City views from 1BR Queen St apartment

Thank you for the pleasant stay—I would definitely come back! The location is excellent, you receive two keys at check-in, and the response time to any inquiries is truly impressive. Some parts of the apartment, such as the shower and air conditioning, are showing signs of age, but overall, it was a great experience.

Nice place to stay in Auckland CBD! Plenty to do within a short walk. Spacious and comfortable, lots of light, quiet, and a good view. We stayed for over a week and cooked most of the time. The kitchen was decently nice, but unfortunately the oven didn't work.

Stefan’s place was amazing! Him and his team were very communicative if I had questions about anything. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe. Everything was very convenient and walking distance to Skytower and all that area has to offer as well as a couple blocks away from the ferry in the opposite direction. Will definitely be staying here next time I’m in NZ!

First of all, I want to thank Stefan for a last minute change of plan with my other larger booking, and for making this available at short notice. The check in is very easy, and mostly downhill of you land via taxi at the collection office. The apartment is beautiful with an incredible view. I’m not sure the location could be any better for Auckland. The bed is super comfy, the amenities are excellent, I could have stayed here for weeks. The apartment was clean, with nice carpet; a couple would have a fab time here. Lots of food, shops and drink on your doorstep. I’d recommend this place 100%.

Great base to stay in auckland, easy access keys locked in a foyer round the corner. The flat itself is part of a hotel so it's very visitor friendly and feels very safe. Stefan resolved my WiFi issue in less than half an hour of me asking. Highly recommend 👌

First unit we were in had a problem with the fridge being iced up and not cooling, and then power went out. Only this unit, not the building. Host company was very responsive, despite this being at night. They found us a replacement unit in the same building, thankfully. They helped us move in the dark. New unit was perfect. Nice building, great amenities. Area very walkable. Grocery, waterfront, ferries, sites, shopping, all in the area.

The apartment was well-equipped with all we needed during our stay. It is in an excellent location within walking distance from shops, restaurants, major sights and the central bus station. We had initial issues with access to wi-fi as we were given an incorrect code, but we managed to solve this. Stefan's team always responded to our inquiries immediately. One disappointment was that even though the amenities list include TV, you can only use it if you have a Netflix account; otherwise, TV is unavailable. We would have liked to know this in advance.

this is an apartment within an hotel which gives an added feeling of security. It is on 14th so whilst centrally located in the main shopping area you get no noise and it's a quiet and comfortable apartment. It has everything you need to self cater, to feel relaxed and to sleep comfortably. There is heating and aircon. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus for us having been travelling before arrival. we would recommend this property

Stefan’s place is located in the city center on high floor in a hotel, it feels quite safe and is very convenient. This is not a very new apartment. It could be seen that it has been used for a while but it is well kept and still looks young. Although I noticed some hairs stuck to the towel and bedsheet, that’s minor. Overall it is tidy and spacious, everything you need is available. There was some lively city sounds on a Friday night but it wasn’t too noisy being the pulse of the city. Also Stefan is very responsive and helpful.

The apartment is very well located, with two supermarkets nearby, close to the Sky Tower and the downtown area where all the shops are. It was very clean, with absolutely everything you needed. The carpets were clean, and the dishes were clean. The apartment smelled really good. It was spacious and perfectly comfortable for two people. The service we received from the Host was excellent. They asked us on the day we arrived if everything was OK. All the items in the apartment were of good quality. Upon arrival, we received the instructions at three in the afternoon, and it was very easy to find the keys. I recommend it 100%!

Stefan’s place is in the heart of Auckland. Everything is at a walkable distance. Plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby along with convenience stores, shopping stores, bus stops etc The unit is precisely the same as it looks in the photos. Very neat and clean and all the amenities were present. Kitchen and enough cutlery along with dish washer helps to ease out small bites. Washing machine along with dryer is another important feature if you are staying for few days or longer. Living room along with a small dining unit gives an extra space and ambient lighting with broad glass windows are remarkable. The centralised temperature control made our stay more pleasant with the queen size bed was cosy. Though bathroom is bit small , however Toilets are clean along with shampoo and shower gel. Overall, our experience was very good and we liked the place. The city view with broad glass windows was a perfect glaze time.

This apartment's location is excellent for travellers for its ease to go any places you want to, such as supermarket, city library, harbour. What is more, there are lots of different style restaurants surrounding which makes it convenient for trying almost all kind of foods. The host is quite supportive and the instructions are easy to understand. A nice experience to stay for near two weeks.

Great location, right in the middle of the city. Walking distance to everything. The hotel itself was nice and clean and the staff were polite. The elevators are being replaced over the next 2 years, but the waittime wasn't too bad. The apartment was exactly as described and clean. There were extras we don't normally find in airbnbs, like plenty of toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray, paper towel, laundry power, etc.. The only thing missing was a box of tissues. The wifi was great. The bed was comfortable. We really appreciated the work desk and chair. The shower had plenty of hot water. There was a good view from the 14th floor. I wouldn't recommend the pool though. It was not clean. Otherwise excellent stay.
