This charming apartment is an ideal retreat for couples or solo travelers looking for both comfort and convenience. The open-plan design includes a fully equipped kitchen, a plush queen bed for a restful night's sleep, and a TV for entertainment.

Our dedicated cleaning team ensures a spotless and welcoming space, so you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring plenty of seating for everyone, a TV with access to local channels, and air conditioning to keep you comfortable. There are also large glass sliding doors in the living room that open up to a small ledge. Great for getting some fresh air or checking out the city scenes from a 13th floor perspective!

The inviting bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring queen-sized bed dressed in fresh linens and soft pillows for a restful night’s sleep. A closet provides ample storage for your belongings. There is also a TV included in the bedroom with access to local channels.

For your convenience, the apartment features an in-unit washer and dryer which are free for your use.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

TV's: Please note these are standard cable TV's with freeview.

Key Pickup: The key will need to be picked up from our Zodiak office in Auckland Central (the full address Level 2, Unit A210/52 Courthouse Lane, Auckland CBD), which is a 4 minute walk or 4 min drive away from the apartment. We provide 24/7 access to keys via lockboxes. This is a different location to the property you’ll be staying at. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We also have free WiFi access at our office in case you need the internet to contact us. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2 x tea/coffee, 2 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Awesome place to stay, very convenient and also good to have a go on the flamingo online scooters if you don’t want to drive around the complicated city

Le logement proposé par Stefan était à la hauteur de nos attentes. Il est bien situé en centre ville, plusieurs restaurants et commerce à proximité. Tout centre qu’il faut pour un séjour dans le centre ville d’Auckland 😉

The location of the place was very central and the apartment was spacious. We were able to work from there. The place did have a bit of a musty smell when you enter which is just coming from old carpets in the place so not really something that can be changed easily. The mattress on the bed is also quite soft, which we didn't find too comfortable for sleeping in there with two people. The rest was all good, well equipped and very clean. It was also comparatively cheap compared to others in the region so can't complain too much.

Stefan was amazing and fast with responses. Everything was explained well and lots of instructions. Apartment was spacious and clean! I would love to stay here again!

The place was clean and exactly as described. It’s in a very convenient location, only a short walk away from most restaurants and stores. Check-in was smooth for the most part and Stefan was very responsive which helped clarify any questions we had :)

Appartement propre et pratique extrêmement bien équipé au plein cœur de queen street. Un peu compliqué si l’on a une voiture. Sans voiture c’est parfait. Je recommande fortement

Lovely and clean place to stay. The apartment is very nice. It has all the facilities that needed during your stay. Stefan was so responsive when we needed help. Next time when we travel to Auckland, we will absolutely come back and stay here. Highly recommended !!

Lovely stay in the heart of Auckland, perfectly appointed home. I found the bed too soft for my personal liking and the TV was not a smart tv but not an issue for me and my stay.
