Great location! The noise between the Airbnb and the owners house is really disturbing, I was being woken as early as 5am and walking could be heard until 11pm. Not voices, just walking on wooden floorboards. There is not much privacy on the deck, no screen between owners and the unit. The picture of living area is not updated, there is now a large comfy sofa in the place of the 2 dining chairs. There is no area to work, There is a dining table of sorts in the kitchen and the bar stools are very impractical as you cannot eat there or work there. (I tried and got a very sore back from hunching down) . Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. The owner needs to put a small bin in the bathroom. Note there is no dryer, just a washing machine.

Just beautiful place as you can see it on photos. everything is clean. many reasonably priced asian restaurants around. it's paradise for Asian person!! St.Lukes shopping mall is located not far from there so you can walk to there. you can hear the noise from the main house.

Fantastic place-exactly as described.Very comfortable,spotlessly clean and tidy.The shower was amazing.Well stocked with plates,cutlery,pots etc.Loved the off-street parking.Stefan very resposive with emails.Will stay again in the future.

Great place, tidy and had everything we needed. Host was very nice and responsive. Just note that this AirBnB is ran by a larger corporation and therefore has many rules and restrictions that were leveraged by somewhat hefty fines. We had no issues though, and would stay again at this place.

Wonderful central location, 5-10 mins to everywhere, very handy. Lovely old villa beautifully restored, perfectly clean and warm with furnishings that matched the character of the place. We highly recommend !!

this place overall was great. the location is amazing - close to dominion road for all of the good food and transport options, as well as close to Kingsland. it's clear that this is run by a company/group rather than an individual - and therefore doesn't have the personal touches that you sometimes find in other places (it had everything I needed, but for example had knives but no cutting board). however the host was responsive for a heap of different queries, which was lovely given this is a side unit to the main home, you do hear the neighbours a little bit - but it's not an issue and they weren't disturbed be me either. super friendly older couple, even let me borrow their hose to wash my car!

Clean bright good kitchen comfortable bedroom and quiet-just what I needed. Furnishings were minimal but well made and maintained and in keeping with the older style of the building was very well done. Needs an updated cover photo on the Air B&B though!

This house is beautiful. It is perfect for a couple, we could easily have lived here. It was clean and cosy. The balcony and fire were great additions. We had a lovely stay and Stefan was very responsive and also made it possible for us to check in a bit earlier.

Great place to stay for a solo traveller or a couple. It’s comfortable, clean and modern. It’s situated in a peaceful neighbourhood within walking distance to the restaurants on Dominion Road.

A very nice appartment, very nicely furnished. Just don't expect as much love in every detail as in many of the privately managed appartements. Was a bit dusty when we got there. An additional online check-in and check-out is requested, which is very inconvenient if you travel without NZ cell phone data. Still a very pleasant place to stay.

Wir waren zu zweit insgesamt 6 Wochen in dem Apartment .Wir haben uns während der gesamten Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt...besonders schön waren die Abende vor dem Kamin. Stefan ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für alles. Herzliche Grüße von Andrea & Stefan

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem ruhigen Haus. Das Apartment war ordentlich ausgestattet und sauber. Der Gastgeber war immer leicht für Fragen zu erreichen und stets freundlich und höflich. Eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für andere Gäste.

Very nice place and great location if you are attending an event in Eden Park. Plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. Our only problem was the instructions. They appeared generic and not specific to this apartment. So it took some time to figure everything out.

Having our own space is important to us when we go away, and this property was ideal. The unit does have a shared wall with the owners, so footsteps and some noise can be heard.

The environment is good, the location is convenient, it is very close to restaurants and supermarkets, and the garden is beautiful; but we share the floor with the landlord, the sound of talking and walking on the TV next door interferes with each other, the garden is shared, and there are many flies. The mattress has many itchy bumps from bug bites

Cheap plastic mattress protector, very hot & noisey when you move. Not good ! Didn’t enjoy being woken up by the police at 1:30am on our second night, looking for the house owners.

This was my second stay at this location. I was in Auckland for a lengthy work trip related to the 2021 Rugby World Cup. I chose this space due to the location to Eden Park. The space is wonderful. As I essentially lived there for a month it became home. Located near to shopping and multiple food options. I was able to get into the CBD either via UBER or even walking when I had the time. The back porch was brilliant as there were flowers in bloom which scented the air. The hosts hire an agency to manage the Airbnb so all communication on that side is through them; however, the hosts were delightful to chat with as well when I saw them in passing. Highly recommend and would certainly consider again if I am required back in Auckland.

We had a great stay here. Excellent location and had everything that we needed. Really appreciated having a washing machine and the covered balcony was excellent for drying. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful well kept space. Cozy and comfortable. Off a quiet street not too far from a main road with tons of food options as well as grocery. Highly recommend.
