Tucked away in one of the closets are a washer and drying machine available for your use.

We provide our guests with free unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linen, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

Interaction
I give my guests space but am available when needed.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Other Things To Note
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.

Key Pick-Up: Your key will be in a lockbox at the building. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date.

Pre Check-in building requirements: Before check-in, we will require a separate form to be completed with the ID provided for the main guest. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. Please inquire before booking if you have any questions.

Parking: We do not have a free carpark for this building but nearby paid parking options are available.

Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $65 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.

Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.

Luggage Storage: We cannot offer luggage storage inside the property but we can recommend The Luggage Hotel on Princes Wharf.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2x tea/coffee, 3x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.

Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.

This is a professionally managed property so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.

Lovely spot! Easy walking distance to the crackin’ K-road cafes, lunch & dinner spots, and still managed to feel like we had our own lil secluded space even when it was so close to everything. Definitely would stay again :)

The apt was super clean and had tons of natural light which was great! Tons of stores, restaurants, and bars just walking distance away. Would recommend staying here!

Cet appartement était très confortable et tout y était très propre. Il est juste à côté de nombreux restaurants. Il est situé le long du périphérique ce qui le rend un peu bruyant la journée, mais la nuit il n’y a pas de passage donc cela ne nous a pas embêté. Il peu y faire très chaud si il y a du soleil, mais une climatisation permet de gérer la température. Nous y avons passé un agréable séjour.

Had a great stay at Stefan’s place. Apartment itself was pretty clean and cozy. Location didn’t upset me too, pretty walkable to anywhere in CBD if you are okay with short-mid walk. Overall a very good experience!

Awesome place , good for your moneys worth , very clean and good location , just a few dodgy people around the building at night . Car parking was ok but cost about little bit to park over night and in the day. Car parks and things close as it is the city . Would recommend if you’re looking for something well priced and right in the city.

We arrived at 5pm (check-in at 3pm) with information to a lockbox that apparently was stolen and there wasn’t informed about and no communication until we called in. We were then send 2 km away in pooring rain. There was syrringes lying around outside the building and addicts yelling and screaming which made it feel like a very unsafe area. At night multiple addicts went down the road looking around and one were standing outside the building door yelling. Appartment was fine and appliances worked well etc. Overall not a good experience but the place and building is well maintained and modern and at the center.

Great location, great place. Excellent value. Only minor issue is that the office to pick up the key is over 1.5 km away in a part of the city with a lot of traffic. But keys can be returned in the airbnb flat. Other than this minor issue it is an excellent short term stay in Auckland.

We had a great short stay at the bright and modern apartment. It looks exactly like the photos and feels a lot like a hotel - clean and minimal! There's a ton of restaurants, bars, etc. within walking distance. We stayed here on our way out of town and so we paid a little extra to have a later check out before we left for the airport around noon. Stefan (and the whole staff) were fast to respond to this request. Thanks for having us!

Modern and convenient apartment in a lovely building with K Road and Ponsonby Road right at your doorstep. Dishwasher and laundry powder provided along with all the kitchen amenities you would need. Smart TV and bedside lamps which double as phone chargers. Stefan was prompt with assistance with the check in process and solved problems that arose promptly. Would love to stay again next time I am in Auckland.

We had a great short stay at the bright and modern apartment. It looks exactly like the photos and feels a lot like a hotel - clean and minimal! There's a ton of restaurants, bars, etc. within walking distance. We stayed here on our way out of town and so we paid a little extra to have a later check out before we left for the airport around noon.
