The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, providing everything you need for effortless meal preparation.

The living room is a cosy retreat, featuring both air conditioning and heating for year-round comfort. Relax on the large plush sofa while enjoying your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Sliding glass doors open to the balcony, where you can take in the views and fresh air. The balcony also includes an outdoor dining table and chairs, perfect for a morning coffee or evening unwind.

The first bedroom offers a king-size bed and plenty storage space ensuring your belongings stay organised. There is also a Dyson fan/heater and black out blinds. This bedroom has direct access to the balcony as well.

The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed along with a build in wardrobe. For those who need to work, there’s a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair.
There is also a portable fan in this room.

Both bedrooms have large, modern ensuites.

For convenience, the apartment includes a washer and dryer, available for your use at no extra cost.

A standout feature of the building is the mini theatre, where you can relax in cosy recliners while enjoying your favorite shows or movies (reservation required).

Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the building's mini theater.

Interaction
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Location: There are cafes/restaurants walking distance from the apartment. However, the closet supermarket is 7 min drive or 40 min walk. We suggest planning ahead and doing any grocery shopping before checking-in if you do not have a car.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: Keys will need to be collected from a venue which is just around the corner from where you will be staying (2 minute walk or 1 minute drive). Please note the they close at 9pm so you will need to collect the keys before that time. We will send you full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this property

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4x tea/coffee, 6x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
