The airbnb was the perfect location with so many things to do from restaurants to attractions and all within walking distance. Response times were very quick with any questions I had, super helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be staying again next time I’m up these ways.

Die Unterkunft liegt herrlich zentral ganz in der Nähe vom Albert Park und dem Sky Tower. Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte und Hafen sind bequem zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider kann man die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern nicht öffnen. Stefan hat jederzeit höflich und schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Insgesamt eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mitten in Auckland.

Great location! This is 10 times better than a hotel. Excellent communication with the host, never took more than 10-15 minutes to get a response. The apartment was just as described and it had everything we need. There were only two things we had some challenges with but that would not take away from the 5-star review. Perhaps something to be aware of. I am not too familiar with how common this is in New Zealand, but there is no air conditioning in the apartment. We stayed there at the end of February and while the temperatures outside were not too hot (26C, 78F), the apartment was little warm. At night, we had to point a fan directly to the bed to keep us cool. But maybe we are too spoiled, in Texas we need to have air conditioning all the time in the summer :) The other thing was, if you plan to watch TV a lot, the signal was distorted even with slightly bad weather. It did not bother us since we were not there to watch TV, but i know there are some hardcore sports fans out there :)

The flat is great and spacious. Great communication with Stefan. The location is excellent for a short stay. It’s a little dark inside not because of the lack of windows but because of the surrounding tall buildings blocking the sunlight. It’s a bit noisy at night but it’s due to the central location. The WiFi is not the fastest but working ok. Overall it’s worth it.

If you want to be right downtown, you cannot beat the location of this apartment. It's also really spacious for a downtown apartment which was a bonus. Beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean and the check-in instructions were very clear (even though the place took us a while to find because roadworks obscured the entry door). It wasn't dead quiet overnight- there was some noise from the 'overnight buskers' on Queen Street - but that's a small price to pay for the location which as I said was fabulous.

great stay in the accommodation. ideally located in Auckland, everything is close by. clean, well equipped and comfortable accommodation. the car arrival is practical the explanations are clear, it's like following a treasure hunt ?? Building well secured, and quiet. You can hear the activity (cars, firefighters, police, carbass...) from the street which is part of the charm of the city center ?? I recommend.

super séjour dans le logement. idéalement situé dans Auckland, tout se trouve à proximité. logement propre, bien équipé et confortable. l'arrivée automobile est pratique les explications sont claires, c'est comme suivre un jeu de piste ? Immeuble bien sécurisé, et calme. On entend l'activité (voitures, pompiers, police, carbass...) de la rue ce qui fait partie du charme du centre-ville ? je recommande.

The apartment was great but the instructions on check out need to be reviewed. Keys cannot be left inside the apartment as the door needs locking from the outside. There was no air con but instructions said there was. Apart from that the apartment was great.

Hi Stefan. We had a great stay - the apartment location was great, the apartment itself was spacious, clean and very liveable. Noisey at night due to proximity to Queen St, but that is to be expected, and offset by the locale. Only issues were having to go to Market Lane to pick up the key, which was a bit painful (but we knew this from the start), and the bathroom fan was not working. Also, I would suggest putting in another fan for the living area as it will get very hot during summer. Overall, a very enjoyable visit and I would stay again. Cheers, Jeff

This place exceeded expectations!!! Yes, the keys are at a different pick up location, but it is only a 10 minute short walk away and was a good way to orientate myself with my surroundings. The location was beyond ideal and we didn't need a car for anything. More importantly, the shower had great pressure and the temperature easy to control! The apartment has a great urban vibe and it was nice and light and airy with the large ceilings. supermarket just a short walk up Queen Street. The kitchen was well stocked to cook in and the airport shuttle is just up the road. The zodiak team were amazing to deal with. I will be staying here exclusively next time I'm in Auckland

Great, clean downtown apartment. Location was amazing, easy to walk to restaurants, bars, cafes etc. The apartment was clean and had everything needed. Host commutation was clear and easy to understand. Only downside was it was a bit noisy Saturday night, some street/people noise late night/early morning.

The location was great, private & the apartment was clean, well stocked/ furnished & true to picture. FYI for those with cars: we parked on the slope near the park, which went by a meter. You can also park in the multi storey carpark right down the road. The beds are on the soft side, which some might not like but otherwise it was a wonderful stay :-)

Great location and spacious apartment. Close to all amenities. However the host did not inform prior to booking that we had to do the housekeeping tasks too. We have been charged $75 just because we didn’t throw the rubbish in the rubbish room but it was put all together in a bag. We put away all the dishes in the dishwasher but didn’t know how to operate the machine so we just left in the dishwasher however hand washed most of it. There were few juice drops on the bedsheet which would have been washed anyway before the next guest arrives. Overall was a good stay but very poor communication in terms of to what extent we needed to do the housekeeping tasks. Doesn’t make sense charging us extra for minor things that weren’t in the requirement for booking at the first place.

We stayed at the apartment for almost 2 months and the place is nice, big and true to the description. It really is at the venter of everything. The communication was easy and Stefan and his team were always very helpful with everything. We could hear noise from the street on weekend nights, but apart from that, we enjoyed our stay very much. This is a spacious apartment in a great central location. Check in was easy from an offsite key box - we just had the Uber make a stop on the way from the airport. Unfortunately the cleanliness was unacceptable. The quilts are stained, apartment generally dirty and the last guest’s dirty dishes and trash were left behind. As we had a short stay, we didn’t bother contacting the host and just cleaned ourselves and made do, so I can’t comment on how well this might have been resolved had we raised it after checking in.
