We loved the location of Stefan's apartment, along with the apartment itself and the amenities in the building. Everything was very clean and tidy upon our arrival, and the communication all appeared to be with the staff at Zodiak Apartments, and they very quickly responded to any questions we have. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again! The only thing to know is that we received an email offering a late check out (for a fee), and when I wrote back to accept the offer, I was told it wasn't actually an option, as they had someone else checking in later that day. Zodiak was eventually able to make it right for us, but not without a bit of stress... just a good thing to know if you hope to extend your checkout time.

the unit was great clean and well reasonably stocked....water jug maybe...I think the bedroom requires block out curtains for the morning....everything was excellent except for getting stuck in the lift....well positioned in a vibrant part of the city...it's always a guess when you book but we loved the position near alley ways and interesting shops.HD a great time

We enjoyed our stay in Stefan’s place. The sunrise was beautiful from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom spotless. I especially liked the fresh smelling toiletries. We hope to stay here again on a future visit.

Very good experience. The house is right in the city center, very convenient. The scenery on the 27th floor is very beautiful, and you can see the city and the sea as far as you can see. At the same time, Stefan was very enthusiastic and helped me a lot.

The shower head was broken but Stefan acknowledged immediately and planned for maintenance. Otherwise very impressed and enjoyed our stay.

This place was great. As others have mentioned, you have to go elsewhere to pick up the key prior to checking in, but the instructions were clear and it didn't take long. Also, the noise at night on weekends was definitely noticeable, so bring ear plugs if that would bothers you. During the week it was fine. But otherwise, the location was excellent. The kitchen has enough pots and pans and utensils if you want to cook, and there were tons of good restaurants and bars in the area in you don't. The apartment was clean and communication with the host company was great. I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

A spacious apartment in a very adventageous location. Comfortable furniture, beautiful apartment building, great view of the harbour, cbd and park. The kitchen is great for cooking and has lots of kitchenware available. a safe environment with lots to do just around the corner. Communicative host.

Don’t miss out this Perfect place to stay, the landlord offers high quality of living condition. Rate 10 for hygiene. rate 10 for location: Steps to queen st, to harbour, to supermarket, to bars, to cafes and restaurants. You get everything you need just feel back home. Btw, it is so detailed to have umbrellas ready there which is very useful because of the free rain in Auckland. the PLUS: From the patio, sea view and city view on the left; park view on the right. Gorgeous! had a very satisfied 11 nights living experience. thank you to the responsible landlord and the team.

We enjoyed our stay at this high-rise apartment complex in the heart of Auckland. One thing I would have liked to read in the reviews beforehand is that the apartment is close to a range of loud bars and clubs. When we arrived on Saturday night, the clubs were blasting music until 2 am which was very audible even on the 27th floor. That first night was a bit tough but the clubs were closed for the other nights. The apartment is tidy and has everything you need. Picking up the keys from a key box that was located about 15min away from the apartment was a bit of a treasure hunt but we had no trouble getting the keys out. Overall, good experience but if you are a light sleeper be mindful of the clubs nearby on Fridays and Saturdays.

Very nice apartment in the active centre of Auckland. The view is great, and very sunny especially in the morning (perfect for the morning coffee!). If you're not afraid of heights (like us) you could even enjoy breakfast on the balcony.

Great location with beautiful view of the city. You’ll have everything you need! Clear instructions and guidelines. We’d stay here again :) Just a heads up, the key collection point isn’t at the same location as the airbnb, so you may wish to plan ahead if you have a large baggage. Bring your earplugs. On certain nights, the noise from the clubs nearby is quite noticeable and distracting.

Absolutely stunning views and the apartment is well equiped with everything you could ever need. Check in was easy, just pre-plan the seperate key pickup and the rest is a breeze. I even received a phone call close to my check in time to make sure everything was okay, lovely service.

Great apartment in the CBD with amazing views. You can easily walk to lots of shops and restaurants. Our only issue was that the early check we booked and paid extra for wasn’t ready until hours later. Unfortunately this left us stuck with all our luggage outside the building. We booked this place because they confirmed that an early check in was possible for our arrival date, however they did refund us the extra 50 NZD we’d paid after we couldn’t get in on time.

The apartment was amazing, great views for morning coffee, you get the city on the left and nature of the park on the right. Very convenient location, pretty much on the edge of the main city part, tons of restuarants and bars around the place. Used the facilities and they were amazing, it was never busy whenever me and my partner went, got to use the gym, pool, spa, sauna. The apartment itself was very cosy and comfortable.

Great apartment in a great location, only spoiled by the check-in process. The key access is several hundred meters away, where there is almost nil car parking. I actually had to park illegally to find somewhere to pull up the car and go access the lock box in a building.

This place was simply fantastic! Such a great location and the apartment was sparkling clean with a great range of amenities for dining in. Bed and furniture were super comfy and the bath was a treat. A little noisy at night over the weekend, from a few bars close by, but it didn’t keep us awake. We will be back!
