Great place! SO central and close to restaurants. There was always a lime scooter right outside, as well as countdown and caffeine. So don't carry/pack food as supermarket is right there. The checkin was very clear but very complicated. I had to carry all the luggage and navigate a child from car park in town, several blocks to key lockbox and then a further walk to apartment. Found out too late there is 5 hours free parking onsite we could've used to offload and potentially feed hungry, tired child! Pool is great as well as spa and gym. You only get one towel each so use the dryer after swim! A great bonus is the washer/dryer. Very clean and modern apartment. Suede couch is beautiful. You do have to remove your own rubbish and I had to go looking for the rubbish bins which are in the basement. With the cleaning fee being so steep I think this is a bit cheeky.

The apartment was located in a great area. The supermarket was right outside the building and plenty of restaurants across the road. The area felt safe and it was a quiet neighbourhood, but still close to the CBD.

Stefan's place was a great unit to stay in for work - it was very close to the city, clean, near many good amenities, and Stefan was very helpful throughout! 10/10, would stay again!

Everything was good at the apartment, great location and easily walkable to all things we were in town for. La Petite Fourchette (French Patisserie) around the corner was our go to for a perfect coffee and croissant each morning. Highly recommend. The only negative was checking out. We were instructed to secure the apartment and leave the keys on the bench - not possible as the key was required to lock the door and the fob required to exit the complex. We were then told to take the key back to the lockbox, but the code had expired and despite 40min worth of attempts nobody was able to assist us. A huge waste of time when we were supposed to be working and simply wanted to leave the keys somewhere. I hope the check out process has been accurately updated.

the check in was not as smooth as the last time I stayed and the check out instructions did not marry with the lock up mechanism. But the apartment was great.

Will be recommending this place to friends and family. Perfect location to all the CBD attractions and complex was safe. Took less than a minute to walk to the supermarket to get some essentials on our arrival. The washing machine does work, even though it said in the listing it didnt, also no problems with the tv or wifi. It was a short walk to collect the key but was not a problem. Had it been raining we would have just got an uber. Great apartment for what we needed. Highly recommend.

Nice spot, very clean, but …. couldn’t access wifi. The link provided to an electronic guide is not correct. You need to provide hard copy instructions on site for the wifi. Also the tv remote control does not work well - impossible to control the sound. This has been noted I see in previous reviews, so a lack of action is poor.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was a peaceful and walkable area that was in close proximity to downtown, but still had its own chill neighborhood. The check-in process is a bit annoying, especially if you don’t have a car and are pulling your luggage yourself, however I still really enjoyed myself and loved the space. It had everything I needed.

I have asked Stefan to leave a HARDCOPY of the online pdf of the Apartments amenities, including the wifi password. As we had exhausted our data plans travelling, we had to wait until the reception lady managed to find the password and tell us over the phone. This took several phone calls due to difficutlies, and the receptionist being busy and the need to source the password, etc. Fortunately it was during working hours or we would have needed to leave the building and find another business/wifi option. Please leave the wifi details in HARD copy inside the premises.

This apartment was exactly as described and matched he photos. it was very well equipped with great essentials such as quality eco shampoos, wash and conditioners. There was also useful sachets on coffee, tea, salt and pepper, olive oil, which was useful for some easy cooking. The bed was comfy, the shower was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. Thanks for a great stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stefan’s place! The check-in was very easy and the short walk from where one picks up the key to the flat was quite lovely. Location is simply fantastic. Close to everything we wanted to see and a supermarket across the road. Will definitely recommend it to all my friends who are visiting Auckland!

Great modern apartment and location with thoughtful touches but very disappointing amenity as lots of things broken/not working. Apparently due to prior guests so may be an aberration. Promised maintenance to fix issues never arrived and no follow up. Overall disappointing and wouldn’t stay again.

Nice central location, well set up unit. Slightly difficult to collect keys from different location if you are coming straight from the airport without a car etc. About 10 min walk from key pick up to unit.

Stefan is exceptionally responsive and the apartment is as nice as the photos, top location and nice and quiet. I had no car but everything is so walkable it didn’t matter. As good as I hoped it would be.

Great central spot close to all amenities. Only let down was attempting to use the pool which was out of order at beginning of stay and not communicated prior to arrival but overall lovely apartment in a great location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
