made the place extremely warm in the day and also the night, even when the balcony doors were left open and fan running, It was a very uncomfortable stay for us. The whole building was also warm as we entered through the main doors of the building. Also just fyi the apartment appears bigger in photos in comparison to its actual size.

We loved staying here. We found the location really great - a quick walk to so many dining options and shops. The view from the balcony was beautiful, I just wish there was some nice furniture on the balcony to enjoy it more. The place was clean and had everything we needed as a couple with a small child. Would recommend staying here and if we come back to Auckland, we would stay again ?

a very small apartment in a hard location with no nearby parking available, balcony had gap at the bottom which was extremely unsafe plus tiles on balcony were not even grouted. Apartment had great views of sky tower, but wasn't clean with grubby marks on light switches, windows and doors, walls, dust in window ledges, we also couldn't use the pool or gym as advertised as we weren't able to access them with our key. location was good but with all the road closures and protests going on creating additional road closures to the works road closures made it very difficult to access the apartment and get around

The place was absolutely amazing perfect placement exactly how the photos are very easy check in the cleaning definitely needed a lot of work as I ended up cleaning most of the bathrooms and cushion covers and extra blankets for stains. They were noticeably animals living in the apartment at some stage. There was a lot of stains on the carpet that I noticed and a really overpowering smell as you walked in the door from a diffuser that we tried to put in the cupboard to reduce the smell. The apartment is placed in an absolutely fantastic area and I would highly recommend it to everyone. It was with everything that we paid for that were very easy to deal with and hassle free. I will definitely be looking for this next time I’m up there. It would’ve been better if they could offer a car parking solution.

Perfect little place for a weekend stay with my sister and cousin. The view was amazing, the location was amazing right in the middle of the cbd across the road from my favourite restaurant (tanukis!). The apartment was clean and tidy and the beds were comfy also. Highly recommend and would definitely look to book here again in the future!

The location is so convenient. It's right on Queen Street. There are many places to eat downstairs. It's also very close to a supermarket, so shopping is very convenient. Living in an apartment is the first choice when taking children out. You can cook some simple meals. The hot water system in the apartment is also very good. The hygiene is well maintained. The apartment facilities are also very new. Except for the fact that it is a bit troublesome to go 800 meters away to get the key, everything else The ones are all very good.

The place was great overall, exactly as described + shown in listing photos. The only downfall for us was the very wet carpet area in one of the bedrooms. It was still damp after trying to dry it with 3 floor mats and a fan over the 5 days we stayed. Even after partially drying the whole room smelled bad of urine. Upon vacuuming we come across tons of pet hair/fur also throughout the sofa cushions, leaving us to only assume the wet carpet was that made from a dog or a very big cat. *If we were equiped with a carpet cleaner we would have easily cleaned it ourselves* but despite raising concerns about it and having the hosts cleaner come in with a cherry scented air wick room spray which for a minute, temporarily helped but to sum it up the matter was not resolved. The room was meant for my kids but instead went unused in fact we barely opened the door to prevent the smell getting to the rest of the place,the smell was that bad.not happy with the service provided in regards to that issue

Thanks for staying with us Wayne and for your review. We were very confused as to how this carpet area became wet in the bedroom during your stay as you were our first guests to book and after getting the access records from the building manager, we confirmed no one had accessed the apartment for at least two weeks prior to this. Regardless, we have cleaned the carpet thoroughly and removed the smell.
